Sean “Big Daddy” was absolutely incredible! He brought the BEST energy to our wedding—positive, fun, and so supportive the whole night. Not only did he sing a few songs himself (and completely wowed everyone with his voice!), but he also went above and beyond to make our night stress-free, joyful, and unforgettable. Guests are still talking about how amazing he was. We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ—he truly felt like part of the family.

We had so much fun dancing at our wedding, my guests are still talking about Big Daddy! Everyone was on the dance floor all night including me (the Bride). We worked with Jimmy and the planning process was very smooth. He assisted us in getting string music for our ceremony as well. Jimmy and Big Daddy knew exactly what songs to play to keep everyone dancing. It was a great mix of everything we requested with a few extra songs to keep everyone going.
I can not recommend them enough. Our experience was excellent, I wouldn't change a thing about our night.

We were lucky enough to be referred to James Daniel Entertainment by our florist (Springdale Florist, Darien, CT) and we met Paulie! Paulie was the BEST DJ for our wedding. He’s a pro! He was helpful along the way with guiding our musical choices without imposing his preferences. He talked us through each step of the ceremony and his timing was perfect through the wedding party procession, the bride walking in and the recession. Paulie was familiar with our fabulous venue (Pastime Athletic Club in East Norwalk, CT) so he knew exactly where to set up his equipment for both our outside ceremony and inside reception. He made our day so special and FUN! Everyone commented on how great our DJ was! Paulie and James Daniel Entertainment are HIGHLY recommended!

When planning my daughter's wedding, there was no doubt in our minds that we wanted Sean "Big Daddy" as our DJ! Sean is the most talented, "get the party going" loving person & DJ who also cares, really cares. From the very start, he kept my daughter calm with his professionalism, making sure all paperwork was available and completed, and knew just how to make everyone at the wedding relax and enjoy themselves. James Daniel provided the music for our wedding this past wedding. We were 100% satisfied with their work and would highly recommend them. So many of our guests continue to let us know how much fun they had and how great the DJ was. Jimmy was professional, easy to work with, fun, and had the best ideas! We hired Sean Big Daddy McKee as the DJ for our wedding in August and it was the absolute best decision!! He is not only amazing at his job and a fantastic singer, he is such and incredibly kind person that puts his heart and soul into his work. His site for listing our must play, should play and do NOT play songs was super easy to use and helped make sure whatever we REALLY wanted was played. He did an excellent job taking what we liked there and choosing the perfect mix of popular music, country and classic rock to keep the party going all night! He made the suggestion for us to go right into a party song after our entrance, getting the energy in the right place and having everyone up and on the dancefloor. Then we went into our first dance and from there kept the dancing going all night! He did a great job of MCing the night and completely blew our guests away with his incredible singing voice. People said to me after - we couldn't believe it was him singing it sounded just like the real song!! We loved him and highly recommend him for any upcoming event you need a DJ for!!!

Sean Big Daddy is the best! Somehow he got guests out on the dance floor before the official dancing even began! You can have whatever songs you want ahead of time, including songs he must play and songs you don’t want him to not play, but he knows how to read the crowd so it isn’t worth getting too detailed. We had about half the guests in their late 20s and the other half in their late 50s yet he had them all in the dance floor together. And guests were blown away by his singing during dinner. Such a beautiful voice it took a minute to even realize he was singing. We also had him play tradition wedding songs during the ceremony and his timing was perfect.

I hired Paul Lacano with James Daniel Entertainment after he was recommended by our Caterer and Venue. He was an absolute pleasure to work with, was so knowledgeable, and the wedding was SO MUCH FUN.
