Kelly is an incredibly talented photographer! She captured my sister’s wedding eight years ago, and the photos were absolutely stunning—so when we chose our wedding date and location, she was the very first call we made. Leading up to our big day, rain was in the forecast, but Kelly immediately eased our worries and reassured us the photos would be amazing—and she absolutely delivered.
We received a sneak peek of over 50 breathtaking photos just five days after the wedding, and we couldn’t stop looking at them. She beautifully captured the emotion, love, and joy of the day with such a natural, candid style. Kelly made us feel completely at ease behind the camera, and it truly shows in every shot.
Her team was equally impressive—professional, kind, and incredibly skilled. We can’t wait to see the rest of the gallery and will absolutely be turning to Kelly again for all future photography needs. We can’t recommend her highly enough!

We loved working with Kelly and her team during our wedding weekend! The planning process was collaborative and fun, and Kelly brought great ideas to the table. When the weekend arrived, Kelly and team were incredibly graceful with some family drama, really efficient, and super helpful and friendly. Kelly being family aside, she is an absolutely phenomenal photographer!! Her vision is so incredible, her ability to see the photo as she it setting it up is so impressive. She is incredibly responsive, answering any and all questions we had throughout the process. Throughout the entire day she was constantly on the move, I was not worried for a single second that there was anything she missed. She was so efficient getting through the portraits while also making sure we did not feel rushed. We were not picky, we just wanted as many photos as possible and letting her kind of have free reign of when and where we took photos was the best decision I could have made because she was able to do what she does best and our photos turned out AMAZING because of it. Highly recommend!!

We worked with Kelly for both engagement photos and wedding-day photos at our wedding in Connecticut. She was so amazing to work with. My husband and I were definitely a little awkward/stiff going into the photos and weren't sure how we'd do getting some of the more candid/live shots. Kelly was INCREDIBLE at making us feel comfortable and coaching/cheering us on through the entire process. She provided just the right amount of direction to let us be ourselves but ensure the photos turned out amazing. When we did group family shots, my whole family commented on her chill demeanor while still being able to get us in formation and get everyone looking their best. Throughout the day, she captured our happiest moments and scoped out the best spots. I was completely blown away by how stunning the photographs turned out. They exceeded my highest expectations. Kelly is a very talented photographer and really captures the moment! She did the photography for both my micro-wedding and celebrate. She was so kind and flexible when things didn't go as planned or when we needed to continue to find people who kept wandering off. While reflecting on 2021, we couldn’t let this year end without sharing our feelings about the amazingly talented Kelly Kollar. We are tremendously grateful that we found Kelly to capture our milestones! We fell in love with her elegant photography - her work radiates the realness of your wedding day, and we were so happy she had our date available. I connected with Kelly as soon as we had our introductory call - she’s so kind, passionate, organized and genuinely interested in bringing your day to life through her photography. Kelly captured our engagement session and helped me plan an adventurous day on the North Fork, Long Island - from vineyards, to Greenport Village, and a sunset at the beach. She arrived promptly (coming all the way from Brooklyn) and was so flexible and willing to bop around to multiple locations, to capture an array of settings for us! We instantly felt comfortable and were able to be ourselves for our first time together in front of a camera. Kelly delivered our engagement gallery a few days after our session! It was the sweetest surprise and we were truly blown away with the beauty behind every photograph. Kelly brought our engagement ‘feels’ to life and made us so excited for our wedding day!

Throughout the wedding planning, Kelly always made herself readily available to answer any questions we had! She helped coordinate our timeline, created our photo list, and overall was an incredible support system when we needed it most. She effortlessly collaborated with our videographers to ensure our day was smooth and the best it could be! On our wedding day, Kelly was hands down amazing and put so much dedication & energy into making our day run smoothly, while not missing a beat! We had a big bridal party and family, which isn’t easy - and Kelly helped direct us and stay on top of our timelines to make sure she captured everything we wanted & more! Kelly was full of ideas and rooted for our love during all of our portraits. Her direction and positivity made us feel at ease all day long!

