Where do I begin!! We live in Charlotte, NC and decided to plan a destination wedding. I was so afraid to do something from so far away, especially never seeing the venue, but Ari and her team gave us peace of mind and were incredible from start to finish! From the very beginning she gave us a FaceTime tour of our venue, recommended amazing vendors with multiple quotes, and made our vision come to life. A week before, we decided we wanted a dessert table, and she quickly had multiple vendors to provide us quotes! On the day of, she even packed up numerous boxes of food for us at the reception, as well as our wedding cake, for us to eat back at our hotel room which was incredible and so thoughtful. For any brides wanting to have the “control” like myself, please, trust Ari with your life and your wedding. She is beyond amazing, so kind, and I could not have wished for a better experience. We will forever recommend her and her team, and cannot wait to visit Puerto Rico again! -

Ari was simply a life saver. I reached out to her 3 months before my wedding in a panic because my “coordinator” I got through my wedding venue was very slow in responses and not willing to help day of with any vendors I got outside of the venue (which was all besides DJ). Ari jumped right in to help and immediately reached out to all my vendors, took over communication, created a timeline, and so much more. The day of the wedding she made it SO stress free. Not one thing went wrong and she helped my vision come to life. She handled absolutely everything for me and I can’t recommend her enough. If you are on the fence about getting a coordinator… DO IT & HIRE KAZ EVENTS!!! -

We hired Ari from KAZ Events for month-of coordination, and from the moment she stepped in, the shift was immediate. She requested all our contracts, reached out to vendors proactively, and flagged items that needed revision before they became problems. Her attention to detail is genuinely unmatched.
The day itself ran seamlessly. We had a prioritized family photo list ready ahead of the ceremony, and she worked alongside our photographer to move through it quickly and efficiently. The ceremony was exactly what we'd hoped for.
What stood out most was how she made sure we actually enjoyed our own wedding. She helped my friend bustle my dress, brought us cocktails and appetizers during the cocktail hour so we didn't miss out, and made sure we sat down to real plates of food at dinner. It's the kind of thing you don't think to plan for and can't recover once the moment passes.
She also handled all vendor tip distribution and provided receipts confirming every envelope was delivered. Nothing fell through the cracks.
If you're considering month-of coordination, or even better - full coordination - book Ari. You'll be glad you did! -

If you are in the middle of searching for a wedding planner and you are reading this review, stop what you are doing and contact Ari. I mean it.
From our very first call, Ari stood out immediately as the most responsive person we reached out to during our entire search. That quick, clear communication wasn’t just a tactic to win our business, it is simply who she is. From the first conversation all the way through our wedding day, she was always on top of it.
Ari is, in a word, a superwoman! She managed every moving part of our wedding with grace and kept us on track without ever making us feel stressed. When we had ideas that were really important to us, she moved heaven and earth to make them happen. And when something wasn’t realistic, she told us honestly and helped us find an even better solution. That balance of “yes, and” with genuine expertise is so rare and so valuable.
Hire her now!!
Oh, and one more tip: Ari loves champagne, and if you hire her, please get her a beautiful bottle because she will have more than earned it. She will pour her whole heart into making your wedding day everything you dreamed of and then some. We are endlessly grateful for her! -

Ari is worth every penny for her services. As someone who has never come close to planning an event before, Ari guided us every step of the way. She gave advice on vendors, assisted with all communication and coordination prior to the wedding, and also offered a lot of advice and hotel recommendations given half of our guests were traveling in.
The day of was one of the best days of our lives, and I do not believe it would have been so smooth, fun, and beautiful without Ari's support. Ari made me truly feel like a queen. She was constantly checking in, making sure we were okay, had eaten, and settling our nerves. If there were any bumps I am not even aware of them, because Ari handled any issue that might've come up with grace, professionalism, and with solution. I am so grateful to Ari! -

