I’m not even sure where to begin with Jacqui. She is phenomenal. She is way more than a day of coordinator. She was with me from start to finish and eased so many worries we encountered including the coronavirus starting to shut things down in Chicago. Jacqui and her husband Jay were there every time I had a question or concern. I promise you, you will not regret spending the money. They are worth EVERY penny.

I'm pretty laid back but I stress easily so I knew I needed help on the day of my wedding. I found Jacqui through a referral and gave her a call. We met up for the first meeting and she was already super organized with the little information I provided her. She's the most affordable coordinator around the area but she was worth every penny and then some.

She arranged our timeline and worked with all of my vendors to determine needs, arrival/departure times, and all the small details. She chased down a vendor that left too early, she arranged all my centerpieces per my instructions, and she gathered all my items so that I could just pick everything up. She gathered everyone when they were needed, she kept us on schedule, and she gave cues to people. She did everything that I asked of her and everything that I never even thought to do.

The whole day, everyone kept asking me if I was stressed out and I just told them, "I'm doing great!". I really give Jacqui all of the credit for that.

Jacqui was instrumental in making our wedding day one of the best days of our lives. She thought of every detail that needed to be ironed out before the wedding and during the wedding fielded all problems and questions from our vendors. All we had to do on our wedding day was to show up and enjoy it! Jacqui exceed all our expectations and we would strongly recommend hiring her has the first step to having a great wedding or any other large event.