A few days after our wedding, she sent us previews that allowed us to continue to ride the high and relive our day! A couple of months later, we received our full wedding gallery and were simply blown away. She included over 1,000 photos that encompassed all of our most heartfelt moments, and expressions. From the simple moments, to the more grand, Kelly’s attention to detail and real coloring makes the gallery feel so natural and we are so happy with how they came out. She even has the ability to capture candid moments of our guests, family and between my husband & I, that we will cherish for a lifetime. We could not recommend Kelly more! Kelly was amazing! She was so helpful in dealing with COVID wedding planning, date changes, and all of that chaos. She was extremely communicative and responsive, and was also flexible as we needed to move things around. We loved our engagement shoot and she made it amazing by picking two different locations / looks. Working with her the day of the wedding was great - she was really easy to be around, instructive but didn't impact how natural the day felt, and made sure to get all of the shots that were important to us. We loved her photos - they were amazing shots that felt natural and not too "posed" but were beautiful. We have amazing memories and now amazing photos! Highly recommend working with her!

Kelly is a photography genius and an amazing human! People will often tell you that when you look for a wedding photographer you're not only looking for someone to capture one of the most special days of your life, but someone who is going to be with you and following you around the entire day. Let me tell you, Kelly is the person you want for both!! Kelly's work speaks for itself. Her photos capture pure emotion and freeze moments in time. Her style is exactly what we wanted. What you can't see on her website, however, is how kind and fun Kelly is to work with. When my now husband and I first met Kelly in person we walked out of our meeting, looked at each other, and immediately said to each other "she's hired!" After COVID changed our initial wedding plans, we had the honor of having Kelly at both of our weddings, our small backyard wedding and larger wedding. She managed to get the most incredible photos without being intrusive and put forth her best work at our backyard wedding of 12 people as she did with our 150+ person wedding. She was sweet, accommodating, and professional throughout what ended up being several years of planning, and even reached out to us on our original wedding date which meant the world to us. Kelly knew how to make us feel comfortable and natural in front of the camera. We're so thrilled with all of the photos we've gotten from Kelly so far including our engagement photos, backyard wedding, and some sneak peeks from our big wedding earlier this month. We can't recommend Kelly enough!

Working with Kelly on our wedding day was one of the best decisions we made!! We had originally postponed our September wedding, but then decided to move our date up and have an intimate celebration with our immediate families. When our photographer was unable to move, I immediately reached out to Kelly since she had originally been one of our top choices. I was SO excited she was able to make it work (on NYE nonetheless) with only a few months notice!! We absolutely loved her style and knew she would be perfect for capturing our special day. She was also a true professional and a joy to work with, from the first phone call to hashing out a timeline to dealing with all the craziness on the day of. My family couldn't stop raving about how wonderful she was. It was also absolutely freezing on our wedding day, but Kelly promised us the pictures on the beach would be worth it and of course she was right! Plus my husband and I aren't the most comfortable taking photos but she completely put us at ease and captured every moment of the day perfectly. She delivered our previews within a couple days and the full album just 2 weeks later! We could not be happier with how they turned out, and could not recommend Kelly more!! 

Kelly lives up to the hype. She is a phenomenal photographer. We did engagement photos with her on a freezing day in SoHo, and she was game to walk around the city and experimenting with different backdrops. She also makes you feel so comfortable - like you’ve known her for years. I don’t love attention and was nervous that our pictures would look to posed, but Kelly is simply the best at capturing candid and loving moments.

I had given Kelly the added challenge of trying to capture portraits and candids of my youngest brother who is on the autism spectrum, and she excelled. We had the most wonderful moments of my brother and my husband hugging and high five-ing when he came down the aisle. It is a moment I will treasure as much as actually getting married and I can’t thank Kelly enough for capturing it.

Kelly is also a PRO at photographing Hamilton Farm. We had a nor’easter the day of our wedding and Kelly kept me extremely calm and happy while we took photos in freezing rain and wind. The day goes by pretty fast but Kelly shot every single moment and detail - we couldn’t believe it. The colors and lighting she captures were astounding, but her black and white photos are so emotional and tender that all our friends could not stop talking about them.

We also got a wedding album through her and it is BEAUTIFUL. I love having the ability to look back on that day and I have Kelly to thank for that. She is truly wonderful at what she does.
