Stunning Photos

Kelly is an incredibly talented photographer! She captured my sister’s wedding eight years ago, and the photos were absolutely stunning—so when we chose our wedding date and location, she was the very first call we made. Leading up to our big day, rain was in the forecast, but Kelly immediately eased our worries and reassured us the photos would be amazing—and she absolutely delivered.
We received a sneak peek of over 50 breathtaking photos just five days after the wedding, and we couldn’t stop looking at them. She beautifully captured the emotion, love, and joy of the day with such a natural, candid style. Kelly made us feel completely at ease behind the camera, and it truly shows in every shot.
Her team was equally impressive—professional, kind, and incredibly skilled. We can’t wait to see the rest of the gallery and will absolutely be turning to Kelly again for all future photography needs. We can’t recommend her highly enough!

Great experience!

We loved working with Kelly and her team during our wedding weekend! The planning process was collaborative and fun, and Kelly brought great ideas to the table. When the weekend arrived, Kelly and team were incredibly graceful with some family drama, really efficient, and super helpful and friendly. We've received our preview photos (3 days after the wedding!) and they're amazing! We can't wait for the rest. Kelly is super talented and a joy to work with.

Unbelievable Photographer!!!

Kelly being family aside, she is an absolutely phenomenal photographer!! Her vision is so incredible, her ability to see the photo as she it setting it up is so impressive. She is incredibly responsive, answering any and all questions we had throughout the process. Throughout the entire day she was constantly on the move, I was not worried for a single second that there was anything she missed. She was so efficient getting through the portraits while also making sure we did not feel rushed. We were not picky, we just wanted as many photos as possible and letting her kind of have free reign of when and where we took photos was the best decision I could have made because she was able to do what she does best and our photos turned out AMAZING because of it. Highly recommend!!

Blown away!

We worked with Kelly for both engagement photos and wedding-day photos at our wedding in Connecticut. She was so amazing to work with. My husband and I were definitely a little awkward/stiff going into the photos and weren't sure how we'd do getting some of the more candid/live shots. Kelly was INCREDIBLE at making us feel comfortable and coaching/cheering us on through the entire process. She provided just the right amount of direction to let us be ourselves but ensure the photos turned out amazing. When we did group family shots, my whole family commented on her chill demeanor while still being able to get us in formation and get everyone looking their best. Throughout the day, she captured our happiest moments and scoped out the best spots. I was completely blown away by how stunning the photographs turned out. They exceeded my highest expectations. I would highly recommend Kelly to anyone!

Amazing photographer!

Kelly is a very talented photographer and really captures the moment! She did the photography for both my micro-wedding and celebrate. She was so kind and flexible when things didn't go as planned or when we needed to continue to find people who kept wandering off. Captured Our Love Beautifully! (Kristen & Nico Wedding)

While reflecting on 2021, we couldn’t let this year end without sharing our feelings about the amazingly talented Kelly Kollar. We are tremendously grateful that we found Kelly to capture our milestones! We fell in love with her elegant photography - her work radiates the realness of your wedding day, and we were so happy she had our date available. I connected with Kelly as soon as we had our introductory call - she’s so kind, passionate, organized and genuinely interested in bringing your day to life through her photography. Kelly captured our engagement session and helped me plan an adventurous day on the North Fork, Long Island - from vineyards, to Greenport Village, and a sunset at the beach. She arrived promptly (coming all the way from Brooklyn) and was so flexible and willing to bop around to multiple locations, to capture an array of settings for us! We instantly felt comfortable and were able to be ourselves for our first time together in front of a camera. Kelly delivered our engagement gallery a few days after our session! It was the sweetest surprise and we were truly blown away with the beauty behind every photograph. Kelly brought our engagement ‘feels’ to life and made us so excited for our wedding day!

Throughout the wedding planning, Kelly always made herself readily available to answer any questions we had! She helped coordinate our timeline, created our photo list, and overall was an incredible support system when we needed it most. She effortlessly collaborated with our videographers to ensure our day was smooth and the best it could be! On our wedding day, Kelly was hands down amazing and put so much dedication & energy into making our day run smoothly, while not missing a beat! We had a big bridal party and family, which isn’t easy - and Kelly helped direct us and stay on top of our timelines to make sure she captured everything we wanted & more! Kelly was full of ideas and rooted for our love during all of our portraits. Her direction and positivity made us feel at ease all day long!

