The owners are incredibly kind and helpful throughout the whole process of booking and planning. The venue itself is so dreamy and unique! So many of my guests came up to me throughout the night raving about it. From the amazing oak tree at ceremony to the beautiful lighting at night, it’s perfection. You truly need to visit to experience all of the amazing details the owners have put into it. If you’re looking for a venue that stands out among all the others on the Central Coast, I highly recommend Hartley Farms!

Hartley's owners and staff were a dream to work with! they were extremely responsive and very helpful. Not only does the venue speak for itself but the client service is the best!

I cant even begin to describe what a magical venue this is! From the moment we started looking at venues I knew that we didn't want just any old ballroom or cookie cutter wedding but an experience of all the things we loved like hiking, trees and nature. We meet Barbara (the owner) right at the entrance of a beautiful walkway surrounded by trees and adorable hearts and leaves engraved right in the cement. We walked directly to the ceremony site which was something out of a fairy book, an amazingly grand 200yr old oak tree stood out front and center of the aisle. As I mentioned the entire place is covered in trees and since we had a fall wedding all the autumn colors were out to play. We then walked over to the cocktail reception were we saw the famous 'walk of fame' of all the past wedding that have took place at this special venue so much love.
The cocktail area is right in the middle surrounded with benched trees a small orchard and a beautiful water tower. The entire venue is in a horseshoe style form so you begin with the ceremony site make your way to the cocktail area and then horseshoe back around to the reception area where you are meet with an amazing looking bar made from a silo, so cute and original never seen anything like that before. The entire reception area is on a green lawn with a cemented dance floor right in the middle, hearts and leaves engraved there too!
Not to mention the entire reception area is covered in string lights which gives it such a romantic feel there is no need for up lighting or anything else. The day of our wedding was truly magical all my DIY projects came together although the venue really does not need much to make it stand out , the weather was perfect considering it was October and the fire pit was a perfect touch for our guests to roast their s'mores by the fire (our wedding was camping themed) . All of our guests kept gushing about how beautiful the venue was and kept asking us how we were able to locate such a beautiful place we really couldn't have imagined a more perfect venue or day

When my husband and I started looking for wedding venues I was 4 months pregnant and feeling very overwhelmed. I came across Hartley Farms on a few different searches, it was the perfect mix of rustic and garden that we wanted. We booked the tour and went for a road trip. When we drove into the venue I was taken back by the beauty. I knew almost instantly that it was the place and before we even made it onto the freeway entrance on the way home we both agreed that was the location. Shortly after we got home we emailed Barbara and locked in a date, everything from that moment on was smooth sailing. Every recommendation she gave us was spot on and each vendor delivered 100%. The pictures of the venue are beautiful but to truly see the beauty of this venue you need to come in person and experience it! My husband and I will be booking the B&B for our one year just to come back! :)

We're so glad that we found Hartley Farms for our wedding venue! It's a beautiful outdoor space with a layout specifically designed for wedding ceremonies and receptions. I fell in love with Hartley Farms the moment I saw it. I knew immediately that this was the venue for me. I wanted an outdoor semi destination wedding (I'm from LA) that offered flexibility and has bistro lighting. HF allows you to use the vendors of your choice, BYOB, and is amazingly beautiful. Sure some may think it's more work to have to bring in all of your vendors but trust me...it was worth it! All of our guests kept complimenting on how unique the venue is and how beautiful it was. The venue is full of pretty picture spots from waterfalls to apples orchards to beautiful woodsy trees. You're also allowed to get there on Friday to set up and come back on Sunday to clean up! The wonderful owner, Barbara, was also so helpful and patient throughout the whole planning process. She was always quick with her replies to my many emails. Once you decide on HF, you immediately become family to them! Thank you Barbara for making my dream wedding happen! We will be sure to come back to visit!

These people are absolutely amazing!!! You truly become part of the family when you have an event with them! Barbara is absolutely the sweetest lady ever!! They were soooo helpful with my wedding with setting up chairs and suggestions with who to rent with!! She was absolutely amazing!!! I couldn't be happier with the beautiful location and the amazing people I got to work with for my wedding :)
