I was in my friend's wedding and Ally was the photographer. I noticed how professional she was at the wedding. How she made us all have fun with the photography and she captured such cool, natural shots and also some really artsy ones. Nothing looked posed and forced. So when it was time for my wedding, we booked her right away. She is just such a warm, inviting person who makes the whole experience easy. She is a true professional and I highly recommend her!

From our first conversation with Ally, it was clear that her approach was much more personal and attentive than other photographers we’ve experienced. Her energy was calm, confident, curious and bright. She wanted to know our story, our vision, and who we are as a couple. She followed up with us in the months leading up to our wedding, and made sure she understood our needs and expectations before the big day. Our biggest concern for the day was that our post-ceremony schedule was tight, and the family/couple portraits could have thrown off our entire reception. Ally was creative and thoughtful about all of our concerns, and she used her magic touch to guide us through the list of photos we wanted. We kept on schedule as a result, which meant for a low-stress reception. Ally floated through our ceremony and reception in a way that only a true professional could manage. Her creative presence was felt in a powerful way, without drawing attention away from our beautiful day. She blended into the scene as she worked, and we were amazed at the many precious moments she captured throughout our day. We were thrilled to quickly receive our sneak previews afterwards, and we even used several of those photos to print onto thank you cards, in plenty of time to share our gratitude with our guests in the weeks that followed! The photos she took of our wedding day will be cherished forever, with the essence of ‘our story’ in every shot. We cannot recommend Ally enough for being the BEST storyteller!!

An alliteration for Allison - Fantastic, fun, flawless. I dreaded the photography aspect of my wedding, both the ceremony and reception. Not only the taking of the photos, but the mind-numbing task of finding the right photographer. But I lucked out big time with Ally. She made the whole process not just painless but really quite fun!