A few days after our wedding, she sent us previews that allowed us to continue to ride the high and relive our day! A couple of months later, we received our full wedding gallery and were simply blown away. She included over 1,000 photos that encompassed all of our most heartfelt moments, and expressions. From the simple moments, to the more grand, Kelly’s attention to detail and real coloring makes the gallery feel so natural and we are so happy with how they came out. She even has the ability to capture candid moments of our guests, family and between my husband & I, that we will cherish for a lifetime. We could not recommend Kelly more! She is an iconic photographer and such a joy to work with. Do not hesitate to reach out to her, you will not regret it!

Amazing photographer!!

Kelly was amazing! She was so helpful in dealing with COVID wedding planning, date changes, and all of that chaos. She was extremely communicative and responsive, and was also flexible as we needed to move things around. We loved our engagement shoot and she made it amazing by picking two different locations / looks. Working with her the day of the wedding was great - she was really easy to be around, instructive but didn't impact how natural the day felt, and made sure to get all of the shots that were important to us. We loved her photos - they were amazing shots that felt natural and not too "posed" but were beautiful. We have amazing memories and now amazing photos! Highly recommend working with her!

We can't recommend Kelly enough!

Kelly is a photography genius and an amazing human! People will often tell you that when you look for a wedding photographer you're not only looking for someone to capture one of the most special days of your life, but someone who is going to be with you and following you around the entire day. Let me tell you, Kelly is the person you want for both!! Kelly's work speaks for itself. Her photos capture pure emotion and freeze moments in time. Her style is exactly what we wanted. What you can't see on her website, however, is how kind and fun Kelly is to work with. When my now husband and I first met Kelly in person we walked out of our meeting, looked at each other, and immediately said to each other "she's hired!" After COVID changed our initial wedding plans, we had the honor of having Kelly at both of our weddings, our small backyard wedding and larger wedding. She managed to get the most incredible photos without being intrusive and put forth her best work at our backyard wedding of 12 people as she did with our 150+ person wedding. She was sweet, accommodating, and professional throughout what ended up being several years of planning, and even reached out to us on our original wedding date which meant the world to us. Kelly knew how to make us feel comfortable and natural in front of the camera. We're so thrilled with all of the photos we've gotten from Kelly so far including our engagement photos, backyard wedding, and some sneak peeks from our big wedding earlier this month. We can't recommend Kelly enough!

Best wedding photographer!

Working with Kelly on our wedding day was one of the best decisions we made!! We had originally postponed our September wedding, but then decided to move our date up and have an intimate celebration with our immediate families. When our photographer was unable to move, I immediately reached out to Kelly since she had originally been one of our top choices. I was SO excited she was able to make it work (on NYE nonetheless) with only a few months notice!! We absolutely loved her style and knew she would be perfect for capturing our special day. She was also a true professional and a joy to work with, from the first phone call to hashing out a timeline to dealing with all the craziness on the day of. My family couldn't stop raving about how wonderful she was. It was also absolutely freezing on our wedding day, but Kelly promised us the pictures on the beach would be worth it and of course she was right! Plus my husband and I aren't the most comfortable taking photos but she completely put us at ease and captured every moment of the day perfectly. She delivered our previews within a couple days and the full album just 2 weeks later! We could not be happier with how they turned out, and could not recommend Kelly more!!

Simply The Best

Kelly lives up to the hype. She is a phenomenal photographer. We did engagement photos with her on a freezing day in SoHo, and she was game to walk around the city and experimenting with different backdrops. She also makes you feel so comfortable - like you’ve known her for years. I don’t love attention and was nervous that our pictures would look to posed, but Kelly is simply the best at capturing candid and loving moments.

