Appointments (1 Person)

• Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the appointment will incur a 35% cancellation fee.

Small Group Appointments (2 People)

• Cancellations must be made at least 14 days in advance.

• Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance will incur a 35% cancellation fee. Large Group Appointments (3 or More People)

• Cancellations must be made at least 21 days in advance.

• Cancellations made less than 21 days in advance will incur a 35% cancellation fee.

Refunds

• Any eligible refunds will be issued minus applicable cancellation fees. • No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows.

• Refund processing time may take up to 5–7 business days.

Rescheduling

• Requests to reschedule are subject to availability and must follow the same notice periods listed above to avoid fees.
