We hired Kastina & Co about a month before our daughter’s wedding on May 17, 2026, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we made.
For months, the bride and groom and my husband and I had been handling all of the planning ourselves—choosing the venue, caterer, photographer, videographer, DJ, and all the other details that go into a wedding. As the wedding approached, coordinating everything was becoming overwhelming, and I realized we needed an experienced wedding planner to take over the day-of coordination. Kastina & Co came highly recommended, and after meeting Kastina Morrison, the company’s founder, we immediately felt confident that she could handle it.
From the moment Kastina began working with us, she took charge. She created a detailed timeline for the wedding day, coordinated directly with every vendor, and made sure everyone knew exactly where they needed to be, when they needed to be there, and what their responsibilities were.
On the wedding day itself, two members of her team, Emma and Nicole, were there from beginning to end making sure everything ran smoothly. Because of them, we were able to stop worrying about logistics and focus entirely on the bride, groom, our family, and our guests.
What impressed us even more was what happened at the end of a very long day. We discovered that Emma and Nicole had packed up everything for us. Instead of spending another hour or more gathering decorations, personal items, and wedding materials, it had already been taken care of.

We were very certain we could handle our wedding solo, but after some unforeseen challenges we decided to recruit help. Kastina, Nicole, and her team handled many challenges with a new venue with professionalism, efficiency, and most importantly got us solutions/outcomes time and time again (way past what we could have imagined possible). Kastina Morrison is the epitome of event excellence. We hired Kastina & Co. for day-of (really, month-of) wedding coordination for our outdoor ceremony at a non-traditional farm venue. Kastina dove right in, offering a curated list of 5-star vendors, brainstorming for decor, and setting several meetings to keep things on track. We had a lot of cannabis elements (a very new thing in Minnesota), but Kastina was able to help us find the right partners to stay compliant and classy.

The best part, aside from Kastina’s immensely positive and creative spirit, is her organizational skills. She created many invaluable documents, including an incredibly detailed run-of-show that outlined our wedding down to the minute. Every single person, whether it was a vendor, a wedding party person, or a family member, knew precisely where they needed to be when. This document alone was worth its weight in gold as it allowed me (the bride) to enjoy my special day, and helped ease the mind of my anxious MIL (not an easy feat).

On the day of, Kastina and her team worked their tails off to ensure things went off without a hitch - including repairing a wind-damaged tent. It could have spelled disaster for our reception, but somehow Kastina saved the day. And I didn’t even know it happened until the very end of the night. She’s just that good.

In my opinion, you couldn't possibly imagine a better wedding coordinator than Kastina (and her entire team)! She is everything you could hope for: ultra proactive, on top of everything, asks you questions you didn't consider thinking of, and does it with a level of warmth, compassion, and genuine interest that makes you feel like you're her only client. It's clear that this is her passion, and she's truly GREAT at it!

I booked Kastina for "day of" support (which is really month of support), and also used her to help coordinate some ad hoc items throughout the months leading up to our wedding. Working with Kastina is easy and straightforward, she has a very reasonable hourly price she will charge you, and will take things off your plate you don't want to deal with (like finding a vendor to bring in a stage, or conducting a design consultation to help you organize your scattered thoughts). She's got a network of great people she's connected to, is quick to help make recommendations, and moves efficiently to make it happen.

Perhaps best of all, working with Kastina truly feels like having an extra friend around on your wedding day. She's a lovely person, an impressive professional, and a total rockstar human being. You will not regret choosing to work with her!

I quite literally… could not have had the wedding I had (which was close to perfect) without Kastina and her team. I got her as our day of coordinator which had us working with her the whole 30 days prior as well. Kastina made my whole experience stress free and EASY. Also, i handed her the decor I had and asked her to just do her thing and she killed it. If you're considering a planner, book Kastina!! You won’t regret it.

Kastina is seriously the calm that you need in the storm of wedding planning! She was so flexible and really did anything you needed her to do. She is also very aware of budget and helps you plan accordingly. She breaks everything down and simplifies the whole process. We used her as a partial planner and day of coordinator and she absolutely KILLED IT. There is seriously no one else I’d recommend enough. She was amazing to work with throughout this process.