I had given Kelly the added challenge of trying to capture portraits and candids of my youngest brother who is on the autism spectrum, and she excelled. We had the most wonderful moments of my brother and my husband hugging and high five-ing when he came down the aisle. It is a moment I will treasure as much as actually getting married and I can’t thank Kelly enough for capturing it.

Kelly is also a PRO at photographing Hamilton Farm. We had a nor’easter the day of our wedding and Kelly kept me extremely calm and happy while we took photos in freezing rain and wind. The day goes by pretty fast but Kelly shot every single moment and detail - we couldn’t believe it. The colors and lighting she captures were astounding, but her black and white photos are so emotional and tender that all our friends could not stop talking about them.

We also got a wedding album through her and it is BEAUTIFUL. I love having the ability to look back on that day and I have Kelly to thank for that. She is truly wonderful at what she does.

Can't recommend highly enough!

Working with Kelly was a joy, and I would highly recommend her (this is coming from someone who has very high expectations and is incredibly type A) – in fact, I’ve already recommended her to a few couples who aren’t even engaged yet!

I discovered Kelly when researching photos from our wedding venue and was immediately attracted to her aesthetic and ability to capture the emotions of the day. I felt so happy for the couple featured on the website, even though I had never met them!

The best part of working with Kelly is her customer service and personalized approach. Our wedding was immediate family only, and given Kelly typically supports larger events, I wasn’t sure if she would be open to partnering with us. I filled out the inquiry form on Kelly’s website, and she replied to me within 24 hours (much faster than anyone else!). We connected that week by phone, and Kelly took time with me, answered all of my questions, and was flexible designing a package which would work for us.

Throughout and leading up to the wedding, Kelly was incredibly communicative and always on top of the details. She also recommended a touch base prior to the event to ensure she had a full understanding of the sequence of our day and our goals for pictures.

On our wedding day, Kelly arrived early. She helped me organize everyone, and recommended we do family pictures and couples photos in 15-minute allotments so we could take advantage of different light and backgrounds. She also found the right spots for us to take pictures, and picked places which I wouldn’t have thought to include, so I was very pleased with her ability to assess the surroundings and find the best opportunities.

Finally, given our wedding was immediate family only, it’s worth noting that we had many strong personalities present, and Kelly was able to handle everyone with grace and kindness.

Looking at our wedding preview pictures was a special experience. I absolutely love them (and this is saying a lot coming from someone who avoids pictures at all costs and generally doesn’t like pictures of herself). I was especially drawn to the candid ones, which showcase how my husband and I were feeling that day. We received the full portfolio ahead of schedule, and we were incredibly grateful to have chosen Kelly. She would be my first choice for a photographer to work with the future.

Excellent photographer - highly recommend!

We loved working with Kelly for our engagement and wedding pictures. She made us and our family feel so comfortable and captured so many stunning shots. She is a true professional and had the warmest personality and actively took the time to get to know us over the year leading up to our wedding. I could not have asked for a better photographer than Kelly for my wedding day. From the day I met her, I know I had to have her with me all day. Best photographer ever!

I don't even know where to start! Kelly was by far our favorite vendor we worked with on our wedding day. I found Kelly's work through Instagram and was completely blown away. She's a true artist and you can tell there is a great deal of care in each and every shot she takes. She has such a gorgeous aesthetic and a perfect mix between posed, yet. natural-looking shots and candids. Kelly and I hadn't met in person until the wedding day but the amount of phone calls and emails we shared prior to the day made her feel like an old friend! She was a perfect addition to the day and she got along so well with everyone. She's communicative, kind, funny, and was a total pro at directing everyone for our family and bridal party shots. We just got our photos and I can't stop gushing over them! She truly captured every emotion of the day and got every shot we could've wanted and more.

