Le Bella Donna was the first wedding dress store I went to. The variety of dresses, the variety of price points and the service are the things that set it apart. This is a special shout out to Colleen who I worked with from the beginning and when I decided to order my dress VERY late she worked with me to make sure I ordered it in time so it would come before the wedding. She was great to work with from the start, and later was extremely flexible and patient. When I got nervous about the dress arriving on time, the customer service team was very responsive about letting me know when the dress would arrive. I absolutely loved my Justin Alexander dress and it was perfect for the occasion. Unfortunately, I did not like the alterations that were done by the in house seamstress and had to take them somewhere else at additional cost (and the in house alterations were not cheap to begin with). I also felt rushed at my alteration appointments. This was a little disappointing. However, the purchasing experience was wonderful and I do not think this should dissuade people from getting their dress from here.

Le Bella Donna was the second location I visited for my bridal dress. Let's just say they did not disappoint . Colleen made the experience so easy and fun. She helped me narrow down on THE DRESS! The first day I went in I still had not clue of what I wanted in a dress, I knew for a fact what I did not want, and an idea of what I liked. Colleen listened to me and brought out plenty of dressed until I found the one. You know the dress you can't stop thinking about! Within a couple days I booked for a retrial at which point I knew said YES TO THE DRESS!