Ari / KAZ Events was the glue that held the entire wedding event together. I hired her in the very early stages of planning and that was an excellent choice. She was very familiar with my venue that I had already booked, and had other great recommendations for further vendors. She has been doing wedding planning for a long time, and it shows! We spoke periodically throughout the process, but as things got closer, we were emailing and eventually texting very frequently. She always responded quickly and made sure to get to the root of any issue or complaint I may have had. A few days before we met and did a walk through with the venue coordinator. This made me feel so at ease and more ready for the wedding. On the day of the wedding, she was on it. Everything went perfectly and ran very close to schedule. My husband's grandparents are in his 90's and had to leave early. She made sure to position them in the reception area to be able to see our first dance and to get some cake to go. I cannot recommend Ari enough. She acts more like a friend than just a vendor. -

We planned our destination wedding weekend in Old San Juan while living in NJ, and Ari made everything feel effortless. She helped coordinate our welcome party at St. Germain Bistro, our wedding reception at Hotel El Convento, and our farewell brunch—each one ran perfectly.
Ari was patient, efficient, and made me feel completely at ease, which let me actually enjoy the weekend. She also took the time to bring us to St. Germain during our planning visit to try the food, which was such a thoughtful touch.
She made sure all of our vendors were on the same page, and everything stayed organized and on time. On top of that, she was so warm and personable with our friends and family—everyone absolutely loved her. If you’re planning a wedding in Puerto Rico, I can’t recommend Ari enough. -

We hired Ariadne as a month-of coordinator almost a year before our wedding date and even though her services were stated to begin a month before the wedding, she immediately sent us a list of her recommended vendors and suggestions and was always available via text or call to answer any of our questions or give us advice and recommendations! She and her team are very professional, respectful, kind and knowledgeable. We also did a site inspection with her and our venue to make sure we were aligned on the layout of the space and logistics, and the week of the wedding we had our rehearsal with her to coordinate our entrance and where us and the wedding party would stand in the ceremony. Two weeks before, we met with her in person with my then fiancé and my parents to plan all the final details. She came in prepared with a well thought out plan, had contacted all of our vendors and had made a detailed timeline which she gladly modified to fit our priorities and what was the most important for us. She even hired a group of local “pleneros” on the spot as a last minute addition we wanted, which ended up being one of the highlights of our wedding! The day of, she was very communicative and made sure everything ran smoothly, from the ceremony, to the cocktail hour, reception entrance, dinner and the rest of the party! We were able to completely enjoy our night thanks to her, her team and their expertise. If you want to feel like you are in the best hands and to truly let go on your wedding day to be fully present without worrying if something goes wrong, hire Kaz Events!! 100% recommended. My husband, daughter and I hired Ari to plan our daughters wedding in Puerto Rico. We live in Ohio so we really had to trust in Ari´s expertise. Words cannot express how incredible Ari and her team were from the start to finish. Ari recommended vendors that exceeded our expectations from the flowers to the hair and makeup artist to the champagne tower, it was all absolutely stunning! Ari was so easy to communicate with. She responded to every question or concern within 24 hours. The day of the wedding, Ari and her team worked tirelessly with a smile on their face to make the wedding day go flawlessly. Ari and her team made my daughters dream wedding come true. We cannot recommend them enough to anybody that is planning to get married in Puerto Rico. Honestly, we have two younger siblings that we hope will want a destination wedding. We would 100% use Ari and her team again! -