All the incredible reviews here could not be more accurate. Kelly is truly amazing in every way. Picking a wedding photographer can be really stressful, and Kelly was truly the best vendor we worked with for our wedding. We did engagement photos with her and she makes you feel instantly comfortable right away and tells you exactly what to do in order to get the most perfect shots. On our wedding day, we were behind schedule and Kelly managed to get every shot we wanted and more than we could have ever dreamed of. She also kept me extremely calm and made sure I put on my best face for photos! The day goes by SO FAST and I can't even believe all of the shots she was able to get. I honestly usually hate professional photos of myself and I could NOT have been happier with Kelly's work. She also became an instant friend and we loved working with her and spending time with her. Kelly was the perfect choice for our intimate City Hall elopement. My husband and I both aren't huge fans of being photographed, but her upbeat and cheerful demeanor helped put us at ease. She accompanied us from City Hall in Manhattan back to Brooklyn on a fun and spontaneous jaunt across the river via ferry and around our neighborhood in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. We wanted a combination of more candid shots of the day with our immediate family, and a few tasteful staged portrait-style photos, and she delivered phenomenally well on both fronts. We ended the day on the roof of our building taking some fun and silly photos with our two dogs, which she kindly indulged us in. Kelly is an excellent communicator, and does her very best to make her clients happy and meet the collective vision of the couples she works with. I highly recommend her to anyone, as she made our day so incredibly special.

Kelly made our day!

She made everyone, from the wedding party to family to us (bride and groom) feel relaxed and at home in front of the cameras. Several people from the wedding commented on how professional she was, while blending in and capturing the essence of the party!

She was incredibly organised, worked closely with our vendors to ensure alignment of timelines, approach and sensitive points. Kelly listened when we had requests about length of photographs, number of posed shots and stuck to it on the day.

And then we got the pictures and we were blown away! It seemed like she caught every smile, some tears and all of the love throughout the day.

I would (and have already to those I know!) recommended Kelly hands down to anyone looking for a creative, thoughtful and approachable photographer who delivered excellent results.

The best choice I made (besides picking my husband) was choosing Kelly as my photographer. The day goes by so fast and she perfectly captured everything so that I could relive the moments again and again. My family and friends are wild, so Kelly had the perfect amount of assertiveness to get the job done, but was always so sweet. Everyone is raving about my photos. They are candid, fun, romantic, perfect lighting etc. Most importantly, they are not cheesy, which I can't stand. I had 260 guests and she captured almost everyone there in some way. She didn't miss a beat. There is no way Kelly would do anything less than perfect. Can't say enough nice things about her!

We are so happy that we had Kelly as our photographer for our wedding. It was such a pleasure working with her not only on a professional level but also on a personal level. There are no words to begin to describe how amazing Kelly was throughout our wedding day, and in the work we have seen from her since. She has an incredible eye and offers a perfect blend of photojournalism, fine art, and portraiture style photography. She couldn't have been any sweeter dealing with our large bridal party and families, and knew when to be assertive to get unbelievable shots. The teaser photos we've seen from our 7/31 wedding are incredible - better than I could have ever imagined or hoped for. Friends keep saying they look like they came out of a bridal magazine! Kelly did an amazing job photographing our wedding and I can't recommend her enough! We were referred to Kelly by a good friend whose wedding Kelly had photographed the year before ours, and we loved the style and energy of Kelly's images. Kelly was super sweet, professional and very easy to work with. We chose to have a second photographer as part of our package, and Kelly's colleague, Kelsey, was also fabulous. We got all 900 or so photos only a month or so after the wedding and they are amazing -- we can't stop looking at them! Kelly captured all of the best moments, and we are so happy to have these photos for years to come.

We were drawn to Kelly's portfolio because of her photojournalism style, use of light, and the fact that her photos are consistently in focus! Although we originally thought Kelly was out of our budget, she worked with us to offer a paired-down package, so don't hesitate to contact her if you love her work. We ended up not doing an engagement session, but still felt at ease with her the first time we took photos with her (for our first look and couple portraits). At the wedding, she was professional and unobtrusive. We got so many compliments from our guests on how great Kelly was at the wedding, and tons of compliments afterwards on our professional photos. I am so so so pleased with Kelly's work!! She did such an amazing job! Kelly stayed calm in the midst of chaos and kept me and my husband relaxed which I so appreciated on our day. She truly curated a collection of photographs that captured the mood of the event, the many personalities there, and the essence of the people. Each person that has seen her pictures of the wedding (and our Welcome Reception the night before) has loved them and been so impressed by their quality.

