I hired Amy for day of coordination. I was hiring Amy to execute the decoration ideas and the business/flow side of the day. And she did just that.
Her prices cannot be beat for the amount of work her and her team did. Also, she has EVERYTHING you need! We rented tables, chairs, linens, even yard games from her. It made the whole thing so much easier not needing 10 different vendors!
We also used Amy to hire our caterer, and that was PERFECT! Amy's caterer was open to our ideas and executed them beautifully! Our guests raved about our food! We had multiple interesting options served family style, it felt like a dinner party!
Along the way Amy was a HUGE help in organizing my ideas and visions. She is an absolute expert, listen to her advice! She told me the truth when something was not feasible and would suggest alternatives.

When it came to the big day, Amy and her team were life savers! They were early and ready to go! We had planned to have the entire event outside, but the weather was awful and really windy. Amy calmly gave me options and suggestions, but let us make our own decision on how we wanted the day to go. We decided to move the reception inside. Amy and her team quickly got to work transforming the space! Though it was not the original plan it turned out AMAZING! They really are miracle workers.

Amy was very responsive and helped me a lot throughout my entire process, even though I only hired her for day of wedding coordinating. She even helped me by getting in contact with vendors herself to get me a better price on a lot of different things. She is very responsive and very affordable. I was a bit taken back on how she seemed a bit overwhelmed the day of in getting things together. I will add that my ceremony and reception location were not on the same property, but that was the point of hiring a day of coordinator, so that I wasn't stressed out. And at one point, I was. Regardless, after a few morning setbacks, the rest of the day flowed smoothly and I do thank her for that.

I feel like she was helping way too many brides and spreading herself thin. She would blame her unresponsiveness on the fact that she had 20 other weddings going on in the next month. A few days before the wedding Amy emails me to tell me we don't have any chairs secured for the ceremony, and suggested I rent some for $400 or go against the venue's policy and use their chairs outside anyway. I feel like I was able to save a lot of money by using her vendors, but there wasn't much choice within that. The day of turned out fine and went smoothly. I just wish the process leading up to my special day wouldn't have been so stressful, the main reason I hired a planner. I would not recommend her services to anyone I know.
