I worked with LJ events (specifically Jamie) for almost two years leading up to my wedding. I truly cannot say enough great things about my experience working with Jamie! From the first meeting to our last she was so organized, on top of everything, easy going, a great communicator, always available, and knew all the ins and out of weddings / vendors in the Philly area (and more). She was always quick to respond and super informative. What was really so awesome was how much she was able to listen to what I was looking for, really understand and appreciate my vision and priorities for all the different elements of my wedding, and helped me to make that vision come alive. She really was able to understand my own style and vibe and used this to help find the perfect vendors that would help make my wedding everything I wanted, while also helping keep things in budget. She set up and organized every meeting with our vendors (always with flexibility) and was always able to help advocate for what I was looking. Her extensive knowledge of everything and anything weddings was so helpful when it came to making decisions, whether big or small, and I was always able to fully rely on her to help assist me when I wasn't sure of what I wanted or what to do. As the wedding day approached Jamie kept the entire process stress free and literally made everything so easy and enjoyable. She communicated with myself, my fiancé, both of our families, and more, to make sure everyone was supported as we all got prepared for the big day. She took special care to understand tough family situations (including divorce, long distance family members, etc.) and navigated these so well keeping everyone happy but always prioritizing the bride/groom’s priorities. Jamie literally was there for every single step of the wedding process and made everything so easy and enjoyable. On the day of the wedding me and my fiancé, our families included, did not have to worry about a SINGLE thing. Jamie and her team had everything covered and worked the entire day to make sure everything ran seamlessly. She thought of literally everything to make sure the day was absolutely perfect. My wedding weekend and day was the BEST day ever and was everything I hoped and dreamed it would be. There is no doubt this is thanks to Jamie and LJ events. Jamie was the true MVP of the entire wedding process and I cannot imagine pulling any of this off without her. I cannot overstate the value of having this team help plan your wedding. They are the BEST.

Jamie is just incredible. She is kind, thoughtful, responsive, organized, detail oriented, and has incredible taste. She guided me through every single aspect of planning and made what would normally be an overwhelming process easy, fun, and seamless. She has an answer and solution to every question or concern. Her amazing personalized check-lists are so helpful. She helped me and my family pivot and change plans last minute when a nor'easter hit on our wedding day and stayed so calm through everything. I wish I could plan 100 more events with her and will miss working with her dearly. I would highly recommend working with Jamie!

We heard such great things about LJ Events that my daughter actually chose her wedding date around Jamie’s availability! So glad we did because we were in the best hands. Jamie guided us to the best vendors, communicated so beautifully with us and all of our team, kept us on schedule from day one to the honeymoon! When a major storm hit, Jamie kept everyone calm and cool and helped us gracefully pivot to an indoor wedding ceremony. She is the person you want beside you planning a wedding. Importantly, while Jamie is high end with excellent taste - she always keeps your budget in mind and knows where to invest and where to hold back.
Now that the wedding is over, we miss our frequent conversations with her because she will forever be a cherished part of our growing family’s lives.

LJE completely knocked it out of the park with my wedding. From day one I felt organized and taken care of for my wedding of 200 people. Jamie provided me with essential guidance on everything from room layout, to vendors, to rentals. She attended vendor meetings with me, made sure I knew what was essential and non essential to add to my day - saving me money on extra things that I would have otherwise bought. Her industry and local vendor knowledge was essential in helping me feel confident going into the big day.

In the months up to the big day I never felt stressed with the LJE team leading the charge. They were in constant communication and provided us with clear timelines, diagrams and everything in between to make sure we were as looped in as possible without stress. Alex and Jamie made sure that vendor communication was handled and provided an open forum for us to give feedback and help plan alongside them, with them carrying the weight of all of the logistics planning.

The day of went so seamless with Alex by my side, making sure we were on track with the schedule - and Jamie there to help with the vendors. I could simply not imagine having the event without them there. Because of them, me, my husband & my mother didn’t have one ounce of stress with logistics the day of. Which made us able to truly enjoy the moment and make forever memories.

Jamie was the most unbelievable planner I could have ever dreamed of using for my wedding!