I cannot find enough good things to say about my experience with Kelly. I was recommended to Kelly by another photographer and immediately fell in love with her style. I planned my NY wedding from across the country but Kelly made everything so easy at every step of the process. From her initial meeting with my mother to the actual wedding to seeing the final photos, she was a pleasure to work with. Plus, most importantly, I could not be happier with the photos. Formal photos can have a tendency of looking uptight or rigid. Not so with Kelly. She is really able to capture the joy of such a special day. On top of that, when I finally got around to requesting to purchase an album, over a year later, Kelly made that process so easy and quick. The photos she took, the formatting she put together... everything is amazing. I seriously cannot stop looking at it. In my opinion, photography is one of the most important aspects of the wedding day, as it is the thing that you can look back year after year. And I absolutely could not be happier with my experience!

I can't possibly recommend Kelly any higher. From the moment we met with her, both my wife and I knew that we'd found our photographer. She was easy to talk to, down to earth, and her photos had exactly the aesthetic we were looking for.

She made all the planning leading up the the event easy including finding a fabulous second photographer to work at our wedding. On the day of the event she was fun and professional and easily adjusted to anything that was thrown at her.

Within a week after our wedding we had a highlight album and within a month we had all of our pictures - almost 1300 of them! They were perfect.

If you're looking for a photographer for any occasion, look no further than Kelly.

Kelly is amazing! She was very friendly and so much fun to work with. She has a great personality and was extremely flexible. For example, when we were on the bus going to the venue, I randomly and quickly had the bus stop because I wanted a picture in front of Radio City. Kelly didn't even blink, she just jumped off the bus with us and got the shot. Also, two weeks after our wedding we met Kelly again and went around NYC taking pictures all over the city. She was great even though it was hot and crowded as it was the peak of summer and tourism (Times Square, subway, Grand Central Station, etc) and she never complained and even hung around longer thank we had her booked for, just so we could get our "dream shots". She was up for all of our crazy ideas. We had a blast with Kelly and our pictures are stunning!

I could not be happier that we decided to work with Kelly for our wedding! Right from our first meeting I knew she was exactly who we were looking for. She was so easy to work with and listened to all of our needs and wants. She was super responsive as we were planning and also did an amazing job day-of. I love the quality of the photographs and she really captured the feel of the venue, the special moments of day, and lots of natural emotion with family and friends! Going through the moments she captured is like reliving the entire event.

I usually never like how I look in pictures and am not good at posing-at all. Kelly took all that into consideration and I honestly felt so comfortable working with her. I didn't feel corny or embarrassed when we were shooting the portraits and my husband and I look like the best versions of ourselves- comfortable and happy :) We have gotten so many amazing compliments on the photos we have shared and everyone in them loved how they looked too :)

I would highly recommend Kelly as a photographer for any event!

A really big shout out to Kelly. I can’t actually think of all the words I need to be able to describe how incredibly talented Kelly is, and how absolutely delightful she is to work with. It took me a really long time to find a wedding photographer. Having a background in photography, and wanting something very specific, and I never thought I would be able to find what I was looking for. Through some random Pinterest clicking, I ended up seeing Kelly’s name in a credit line. Thank goodness for that! Kelly, like I said, is talented. She is one of a kind. Sharply funny and so easy to work with. She made the first experience we had with her (engagement photos) easy and comfortable. She took her time, she let us be uncomfortable and warm up at our own pace. On the wedding day she was in tuned to everything that was going on, professional and totally killed it. She braved the rain and snow and ice to get shots with us in 30 degree weather, she sensed when we had enough of family portraits and moved us along. All in all I can’t say enough about Kelly. Her technical skills are impeccable and her use of light, breathtaking. We couldn't have asked for anything better!

Kelly is an absolutely fantastic photographer and so much fun to work with! She did an incredible job with both our engagement photos and all of our wedding weekend photos (rehearsal dinner, welcome party, and wedding day), and she was extremely flexible and willing to work around our busy schedules to fit in everything that we wanted. Kelly Kollar is an amazing photographer and also excellent to work with. She is responsive, professional, accommodating and easy to work with (made sure to do all the photos I requested and wasn't afraid to suggest different arrangements and wrangle the bridal party when need be!).