We selected KAZ Events after a careful screening of various recommended Vendors. It surely was a great selection. KaZ helped us navigate the complex issues surrounding the wedding for a lay person looking for hassle free experience. She diligently provided an overview of wedding plan, including alerting on major pitfalls, like contracting with different vendors and keeping the timeline for all relevant matters. KAZ timely answered our requests and was key to streamline the communication with different service providers. Ari was one of the first vendors we hired in 2022 for our February 2024 wedding at Hacienda Siesta Alegre and we cannot applaud her (and her incredible team!) enough for making the wedding of our dreams come true.
As an event coordinator myself, I wanted to partner with someone who had attention to detail, creative solutions, excellent connections with the venue and other vendors and a fun personality. You get that and MORE with Ari!
Ari was incredibly responsive throughout our time working together, always communicating with prompt timing and answering our questions in great detail. When she had a family emergency come up or was juggling major events, we always received updates in a timely manner. I never felt worried throughout the process, especially as a destination bride, because I knew Ari and her team were handling all the details.
Ari was really flexible with us in the contracting phase and worked with our budget. I interviewed several different wedding coordinators, but after our initial planning call, I knew KAZ Events was the service for us. Ari was genuinely excited for us and got to know us on a personal level, which made the months of planning together all the more fun.
Ari is so well-connected and beloved by all in the hospitality/wedding planning industry. There was not one vendor we selected that did not come from her amazing list of recommendations, and we were so impressed and happy with everyone - from HMU to music to the food. We are filled with gratitude that due to Ari, we were surrounded by so many warm and talented vendors who made our day so special.
In addition to our wedding, Ari also helped coordinate a welcome party in Old San Juan at Tapea to kick off our wedding weekend. Our guests loved the experience and it was a beautiful way to welcome our friends and family to the island. Without Ari, I would not have known about such a wonderful place to host this special event.
I highly recommend her wedding planning services to anyone getting married. We've already talked about doing a vow renewal with her when the time comes! 100/10 stars to KAZ Events! -

The Kaz Events team has been nothing short of phenomenal. The amount of patience, care, attention to detail and effort that was put in throughout the entire wedding planning process was incredible. We initially hired a different wedding coordinator, who would not return phone calls, emails or texts and eventually went missing for months. So, we had to scramble to hire someone else and we found Ari, who was an actual godsend. We live in mainland USA and our wedding was a destination wedding in a remote location in the mountains. Ari was absolutely amazing and made our day exceedingly magical. She was in constant touch with us before the wedding and then on the day of was there early and made everything happen on time. It was hot and muggy and she and her assistant worked hard in the heat. Our wedding was outdoors and it rained. Ari was able to come up with backup plans on the fly and the whole wedding ended up being better than we had ever expected. Everyone there said it was the best wedding they have ever been to and Ari at KAZ was a big part of that. She is awesome and I would highly recommend her. She will give you peace of mind and reduce the stress of planning and putting on a wedding. -

Words aren't enough to express how happy I am with Ari and her team at KAZ events. I was on the fence about hiring a wedding planner since I had already picked my venue and my Dj, but I'm so glad I did. The day of the wedding ran smoothly and Ari's attitude makes everything better, she's great at keeping the calm while being very productive and diligent. Ari has great connections, gave me amazing recommendations about vendors and was great at communicating and following up with them. I also think her prices are reasonable. Don't look any further, just hire her. You won't be disappointed!!

2/19/23 Wedding
I am not even sure where to begin with this review. I wish there was a 10 star option because that’s what Ari and her team deserve. Hands down, KAZ events was the best decision we made for our wedding day. Her services are truly invaluable and she makes magic happen. We used Ari for Day of Coordination for our wedding, but her services begin even before that. She helped confirm all of my (already hired) vendors and ensured all of the payments were organized. The day could not have gone as smooth as it did without Ari and her team, she took care of one hiccup I had even before I had time to worry about it. She was the right hand everyone needs to have on their special day. She kept us on schedule, helped with set up and take down, made sure all of our guests made it to and from our ceremony (la Rogativa) to our reception (Hotel el Convento) and made sure we ate and had a full drink at all times. I am forever thankful for Ari and her team. -

