About

Pamela Rothwell had always dreamed of her wedding day.

As a little girl in Queens, NY, she dreamed of white tulle and pearls. Throughout her adolescence and twenties in Northern Virginia, she dreamed of the bouquets her best friends would hold and the boutonniere her fiancé would wear. And the dress-- oh did she dream of the dress!

And when the day came that the charming man with the sweet smile she had loved for years proposed on bended knee, Pamela began to dream of the finer details that were previously blurred. Where were they to wed? Where could they afford to wed? What colors would best describe her wedding? What kind of catering should they provide? Would they be able to secure a band, or would a DJ suffice? What if only cheesy DJ's were available?! And so the questions ensued and Pamela's dreams were riddled with visions of what could be versus what would be.

Fortunately, Pamela has had 6 years of experience in the event planning industry. She has planned charity galas, fundraising events, corporate gatherings, and of course weddings... all with her personal touch of style and finesse. With a Master's Degree in Management, Pamela knows how to manage several priorities at once without any detail seeming less important than the next. With an additional background in finance, she has also learned to work within the constraints of various budgets.

And so, on the 4th of July in Playa del Carmen, Mexico, Pamela fulfilled the dreams she had entertained for so long. It was not a traditional Jewish interfaith wedding, but a beautiful, tropical event enjoyed by her closest family and friends. Pamela's colors were inspired by the sand, sky and ocean, bringing in tiffany blues and teals, accented by dark chocolate browns with crisp whites, mimicking the colors of crashing waves breaking over the sand.

It is Pamela's unending attention to detail and strive for perfection, accompanied by her ability and patience to stay within a budget, that sets her apart from her peers. She can work within any budget to give you your dream wedding by finding ways to save you money or show you how to reallocate your budget so that you can have what you feel is most important for your big day. Coming to the market with a stellar list of vendors with whom she has built great working relationships with over the years, she can offer you a wide range of options in choosing the finer details that will make your wedding a success. What does this means for a new bride? It means that the same professional courtesies that top name vendors are known for are now available to you through her.

In the end, Pamela's wedding was the most amazing day of her life. This is what has inspired her to pass this joy along to you. She expected nothing less than perfect, and can offer you the same guarantee.