And, of course, her photos are INCREDIBLE! She has a more documentary/candid style which we wanted although she does the traditional poses as well. She was always there snapping photos when I looked for her but she was not intrusive or noticeable. She moved around the dance floor capturing photos as well!!

Also, we needed a videographer last minute and she not only recommended a great team (Crown Street Productions) but helped us secure them and really took the time to make sure we had everything we needed. She went above and beyond.

We suggest getting a package and also getting an assistant photographer depending on the size of your venue/wedding. The assistant photographer was extremely helpful and was able to capture other parts of the wedding and ceremony.

HIGHLY recommend!

Kelly did a wonderful job photographing our wedding. She was extremely accommodating, professional and a true pleasure to work with. We didn't even notice her during most of the day, and I mean that in the best way possible -- she seamlessly captured candid moments without ever being intrusive. When organizing group shots she demonstrated the perfect mix of being in control and being completely calm. The pictures exceeded our expectations, which were already high considering how beautiful all of Kelly's work is. She truly went above and beyond and we couldn't be happier with our choice.

Kelly Kollar was an absolute dream to have as our wedding photographer! She understood our vision and because of her amazing talent, our wedding images turned our phenomenal. It is easy for my husband and I to be bias and remark on how gorgeous the images are but the real testimony to Kelly's great work is that every person we show our wedding images to has remarked that "they are the most beautiful wedding pictures they have ever seen.". The first question I get is, "who was your photographer? I need her name.". And you absolutely do, need Kelly's name. She is skilled and talented and produces real art not your boring wedding shots. Her amazing use of light and ability to capture emotion sets her apart. Her photographs make you want to enlarge all of your wedding photos for gorgeous displays in your home. Not only is Kelly an amazing photographer she is also a sweet and friendly presence on your big day. She was never in the way and was careful and organized to ensure she got every single shot we asked for and more. We booked her with only six month s notice and she was so easy to work with, from creating an easy payment plan to working with us on our wedding day, we could not have asked for a better photographer.

Kelly did an amazing job photographing our wedding. While Kelly was on her feet and in the action all night, she managed to stay out of the spotlight and let the evening unfold on its own. Her ability to capture the moments as they took place and her eye for beauty resulted in breathtaking photos of the venue, detailed pictures of the decor, and photographs of guests that ranged from intimate candids to hilarious dance shots! My husband and I both agree that hiring Kelly as our photographer was the best decision we made for our wedding (asides from each other!) Kelly's professionalism and creativity, combined with her "cool, calm, and collected" personality made her a pleasure to work with. Kelly Kollar was not only a fantastic photographer taking excellent shots, but she also was able to help keep our wedding in line better than our planners! No joke! We happened to have some wedding planners that were a bit lacking in experience and created some franticness in our day, but Kelly helped us to advise and keep everything together.

Logistics aside, Kelly's photos are excellent. The bride to be was also a professional photographer, so the choice of who to shoot our special day was a difficult one. We found Kelly's photos to have a timeless quality that truly captured the feeling of our wedding. Her practical sense of lighting makes all the difference. Thanks again!

I can't say enough good things about Kelly and the absolutely gorgeous pictures that she took of our wedding.

We got to know her beforehand because she did our engagement shoot. We had a wonderful time and she made us feel so at ease. The pictures are stunning.

Kelly drove up to the Catskills from NYC for our September wedding and she and her assistant spent the day with us. She was unobtrusive, but at the same time, she added to the exciting energy of the day. I felt comfortable letting her do her thing, knowing that she would get all the coverage we could possibly want. We had quite a long list of family portraits and she got through them in no time.

Getting the pictures back let us relive the day again. Her photos captured moments I remember and moments that I missed the first time around and now get to experience. They look like OUR wedding, not like a photo shoot of a wedding or anything staged. And, multiple people have told me that the photos look like we paid a LOT more for them than we actually did.