Ari at Kaz Events what so unbelievably responsive when I was surrounded by a number of vendors who were NOT responsive. She not only answered all of my questions asap, she worked hard to help me find what I needed for my destination wedding in Puerto Rico. I highly recommend everyone use Ari and Kaz Events for their wedding planning, especially if they are not living in Puerto Rico and need a reputable person on the island to help out. I thought I could plan a destination wedding myself, but when I got overwhelmed with the little details and me not being in Puerto Rico, we knew it was time to hire a wedding coordinator. I found Ari through Wedding Wire, and as soon as I talked to her, I knew she was the wedding coordinator for us. Ari is so knowledgeable on the ins and outs of the wedding business. She made the process so easy, and when my anxiety would get the best of me, she had so much patience with me and calmed me down. You can tell that Ari really loves what she does, and loves making her client’s dreams come true. She went above and beyond and surprised us with little things like requesting Selena for me (I am a huge Selena fan) at our rehearsal dinner. Additionally, the night before our wedding our transportation vendor informed us that the Rolls Royce we rented was out for maintenance; however, somehow Ari made it happen and the day of the wedding she surprised us with the Rolls Royce! On our wedding day, there were a few hiccups that occurred that were out of our control, and Ari and her team handled them like absolute pros! I was so calm that day because I knew Ari and her team were on it - I felt so assured that everything would work out and turn out beautifully. I cannot express how thankful we are for Ari and her team for making our wedding day an absolute fairytale. I would hire Ari and her team over and over again! Gracias, Ari! -

Wedding of our dreams!
Our wedding was beyond perfect and all thanks to KAZ Events and her team. I would highly Ariadne as a wedding planner to anyone having a destination wedding in Puerto Rico. The best decision I made is to hire Ariadne. I loved how professional, detail oriented but most importantly caring she is. Our wedding day I felt so calm because I knew every detail was taken care of. We had some many guests compliment on how smoothly and well organized every detail was. I couldn’t agree more with the statement! The past year she has become more than my wedding planner but also my friend! I will forever cherish our friendship. Top Notch Wedding Planning Service!
I found Kaz Events through our florist who recommended them. Our florist said that we should have at least a day of wedding planner. This way we don’t have to worry about anything the day of our wedding. Let me tell you, it was an excellent suggestion. Ari from Kaz Events was SUPER responsive! 4 weeks prior to our wedding she contacted all of our vendors and made sure everything was lined up. Unfortunately she got COVID just two days before our wedding but sent her colleague Madeleine who was amazing! What a great experience it turned out to be even with the COVID obstacle to overcome. -

Ariadne is the wedding planner for KAZ Events and she is the BEST wedding planner any couple could ask for! She is the definition of a perfect wedding planner because she was extremely attentive, hard-working, and truly loves her job! First, her prices are very reasonable and that was important for us as a young couple. Next, she has the sweetest and most genuine heart. She was there for us every single step of the way from the beginning! For example, she meet with us biweekly for six months via zoom or phone call. As a couple who planned a destination wedding, it was important for us to meet biweekly to ensure that we were on track with everything.
Also, Ariadne is loved by so many people so she had great relationships with all our vendors and helped us make every wish come true. She is someone who goes the extra mile and all her hard work never went unnoticed. It’s important to note that our wedding day was full of rain, poor communication and help from our hotel staff, and unexpected mishaps.. BUT Ariadne still made sure EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT with her assistant so we never had a single worry. Our wedding day was the best day of our lives and Ariadne was a HUGE reason why it was such a success. Trust me, you will not regret having her as your wedding planner because she is truly the best!!!!! KAZ Events were the most amazing people to work with!! Initially I contacted Ari because I wanted a “one day service”, on the wedding day; I already had booked my vendors. She was beyond happy to be willing to help me with the vendors before my day came. I postponed my wedding a year later and yet there she was, contacting me and following up on the vendors, every single one of them!! She was the only one I communicated throughout the process. She helped me in EVERYTHING and thanks to her I didn’t had a bit of stress. The wedding was truly beautiful and I honestly couldn’t ask for more. She even had to run to the supermarket in the middle of the wedding for something we forgot!!! She is amazing, loves what she does, has a kind heart and is meant to be right here, where she can turn storm into calm and peace and frustrations into joy and laughter. She is the one everyone’s looking for 🤍 -

