Kastina & CO is the best in the biz!
In my opinion, you couldn't possibly imagine a better wedding coordinator than Kastina (and her entire team)! She is everything you could hope for: ultra proactive, on top of everything, asks you questions you didn't consider thinking of, and does it with a level of warmth, compassion, and genuine interest that makes you feel like you're her only client. It's clear that this is her passion, and she's truly GREAT at it!
I booked Kastina for "day of" support (which is really month of support), and also used her to help coordinate some ad hoc items throughout the months leading up to our wedding. Working with Kastina is easy and straightforward, she has a very reasonable hourly price she will charge you, and will take things off your plate you don't want to deal with (like finding a vendor to bring in a stage, or conducting a design consultation to help you organize your scattered thoughts). She's got a network of great people she's connected to, is quick to help make recommendations, and moves efficiently to make it happen.
Perhaps best of all, working with Kastina truly feels like having an extra friend around on your wedding day. She's a lovely person, an impressive professional, and a total rockstar human being. You will not regret choosing to work with her! -

I quite literally… could not have had the wedding I had (which was close to perfect) without Kastina and her team. I got her as our day of coordinator which had us working with her the whole 30 days prior as well. Kastina made my whole experience stress free and EASY. Also, i handed her the decor I had and asked her to just do her thing and she killed it. If you're considering a planner, book Kastina!! You won’t regret it. -

We chose Kastina from Kastina and Co. as our wedding coordinator for our June 2022 wedding and we couldn’t be happier! Planning a wedding from another state comes with its own challenges, and Kastina and Nicole had our backs the entire time. Kastina was especially familiar with our wedding venue, having come from Red Wing herself, so her inside information on everything from shuttle services to local bakeries was invaluable! Both she and Nicole were on top of everything and were quick to reply. They’re also kind, and you can tell when they say it’s an honor to help people with such a special moment in their lives, they truly mean it. Kastina’s calm and professional demeanor (with a smile!) on the day of the wedding was such a gift. I had no anxiety on my wedding day! Thank you, Kastina and Nicole! -

Kastina was an amazing day of coordinator (really one month out planner). She is organized, detail focused and most importantly KIND. We were so blessed to have her in our corner. Would hire her again in a heartbeat no questions asked and will be referring her to all my friends. -

A Fantastic Wedding Coordinator!
Having Kastina as our full-service wedding planning and day-of coordinator was so amazing. You don't realize all of the details that go into your big day and you don't get a second chance. She handled all of the coordinating with the many vendors and any changes to the timeline (she made a masterful, detailed timeline!). We got married during a pandemic so there were many logistical challenges, including one date change and a venue change to our backyard 5 weeks leading up to our rescheduled date. Kastina handled it all with grace and an unwavering commitment to make our wedding beautiful...all while she simultaneously ran similar exercises with other soon-to-weds. She was also so helpful during the budgeting process. Her deep knowledge in the wedding industry allows her to guide you on spending dollars where it counts. She anticipated our needs and was invested in taking as much off our plate as possible so we can focus on each other and the special time with friends and family. Highly recommend Kastina's services! -

I cannot recommend Kastina enough. She helped us plan quite a large event on 7 acres in my daughter's backyard this last weekend. Because it was in a neighborhood, there were logistics involved that were complicated. Kastina handled everything regarding the transportation between the shuttle and the hotels, the vendors, city ordinances, decorating ideas, order things should go the day of...I really cannot even recall all that she did. I am an organzed person but she is beyond what I could have asked for and it helped me as a mom to enjoy the day and know the wedding was in great hands! Don't even think about not hiring her! You'll regret it! -

Kastina was amazing! Hire her- you won’t regret it!
Kastina was with us through our very long journey of twice rescheduling our wedding due to Covid. Her expertise and recommendations made these stressful decisions easier knowing we had a professional on our side. She was very helpful in working with the venue and made several requests and recommendations that we never would have considered. Her documents and communications provided a great framework for us to stay organized. She had a fantastic relationship with the florist and really brought our abstract visions to life. We felt incredibly calm and confident on the day of our wedding knowing that Kastina was in charge of all the details of our special day. She managed a huge amount of décor and made our ceremony more spectacular than we could have imagined. Her attention to detail made every table and place setting perfect and elegant. In addition, she managed the timeline of the entire day, making sure we were on schedule for every event. It was wonderful to leave at the conclusion of our reception knowing that she was tending to final details and packing everything up. Having Kastina as our wedding coordinator was one of the best decisions we made in planning our wedding. -

The Absolute Best Coordinator! St. Paul, Minnesota
I recommend Kastina to EVERYONE planning an event! Kastina contacted me about 3 weeks before my Minnesota wedding, which happened to be the exact moment of my coordinating breaking point. She assured me that everything would come together beautifully and that I had nothing to worry about. I sent her all my vendor information and day-of itineraries, and she drastically transformed what I thought was a good day plan, into a plan that left no one guessing and flowed seamlessly. Kastina was the key person in my wedding planning experience that brought everything together and took absolutely all the logistical stress out of my hands. Kastina's experience in this industry is unmatched. Not only did she know my vendors personally, but she was able to coordinate and direct everything from flower and food deliveries to providing logistical instructions for the musicians, to ensuring the venue set up and decor was perfect, to fielding numerous questions from vendors and wedding guests. Kastina is fantastic to work with and I can't thank her enough for her attention to detail and for making my wedding day flow effortlessly. -

Kastina & Co was hired to lead event setup, rehearsal, officiate the ceremony, and manage vendors. She pulled off a perfect wedding experience even on a less-than-perfect rainy fall day. The bride wanted an outdoor wedding, but when it began to drizzle shortly before the ceremony, Kastina had to make a tough call between having the ceremony outside or morning it indoors. Keeping to the bride's wishes at the top of her priority list, she brought the vendors together to quickly find the best solution while keeping guests and equipment safe. As a guest at this wedding, I saw her work as a mediator to quickly move to a decision that everyone could work with while keeping the couple and their guests happy. She was quick on her feet in coordinating minute details while keeping the bigger picture in mind, including officiating the ceremony, keeping the event moving on schedule during the reception, and working with the DJ to help cue the family for toasts. She still found time to remain attentive to the couple that day, as well as their families, to ensure an organized, seamless experience. Her organization, quick thinking, and foresight were clear at this memorable wedding. -
