I had Kelly help me find my dream dress. She nailed it within an hour! She also helped us with the bridesmaid dresses when we were on a small budget. She is awesome!

I was impressed with the attentiveness of the staff member who helped me find my dress. She paid close attention to my likes and dislikes of various dresses and was able to suggest the perfect dress, which I would've never found on my own!

When I went to try on wedding dresses I kinda new which one I already wanted and no other place in winnipeg had it so it was a sure thing that I was going to buy it from LA Collection. While I was trying on dresses during my scheduled appointment the person who was helping me was barley there. My mom had to help me tie in and out of dresses due to the lack of service. My bridesmaids ordered all there dresses from La Collection as well as it was just easier since my dress was already coming from there. It took 6 months for the dresses to come in .. which might be normal I dont know but when they did it turns out the lady at LA Collection ordered all the wrong colours. I wanted a plume/dark purple they came in a shade of baby blue... When I talked to the manager about the mistake she went back into the order and saw that for some WEIRD reason the lady at LA Collection originally had down plume purple and then switched it to baby Blue. No one even apologized for the mistake and I had to talk them into ordering all new dresses in the right colour on a rush deliver. they are supposed to come in a week before the wedding... but with the way this place operates I highly doubt it.
