We hold 1-2 events per month to ensure the grounds are in perfect condition and we keep our property a special and exclusive place to get married. At this time, our available dates to book are:

There are endless possibilities for a wedding at Klentner Ranch. We don’t deal with client’s budgets directly, but planners have said that for a wedding of 150 guests, budgets start at $85,000 and go up from there since all necessary vendors/elements need to be brought in (all food/alcohol, restrooms, shuttles, caterer, tables, chairs, lighting, etc).
The 40 acre ranch boasts an expansive polo field with exquisite ocean views, working polo barns, horses in the corrals and avocado orchards on the rolling foothills, as well as a magnificent pool and garden settings. Each of these outdoor areas create a stunning and picturesque location for your wedding day. The ranch is located 10 miles south of Santa Barbara in the quaint town of Carpinteria near the Santa Barbara Polo Field.
The site rental fee for any day of the week (and any month) is $15,000 for up to 250 guests and $20,000 for up to 350 guests, and $25,000 for a guest count above 350. There is no discount for smaller groups, or for just using one part of the property. An additional $1000 is required to cover cleaning and gate greeter/security service throughout the event day. The site fee includes 2 full days of vendor set up, 2 hour wedding ceremony rehearsal the day prior to your wedding, wedding day festivities between the hours of 9am-11pm, and a full day of vendor load out the day after your wedding. The event areas include the polo field, pool area and garden area, there is no indoor event space (all outdoors with the option to tent the lawn). The home is not available for rent but we have a poolside guesthouse that is available for the bride and her ladies to use during the day for hair and makeup and a separate “man cave” for the gentlemen with a bar, 3 TVs and large comfy sofas.
All vendors (i.e. caterer, lighting, tables, chairs, etc) and equipment must be brought in by the bride and groom including catering kitchen needs, generator, and restrooms, etc. We have a recommended vendor list, but you are able to bring in any licensed and insured vendor that you would like to work with. Parking must be arranged offsite and all guests need to arrive via shuttle service. Per Santa Barbara noise ordinance, any outside amplified music will need to end at 10pm but your guests can stay until 11pm.