If I could leave Ari 10 stars I would! From my very first phone call with her she put my mind at ease and I immediately felt her genuine love for what she does. She helped me to feel calm throughout the entire wedding planning process. She is trustworthy, reliable, flexible, kind, caring and just an over all wonderful person! Her attention to detail and ability to multitask is exceptional. She has extensive knowledge about so many vendors on the island as well as restaurants, great local spots, and just over all general information.
We made small changes up until the day before our wedding and she was able to accommodate any new request we asked for with ease and confidence.
My fiancé and I traveled from California to get married in Puerto Rico, Ari was so sweet and even let me ship decor I had in a big box directly to her house so I didn’t have to fly with it. Simply put, she is phenomenal and you will be the happiest Bride and Groom if you hire her for your special day. She is truly like family to my husband and I now, we cannot wait to meet up with her again in Puerto Rico or host her out in LA. SHE IS THE BEST!! -

Traveling from Alaska and wanting to get married at El Morro I knew I needed a wedding planner to help me. Ari and Kaz Events made everything a breeze! I did not worry or have any anxiety, AT ALL! Even when my husband “lost one of the rings” (it was in a weird pocket) I knew Ari would do what she needed to do to make things perfect for Ryan and I. She delivered HANDS DOWN! She even made sure I had a local beer from PR while getting ready! -

Had a short period of time to plan our elopment and every thing I requested was perfectly excuted when I arrived. Easy to get a hold of and fixed things that i was unable to do myself. Many times, she would follow up with me before I even had a chance to check in with her:) This was very important; in that, we only had 10 days to plan everything. I sent her a picture of what I wanted (as it related to my decorations) and she delivered above and beyond at a rate much lower than other proposals that I received from other planners. Additionally, everyone that she referred (hair, makeup, florist, etc) we’re Topnotch. Most of all, she was calm, reassuring & a blessing to work with. I highly recommend Ariadne!

No fue fácil reinventarse a dos meses de la boda. It was not easy to reinvent two months before the wedding. KAZ events with Ari: Ari began working with us months before our wedding and from the start she was incredibly attentive and supportive. She was always available for a Zoom call and just a text message away. She made a point to include both my mom and me in group messages and calls so we always felt prepared, informed, and up to date.
Ari was proactive and confident when it came to collaborating with vendors. She wasn’t afraid to communicate expectations, set deadlines, and ensure everything aligned with our vision. Early on, she guided me through the traditional aspects of wedding ceremonies, but once she realized I wanted something less conventional, she fully embraced my ideas and helped bring them to life.
She is very family-oriented, and on the wedding day she had a close-knit team helping everything run smoothly and stay on track. Ari was consistently accessible, and if she was ever busy, she clearly communicated when she would follow up.
She had no problem reaching out to vendors on our behalf to communicate our needs and gather quotes. Ari has strong connections in the wedding and event planning world and truly knows how to guide her clients through the process. I would absolutely recommend her!

KAZ Events con Ari: comenzamos a trabajar con Ari meses antes de nuestra boda, y desde el inicio fue increíblemente atenta y solidaria. Siempre estaba disponible para una llamada por Zoom y a solo un mensaje de texto de distancia. Se aseguró de incluir tanto a mi mamá como a mí en mensajes grupales y llamadas, para que siempre nos sintiéramos preparados, informados y al día.
Ari fue proactiva y segura al colaborar con los proveedores. No dudó en comunicar expectativas, establecer plazos y asegurarse de que todo estuviera alineado con nuestra visión. Al principio, me orientó sobre los aspectos tradicionales de las ceremonias de boda, pero cuando se dio cuenta de que yo quería algo menos convencional, apoyó completamente mis ideas y nos ayudó a hacerlas realidad.
Es muy orientada a la familia, y el día de la boda contó con un equipo cercano que ayudó a que todo se desarrollara sin problemas y según lo planeado. Ari siempre estuvo disponible, y si en algún momento estaba ocupada, nos comunicaba claramente cuándo podía responder.

I hired this planner for my wedding on 6-22-19. She was very responsive prior to me signing the contract and giving a deposit. After this, I barely heard from her and responses to my questions were 1-3 days after. She made me promises she didn’t keep. Needless to say I had to fire her 6 weeks prior to my wedding and she had completed nothing. Worst experience. I wouldn’t recommend her at all
