The most amazing wedding planner we could ask for!
Where do I begin!! We live in Charlotte, NC and decided to plan a destination wedding. I was so afraid to do something from so far away, especially never seeing the venue, but Ari and her team gave us peace of mind and were incredible from start to finish! From the very beginning she gave us a FaceTime tour of our venue, recommended amazing vendors with multiple quotes, and made our vision come to life. A week before, we decided we wanted a dessert table, and she quickly had multiple vendors to provide us quotes! On the day of, she even packed up numerous boxes of food for us at the reception, as well as our wedding cake, for us to eat back at our hotel room which was incredible and so thoughtful. For any brides wanting to have the “control” like myself, please, trust Ari with your life and your wedding. She is beyond amazing, so kind, and I could not have wished for a better experience. We will forever recommend her and her team, and cannot wait to visit Puerto Rico again!

A lifesaver!
Ari / KAZ Events was the glue that held the entire wedding event together. I hired her in the very early stages of planning and that was an excellent choice. She was very familiar with my venue that I had already booked, and had other great recommendations for further vendors. She has been doing wedding planning for a long time, and it shows! We spoke periodically throughout the process, but as things got closer, we were emailing and eventually texting very frequently. She always responded quickly and made sure to get to the root of any issue or complaint I may have had. A few days before we met and did a walk through with the venue coordinator. This made me feel so at ease and more ready for the wedding. On the day of the wedding, she was on it. Everything went perfectly and ran very close to schedule. My husband's grandparents are in his 90's and had to leave early. She made sure to position them in the reception area to be able to see our first dance and to get some cake to go. I cannot recommend Ari enough. She acts more like a friend than just a vendor.

We planned our destination wedding weekend in Old San Juan while living in NJ, and Ari made everything feel effortless. She helped coordinate our welcome party at St. Germain Bistro, our wedding reception at Hotel El Convento, and our farewell brunch—each one ran perfectly.
Ari was patient, efficient, and made me feel completely at ease, which let me actually enjoy the weekend. She also took the time to bring us to St. Germain during our planning visit to try the food, which was such a thoughtful touch.
She made sure all of our vendors were on the same page, and everything stayed organized and on time. On top of that, she was so warm and personable with our friends and family—everyone absolutely loved her. If you’re planning a wedding in Puerto Rico, I can’t recommend Ari enough.

Ari aka Kaz events is phenomenal. I’ll begin by sharing that she is authentic in her eagerness and willingness to make your wedding day the day of dreams come true. She is responsive, flexible, willing to go the extra mile, and is fearless in times of wedding day blips and hiccups. Your guests will never know because she and her team handle it well. Ari’s a fierce mediator when needed. She is vendor savvy (on point recommendations) and is always looking for what makes you happy and for what you want. She is conscientious of budget and will guide you where to maximize spending. We are ever grateful for Ari’s guidance, support, attention, and love. In the process of planning, executing, and handling all wedding details she became a friend.

The key to truly enjoying your wedding day!
We hired Ariadne as a month-of coordinator almost a year before our wedding date and even though her services were stated to begin a month before the wedding, she immediately sent us a list of her recommended vendors and suggestions and was always available via text or call to answer any of our questions or give us advice and recommendations! She and her team are very professional, respectful, kind and knowledgeable. We also did a site inspection with her and our venue to make sure we were aligned on the layout of the space and logistics, and the week of the wedding we had our rehearsal with her to coordinate our entrance and where us and the wedding party would stand in the ceremony. Two weeks before, we met with her in person with my then fiancé and my parents to plan all the final details. She came in prepared with a well thought out plan, had contacted all of our vendors and had made a detailed timeline which she gladly modified to fit our priorities and what was the most important for us. She even hired a group of local “pleneros” on the spot as a last minute addition we wanted, which ended up being one of the highlights of our wedding! The day of, she was very communicative and made sure everything ran smoothly, from the ceremony, to the cocktail hour, reception entrance, dinner and the rest of the party! We were able to completely enjoy our night thanks to her, her team and their expertise. If you want to feel like you are in the best hands and to truly let go on your wedding day to be fully present without worrying if something goes wrong, hire Kaz Events!! 100% recommended. Gracias Ariadne, eres la mejor!!

We chose the full package, and she made the entire planning process seamless, balancing communication with us and our parents (when our parents asked to help too later in the process). Even though Ari couldn’t be there on the day of, she ensured everything was flawlessly set up in advance, and her team executed the plan beautifully—adapting when needed without missing a beat. Amazing Wedding Planner
We hired Kaz to be our wedding planner day of coordination which started a month out. Even before the services started, Kaz was super helpful when any vendor related questions and general questions. When her services started a month out, she was always available for any calls or questions for any last minute planning. And then on the day of the wedding, Kaz was everywhere making the day run as smoothly as possible and making it as stress-free of a day as possible. Amazing Wedding Coordinator!
