I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience at J. Del Olmo! I worked with Carmen, who was so helpful, straightforward, and knowledgeable about the wedding dress process. I came in with a vision and she helped me find the perfect dress to match it. After going to other shops and having cold, awkward experiences with staff that directed me to an iPad instead of asked me questions, J. Del Olmo treated me wonderfully every time I walked into the shop. The owners are truly dedicated to ensuring every bride that visits will have an incredible experience. Weddings can be very stressful, but J. Del Olmo will put you at ease during the whole dress process. You are guaranteed to leave satisfied, pleased, and relieved to be so well taken are of.

J Del Olmo was our final stop on the day we looked for wedding dresses. After explaining the what i wanted overall, the stylist immediately found a dress in mind - and it was the one. I did everything with plenty of time (1 year), so timing was never an issue or stressful. Once the dress arrived, Vivian and her team were always so amazing during fittings. Love that it's a family-owned business in the heart of Coral Gables which is so personal to our relationship as well. I felt beautiful the day of the wedding and thank the J Del Olmo team for everything!

J. Del Olmo Bridal Gallery was my savior during my wedding! Vivian, the owner, is such a lovely person. I can not recommend her enough to anyone reading this review. I am so grateful for her and this shop.

It was two days before my wedding and I didn’t have a veil. I had just had a nasty experience at Brides of Florida in Kendall and I didn’t want to give them anymore of my money after they left me with an unsymmetrical wedding dress and treated me terribly. I was on the hunt for a veil. Luckily, my mother in law’s friend from work knew Vivian and reached out to her explaining the emergency situation. Vivian was so sweet to me and immediately squeezed me in to an appointment with her the next day when I was available. She was patient with me and tried her best to help me find the perfect veil...which we ended up finding thanks to her.

Vivian, you have no idea how much you restored my faith in bridal dress shops after my horrific experience with the other shop. Thank you so much! 😊

I went to J Del Olmo looking for my perfect dress, something sexy, elegant and glamorous! When I walked in, the store was absolutely beautiful and I instantly got excited especially after visiting over five stores and trying on over 50 dresses. The selection of dresses is unreal with a wide range of prices. Ligia, my sales consultant, was so sweet, she listened to every detail of what I was looking for and took me right to perfect section where I felt like I was in wedding dress heaven!!! I selected 7 dresses to try on, some I was nervous to even look at the price tag due to the amount of detail on them, but I was pleasantly surprised. Out of the 7 dresses I fell in love with 4 of them and before I even opened my mouth to say something Ligia told me that the designer would be able to alter or add anything I wanted in order to customize it to me ( which was barely needed, but I loved the thought of customization). Every dress I tried on I loved more than the last which before walking in I thought was impossible! Finally, I put on the last dress and just knew it was the one! Ligia went to the owner( who also is such a sweetheart) and asked for a discount on the dress for me and even gave me a free veil! Every single bride should try J Del Olmo, between the large selection of stunning dresses and the AMAZING customer service you will not be disappointed!!!

Had a great experience with J Del Olmo, everyone was friendly and very professional. They have a large selection of dresses in order to suit any style and allow for all sorts of customizing. They had in house seamstresses for alterations, and they knew what they were doing. My dress turned out perfect.

Lidia is so incredibly professional, patient, and courteous. I truly wish I could rate her, and her absolutely perfect service, higher! We were so lucky to have worked with her and Del Olmo's amazing staff. My dress was not only beautiful but EXACTLY what I wanted.

The best part of their incredible service -- I was only in Miami for one day (unfortunately due to work) to get my alterations done, and they did it on time and with grace. The dress fit SO perfectly!

Their shop gets back to you in a timely manner and facilitates with any curveballs the day (or days leading up to the big day) throw at you. I am so, so, so happy to have bought my dress there! They also worked really well with my family. 10/10+ would recommend to anyone!

You know that one business that you credit for saving your life?! Ok, that’s them for me on my wedding. Made me feel like a princess with their service and professional tailoring.  I have no words to express my gratitude, as they were there for me and tailored my dress to perfection.
 

I got my wedding dress at another store on Miracle Mile. 2 days before my wedding my boutique was unable to get my dresses altered for me (their seamstress had a personal situation). I took my dress to J del olmo and they immediately were able to help me and fix the dress. They helped me find a solution and were beyond nice. I owe my day to them and thank them beyond anything. What a great location.

I absolutely loved my experience in wedding dress shopping at J Del Olmo Gallery!! My bridal consultant, Pilar, was an absolute dream to work with. She was very professional yet very sweet and personable. She always told me the truth on how dresses looked on me and I thank her very much for that. I ended up purchasing a spectacular dress ( at a reasonable price) that all my guests still can't stop talking about. Pilar made my visits to the shop fun and stress free.
She helped me with my dream dress and I am so grateful. I definitely recommend J del Olmo Gallery!
