Great experience with LRN!

Really enjoyed my experience with LRN! They arrived on time on my wedding day and were accommodating and easy to work with. Kat and team did a great job listening and making my bridal party and me feel comfortable for makeup. Irving’s attention to detail made sure I got exactly what I was looking for! The team was professional and responsive for an questions I had before or after the event. I’d absolutely work with LRN for an event again!! Thanks to all!

Wonderful experience - beautiful hair

Irving came to me to do my hair for my engagement shoot early in the AM! I was so happy with my classic, big curls look. I appreciated how relaxed and easy the whole experience was! LRN Beauty also has THE coolest salon in Chelsea. Instead of a traditional salon, it feels more like an art gallery where you can get your hair cut, colored, and styled - what more could you want??

Wonderful wedding makeup experience

Kat did my makeup for my wedding and I couldn’t have been happier - she was so dedicated to making sure I was happy with the look and was a very sweet and calming presence on my wedding day. I highly recommend her and look forward to working with her again!

Nicole and Kat are the sweetest. They both ask a lot of questions and follow direction really well. I had a very bad experience with a different company so I was more nervous than I normally would be. They were kind and professional and Lauren was super easy to work with.

'Beauty experts' doesn't begin to adequately describe both Anya (makeup) and Laura (hair) of LRN Beauty. They are consummate professionals who are so unbelievably talented. The time, attention, patience, skill, care, and guidance they provided each of us went above and beyond. They are absolute joys to work with whose talents went so far beyond my highest expectations. Absolute pros + Great energy + Beautiful work

The LRN Beauty team is professional, kind, fun and their work is absolutely stunning. I do my hair and makeup every day and am usually super anxious about having anyone else do it for me - I was afraid I wouldn’t look like myself. They really listened to what I wanted and were open to my feedback, and executed my hair and makeup flawlessly for the big day. Their energy and vibe made me feel super comfortable and confident and truly taken care of. Highly recommend Lauren for color, Irving for styling and Anya for makeup. Thank you, team!!

Professional, Exceptional, Chic Experience

If you’re looking for a professional team with innovative ideas for wedding hair and makeup, look no further... LRN Beauty is the answer!! I’m not your typical bride and I didn’t want the cookie-cutter updos and heavy makeup for my wedding. My wedding was in a chic venue in NYC and I wanted my hair and makeup to match. My makeup looked natural and flawless, exactly how I wanted it. It stayed that way all night which is shocking considering I have an oily complexion and my makeup doesn’t usually stay in place. My hair looked amazing. Elegant yet chic. I danced the night away without a single flyaway! Thank you LRN Beauty for making me feel my absolute best on my big day. I can’t thank you enough for such a wonderful experience.

Calling all Cool Brides, LRN is the BEST!

If you are looking for a great overall experience LRN is IT! I am super picky when it comes to my hair and makeup because I work in the beauty industry. My friend recommended Lauren and her team and I knew they were going to be my choice just from talking to her. They are all talented, cool and the absolute best in the biz. The best!

Lauren and her team are team are amazing! Lauren was extremely professional and responsive when I was working out all the details for my wedding. She helped to coordinate a team (Laura and Carley) for hair and makeup at our venue. I cannot say enough great things about this team - I wanted cool/modern/chic hair and makeup, and that is exactly what I got! I would recommend 1000x over and need an excuse to get my hair and makeup done again!
