When coming to Maui to finalize our wedding venue search, I decided that doing our engagment photos there would be best to test out someone for Hair & Makeup. I did my research, and thought that Jessica's pricing was very reasonable, and that her work resembled what I was looking for. With less than a week heads up, she was able to coordinate a time for my hair and makeup, and was so accommodating!

I was very happy with the results after she was complete, but the real test came for the actual engagement shoot where we were on the beach getting splashed with ocean water, and battling wind. I have VERY fine blonde hair, and every piece stayed in place (and it was down in loose curls!), and my makeup look like it had just been put on despite hours in humid/wet conditions --- I was floored!

Obviously with such a great experience, I booked her and her team for our wedding date once we settled on a venue. The results on our wedding day were nothing short of what I expected. She guided me through the process of how to do multiple (1 bride, 5 bridesmaids, 2 moms, and a groom's service) people's hair/makeup within tight timeframe, and even was able to take on an extra person for hair, and a groomsmen for a touchup last minute!

My five bridesmaids are seasoned bridesmaids, in weddings spanning from Napa, to Palm Springs, to Italy and beyond and they all unanimously agreed that was HANDS DOWN the best hair/makeup experience they have ever had. The airbrush make up worked in humid Maui conditions all day, and with a variety of hair lengths/texture everyone was pleased with the results.

I would recommend Jessica & her team to anyone looking for a seamless/stress free and beautiful hair/makeup experience on Maui for Weddings or any special events!

That’s where Jessica came in and worked her magic. You could tell that Jessica (and team) is very passionate about her work and gives it her 100%. She was there for me from the morning to the mid day touch up, and made sure I looked fresh and my very best.

Jessica made me feel happy on the inside, and beautiful on the outside. She just has this pleasant personality (which is great to be around when your slightly nervous on your wedding day!) and is an amazing/talented make up artist. Jessica is amazing! She is extremely talented and so sweet as well. She was able to help calm my day-of jitters! Her airbrush makeup was flawless, looked so natural, and stayed put for hours despite the Maui humidity and heat! I used her for my wedding and my day after photos and I loved both my looks. Her hairstylist Peka is also so incredibly sweet and did a wonderful job with my hair as well. I received several compliments that her makeup photographs extremely well so she definitely knows what she's doing! Thank you Jessica and Peka!

I'm so glad I decided to go with Jessica and her team of makeup artists/hair stylists for my Maui wedding! I wear very natural makeup daily (concealer/brows/eyeliner), and wanted to photograph well but also look recognizable at the same time. Jessica (makeup) and Peka (hair) were amazing in making this happen! My hair and airbrush makeup were actually done during the late morning of my wedding day, and it looked great after more than 12 hours later, through the tears, dancing, etc.

In addition to my own makeup and hair, my bridesmaids and my mother had demure makeup applications along with their hair styled (Jessica even helped to conceal a nasty sunburn on one of my bridesmaids). Her team was very personable, professional and they also tailored their work to meet everyone's needs.

They finished everyone on schedule, and afterwards, my girls looked so fabulous and kept commenting about how happy they were with their looks and how talented Jessica's team was!

One more thing- Jessica is also super creative and handmade these unique hairpieces for her line Beloved Adornments - they were all amazing and the one I ended up choosing was the perfect finishing touch to my outfit.

Jessica and team did an excellent job with Arlen’s hair and makeup. I too had Jessica put some make-up

on me but her amazing work showed more on Arlen. She was very punctual on both visits and on her

second visit (wedding day) she brought Arlen some plumerias to calm her nerves. She was very funny

and entertaining which I think is a definite plus because Arlen was nervous the whole morning until she

came. Jessica tailored her work to what Arlen wanted and the end product was simply amazing. I think

pictures tell a better story or show a better review of how good Jessica is. The pictures are stunning!!!

We would recommend her to all future brides.

I used Jessica for my hair and makeup for my wedding and her team was amazing. I flew in from London to get married in Maui and as someone who doesn't wear a tonne of makeup, I was nervous that it wouldn't look natural. Also I am Asian so wasn't sure if the makeup colour would look right on me. The trial run itself looked great - so I was relaxed.
On the wedding day was when I was truly impressed. Jessica was very calm, made me feel totally relaxed and she was on schedule. My friend had these nasty mosquito bites from 2 days before the wedding and Jessica helped her cover it up - which was not part of her job but she is just a lovely person. I had no bridesmaids, as all my friends are scattered all over the world to coordinate that, so when it was time for me to walk out, Jessica walked with me up to the point where I had to enter the crowd. It was very sweet and again not her job but its the little things that make all the difference. She is amazing, at her art and the service she provides. I highly recommend her.

Jessica had a good sense of who we were within a mere few minutes and tailored our makeup to our personalities. She also covered up my embarrassing/hideous sunburn across my shoulders and chest (if you rent a convertible, don't forget to apply sunscreen before riding with the top down. Even if it's just for a few hours).
