Maverick succeeded all expectations!
On our wedding day, Maverick showed up on time and quickly got to work setting up and preparing for the dinner. All the catering staff on site were focused and hard-working but also always pleasant. It was important to us that the catering staff were professional and experienced - Maverick employees knew their stuff!
The food was... INCREDIBLE! It's been over a month since our wedding day and friends and family are still talking about the food. We've heard multiple times that it was the best food they've ever had. The beef tenderloin & rosemary chicken were cooked to perfection and had amazing flavors. The garlic mashed potatoes were insanely delicious. Seriously everything hit the mark!
I can't recommend Maverick enough. You will not be disappointed!

Professional they had a timely structure to there buffet and prepared quite possibly the best Prime Rim I have ever tasted. The buffet station was kept clean and full during all dinner.
Maverick Catering is a fellow Snohomish Wedding Guild member of mine, they have excellent food, it's always unique and savory. I can't recommend these guys enough!