We got a beautiful brag book and a CD of everything, plus a blog post and all of the images available online for printing. Kelly is on top of it in every way and her presentation of everything is beautiful. We would hire her again in a second!!

Kelly was awesome. She really takes care of you like you're family. I was no bridezilla and I think that was helpful. Our wedding was in NYC and I wanted action shots of us carrying on as we would naturally do ( in our wedding gear) and they came out awesome. Kelly came very highly recommended from a friend who had hired her for her wedding so we hired her for our engagement shoot. We couldn't have been happier with our decision! Kelly is extremely professional and made my fiance and I feel super comfortable the day of the shoot.

Both of us are a bit camera shy and don't feel that we are photogenic but Kelly ensured that we could be ourselves and let our personalities shine through in the photos. We couldn't be more pleased with our photos and all of our friends and family love the pictures as much as we do.

Without a doubt, I would hire Kelly again to photograph us in the future. I wish we were getting married in the NYC area as she would definitely be our wedding photographer.

Kelly performed an engagement photo shoot for myself and my fiance in June of 2011 on our old stomping grounds by NYU. Even though Shaun and I were quite nervous, she made us feel comfortable and helped us have a great time. Kelly is very natural and it's clear that she approaches her shoots with a vision that seeks both to capture the personality of the couple and create beautiful imagery, but at the same time she is respectful of the couples' desires and needs. She is creative and loves her job, that much is apparent. A couple couldn't ask for a better photographer.

Neither my fiance nor myself feel that we're very photogenic, but Kelly made us feel like naturals, and we can't get enough of the photographs. Both we and our families adore each and every one.

I wouldn't have changed a thing about my experience with Kelly, and I hope she'll be able to photograph something for me again in the future!

When you're planning your wedding, everyone tells you to pick your top two or three priorities, go crazy with those and then make compromises with the rest. Our number one priority for the wedding was to have fantastic photos, and fantastic photos we got. After searching the internet high and low, we found Kelly Kollar and knew that she was, by far, the best photographer of the lot. It's clear from looking at her portfolio on her website that she takes stunning photos, but what's harder to tell is that she takes a lot of pride in her work and goes the extra mile to give her clients exactly what they asked for. Because I have a really huge, complicated family tree, I gave Kelly and her assistant, Tanya, a list of every photo configuration we wanted--not only did they manage to get through the entire list quickly (with rain about to fall at any second), but they managed to get really beautiful photos out of it as well. Kelly and Tanya were great and we're so very happy with our wedding photos!

Kelly's work speaks for itself. She is able to capture the unscripted, organic moments of your wedding day that make it special. My husband Paul and I have received endless compliments on our wedding photos. The photos exceeded our expectations, they are beautiful and we treasure them!

Kelly was extremely easy to work with. She spends time talking with you prior so she understands what you want. She is open to all photos you would like but she is also very creative so you'll end up with gorgeous compositions. I highly recommend Kelly all of my engaged friends.

Kelly is fantastic! I was lucky to meet her a few years ago when she was still in school, and so we connected again when I was looking for a wedding photographer. She was just great to work with. She is friendly, smart, responsive, thoughtful, creative, and very professional. We LOVE our pictures and our friends and family keep saying how impressed they are with how they turned out. She was willing to do lots of the traditional posed pictures, but she also was artistic and her sense of style is evident in the pictures, especially in the wonderful candid shots of the reception.

She had lots of good ideas and was also willing to work with our ideas and suggestions, and she was fun to have along with the wedding party for the day. In addition, she was willing to travel from NYC to Princeton for the wedding, and she worked with us on the price (we are students) so that the end result-- beautiful pictures!-- was well worth the cost. I highly recommend her.

Kelly was a true find when I was looking for a photographer who was both very skilled and could fit within my budget--she was totally accommodating with her rates for my off-season December wedding, and we were lucky to have her. Her more casual, documentary style was exactly what we wanted and the final images are beautiful--we've received many compliments on them. She was both in charge of the shoot when we needed her to be, giving excellent direction to us and our families for portraits, and unobtrusive during the ceremony and reception. Personally, she is very sweet and lovely to work with. I recommend her highly, she's an outstanding talent and value.
