If you're looking for a creative partner in all ways during your wedding and wedding planning process, Kadi is for you. From the beginning we loved how invested she was in getting to know who WE are and shaping how she went about her craft based on what we like/how we operate. She is so much more than a photographer. Throughout our wedding planning, she would spend HOURS on the phone with me helping me create the little details around each event, even giving suggestions on jewelry that would highlight my look (which I ended up following and am so thankful I did). At our wedding she helped me get dressed, styled my look, and kept the energy alive! When we first met her at our engagement photoshoot (highly recommend doing this!!) she naturally adapted to us and found ways to highlight our love in photos in a way we had never seen before. When it came to our wedding, we fully trusted her. She knew exactly what we were looking for and how to capture the perfect shots. She worked with me on our entire wedding weekend timeline, making sure to carve out time for each thing we had imagined when it came to photos.

And then the PHOTOS...oh my goodness. They are artsy, beautiful, natural, vulnerable, fun, candid, filmy, editorial, I could go on and on. I hired Kadi for my March wedding at Rancho Las Lomas and she was great!! We had unexpected rain and a whole bunch of family chaos and she truly kept me sane. She was organized, professional and on time. I got my photos back in april/may which is a great turnaround considering she also got married in that timeframe! My photos turned out stunning, it was so difficult to choose one for my thank you cards! She truly is an artist!

Our experience with Kadi was perfect from the start! She made planning and preparation so easy and was always responsive and on top of everything from an initial "get to know you" video chat to the big day. As the only vendor at our intimate wedding, she also stepped up to help us create a wedding timeline and keep us on track the day of! She even flew to our wedding location a day early and came to our rehearsal to scope out the venue and take photos (her suggestion with no extra cost). On the wedding day, she was exactly what we needed in a photographer- she guided us seamlessly through different settings, made us feel comfortable in front of a camera, captured special moments big and small perfectly (somehow without a second shooter she managed to be in all the right places!), and helped keep us on schedule so we could make the most of the evening. Kadi is also so easy to get along with and ultimately by the end of the night, she felt like another guest at our wedding (not an easy feat with such a small, close group!). After the wedding, she got us a preview of our photos within a few days and we had the rest, over a thousand photos, a few months later. Oh, and of course, we LOVE our photos. I would choose Kadi again and again, no question. She has the eye, the skill, the organization, and the personality to make your wedding photo dreams come true just like she did for us!

Kadi Tobin is THE GREATEST PHOTOGRAPHER IN THE SOLAR SYSTEM! I mean it, she would legitimately find a way to deliver the best photography even if you asked her to shoot on the moon.

Kadi's incredible artistry and aesthetic made it a complete no brainer for selecting her as our top pick to photograph both our engagement session and wedding. We were ecstatic when the dates worked out and we couldn't have booked faster!

From our very first consultation call, Kadi took the time to connect with us, get to know us as a couple, learn about our vision and the wedding we wanted to have. She's friendly, laid back back, and a clear expert in her craft. She doesn't ask you to pose awkwardly and knows how to read the room and the couple and find out how to make you comfortable so you are your best self in your photos. In fact, she keeps a speaker attached to her hip and plays music so you can get into your groove!

More than anything she delivers - ABOVE AND BEYOND! For our destination wedding, Kadi was proactively scouting locations, even helping us plan our ceremony timeline and family photograph lists. One the day of Kadi was a joy to work with. Her direction, expertise, and calmness helped everyone (including extremely shy family members) feel relaxed, comfortable, and confident.

Not to mention we had a last minute second shooter cancellation (to no fault of Kadi's) and she somehow managed to be in two places at once ensuring we got every shot we wanted. And AHH!! THE PHOTOS!! The photos exceeded our expectations on every level!!

We Knew the photos would be beautiful, based on her work that we've previously seen, but we had no idea just how incredible they would be. The way she perfectly captured our essence as a couple and all the emotions expressed from our family and friends will be cherished forever.

We love how her photographs have an untraditional yet timeless feel. These are definitely not going to be your average wedding photos. We're going to need to build more walls in our home to hang our favorite photos from Kadi - because we love each one of them!!

I really don't think we can say enough about how great Kadi is as a person and photographer. Due to the unforeseen circumstances of COVID-19 and having to change our date, our original wedding photographer was unable to work on our new date. She recommended Kadi to us. What an amazing recommendation that was.

Although we only started talking to Kadi about 6 weeks before our wedding date, she was amazing and helped us in so many ways. We had a number of video chats and were able to iron out so many details about our wedding that we hadn't even considered. She was so personable and accommodating and really made sure that we got the type of photos and style of photos that fit our vision.

On the day of our wedding, she absolutely killed it. We have only seen a few selected photos thus far while she edits the rest, but we were in tears and completely blown away. Every shot we have seen so far was beautiful.

Of course taking the photos was a breeze. She knew exactly what she would like us to do and very clearly communicated that to everyone taking photos with her. She worked extremely well with some of the unruly kids at our wedding as well. She seemed to be able to capture every single aspect of our wedding, but was never in the way. On top of that, Kadi went above and beyond and was assisting the wedding party with the small details to make sure the wedding went off without a hitch.

Kadi is really a wonderful person and made our wedding photos look absolutely stunning. I cannot be happier with Kadi and would highly recommend her to shoot photos for anyone who wants high quality work.

Had a great time chatting with Katie, she's very personable, felt very conferrable with her. Constant encouragement to be ourselves and to be a little silly even. She captured amazing photos of our wedding. Even hiked up a mountain with no hesitation so we could get some photos on top right after the reception. She went above ang beyond what i could ever expect of a photographer! Would definitely recommend her to others.

There is so much to say about our wonderful experience! I never thought it was possible for pictures, especially those with my face in them, to bring me such joy! Kadi was able to produce photographs of us that I cannot stop staring at! As cliche as it sounds, her approach truly captured the essence of our relationship: the devoted husband and the sassy wife. She was able to capture us in moments that depicted love, laughter, and fun; she was able to do this while at the same time making us the main focus despite the breathtaking setting--a setting that she recommended, scoped out, and took advantage of in order to produce magnificent pictures. I am very grateful for this, as I suggested a park. A park! If you need guidance, Kadi knows what to do! She will help you find the best setting, impromptu props, and she is very accommodating, fun, and professional. My husband and I had so much fun throughout the entire session, and it was all thanks to Kadi! Her work is phenomenal and she makes the entire experience very memorable and enjoyable.

We will always treasure our elopement photos because Kadi truly captured our happiness and love that day. We warned her in advance that we can be pretty awkward when taking photos, but she made us feel so comfortable and natural that we were able to relax and enjoy the moment. Outside of her incredible abilities as a photographer, Kadi dedicated so much time and energy to helping us work through the logistics of planning our elopement during a pandemic, in a place we had just moved to, that was experiencing the worst wildfire season on record. My husband and I have both said that we don't know if we would have been able to pull it off without her. She's communicative, punctual, professional, and a joy to be around.
