Kasey from Just Breathe was incredible. She went above and beyond at every step of planning and during our wedding! Kasey was communicative, flexible, and very responsive during the planning period, and was proactive and patient about helping us sort out every detail. Not only did she keep the day moving smoothly, but she continually checked in with myself, my husband, and my family throughout the day - she was so thoughtful and energetic. She brought us drinks, packed up food for us, and ensured we didn't have to think about a SINGLE detail during the day - we were able to totally lean into the day and truly enjoy ourselves. Rachael was absolutely a lifesaver for our wedding! We were overwhelmed with wedding planning and all the little details that go into it, and the best decision we made was to work with Rachael!!! From the beginning, we loved her bright energy and how she put us at ease throughout the whole process. She is extremely organized and detail-oriented and took thorough notes on everything we discuss. She is very communicative and responds to e-mails and questions very quickly. And on the wedding day, we were so grateful for her - she helped make sure everything ran smoothly, took care of any last-minute questions, and made sure to check in with us frequently. She helped calm our nerves and made our wedding an absolute hit with our guests!

The Just Breathe team and Sammi were so wonderful! They made the whole experience so easy and Sammi was more than happy to talk through every. single. question. I had, which turned out to be a lot! Rachael and her assistant (can not remember her name sorry) were hands down the best decision I made for my wedding. We had two meetings starting three months out from my wedding. Rachael was so organized and kept track of everything in the shared excels sheet. The meetings were so helpful if I needed assistance with something and to just make sure we were on the same page. Once it got closer to the wedding I texted her if I needed anything and she would get right back to me. She checked up on me the week of my weeding to see how I was doing. The day of my wedding she handled last minute decorations, vendors and literally any issues that come up during the night. She ensured that my husband and I were taken care of and that we were still on schedule. She and her assistant packed up literally everything into the designated cars at the end of the night. If you are on the fence about hiring them go for it!!! You will not be disappointed. I can not thank Rachael and her assistant enough for everything!!!!

Terrific communication throughout the process. The team may have had other couples they were working with on their weddings -- but we truly felt like we were their only client. I found Just Breathe via a Google search shortly after I got engaged. Afterwards, I realized my MIL had worked with Rachael previously, so my decision seemed pretty obvious. I knew we’d be in good hands, but boy did Rachael exceed our expectations! After our first Zoom meeting, we hung up and I said to my (then) Fiance, “She is so thorough. I think I’m going to like her.” Fast forward to the month before the wedding… when she handles EVERYTHING for you. Rachael’s master spreadsheet is something you do not want to miss out on as a bride. Each part of your day is broken down step by step and is so detailed- she does not miss a thing! Not only did she help me stay organized, but she also complimented me on everything I had done on my own (and if you’re a bride, you know that means the world)! I am a type A, excel-spreadsheet-loving woman, and someone who very much likes having control. I was very nervous I wouldn’t be able to rely on someone else to handle things on our behalf, let alone relax on my wedding day. I truly believe the main reason I was able to fully enjoy the day was knowing Rachael had everything under control. And the day turned out perfectly! I’ve heard horror stories of people hiring event coordinators they clashed with, disliked, and regretted hiring. I can confidently say Rachael is the exact opposite.
