We had a small wedding, and did some decoration ourselves. The food quality is good. We have friend brought kids and they have kids menu and high chair. We’re very happy with that

Hyatt Place was a fantastic venue for our wedding! The outdoor patio was the perfect place for our ceremony and we absolutely loved it. It had everything we wanted and was able to stay within our budget. Not to mention the food was so good! We had many of our guests tell us how great the food was!

It's close proximity to the state park was also great for us to be able to go down and take lots of our portraits!

They were very flexible with our multiple trips out to take a look/measure things during the planning process as we were doing many things ourselves. It was super helpful to be able to have everything in one place on the top floor as well as to be able to set up the day before and tear down the day after so that we wouldn't have to stress about anything the day of!

We cannot thank the team at Hyatt Place enough for helping everything for our day run so smoothly. We had the most perfect and amazing day and it is all due to the whole team!

One stop venue with everything you need! Rachel the coordinator is very responsive and gets you everything you need for your special day. The food is beyond amazing. Chef Rondell is awesome. @10pm there are fireworks you can watch from the balcony.

Rachel & the Hyatt team were phenomenal. We don’t have enough great things to say, they truly made the day seamless. All wedding guests were treated so kindly and loved the venue, plus being so close to the falls & able to bring their dogs. You won’t regret having your day here!

With family throughout the US, my husband and I decided on Niagara Falls as a midway point for our wedding in December 2021. It worked out beautifully! Our family and friends were able to come early and spend time with each other while exploring the falls and local area. Having the casino nearby was also great – 24/7 entertainment for many of our guests.

From planning throughout the rehearsal dinner and wedding day, the Hyatt staff were exceptionally accommodating, helpful, and simply fun to have around. Our guests had a great time, enjoyed the rooms, loved the food, and had nothing but positive words to share.

We can’t wait to visit again!

In May 2021 we had our perfect wedding at the Hyatt. Sarah our event coordinator was amazing to work with. She was up to date on all the latest Covid restrictions and let us know everything that had to be done. Sarah and the staff made sure everything was how we envisioned it. The food was on point and we got so many compliments! The venue itself was beautiful. The outdoor patio was the perfect spot to get married outside overlooking Canada. Even took the short 5 minute walk to get pictures at the falls! The reception was very large and plenty of space to move around and accommodate Covid restrictions. We also loved that we had the whole 6th floor to ourselves! Provided a bridal suite, reception area, cocktail hour space, outdoor patio, and even a back up ceremony room in case of rain. They have us room blocks for the whole weekend since everyone was coming from out of town. Parking was across the street and all the guests were given parking vouchers. We are very happy we chose the Hyatt for our rehearsal dinner and wedding!

Let me start off by saying that our final wedding plan with the Hyatt Niagara Falls ended up changing from our original plan, due to COVID-19. But Sarah and the staff were very flexible and accommodating with our change of date and changes of plans.

Originally, they Hyatt was going to host our Rehearsal Dinner the night before the wedding, the Ceremony on their rooftop patio, and the Reception in the ball room, hosting about 100 people. But due to the travel restrictions and safety concerns, we ended up only having a small Reception/Dinner there with 18 people. Also, they gave us a room block with discounted rates for both the night before and the night of the wedding.

Sarah, and everyone else that we dealt with at the Hyatt, was very friendly and helpful. We never heard anyone mention that their wedding package was "all-inclusive", but it basically was. The price per person truly included everything, except what you would expect to supply on your own, like the DJ, cake/desserts, and officiant. Otherwise, every other small detail was taken care of by the Hyatt. And Sarah offered to help us with things like name cards for the guest's seating assignments, etc. I was very impressed when I walked into the room on our wedding day and saw how beautiful the setup was.

The food was also a pleasant surprise. At the taste testing, the food was fine, don't get me wrong, but the food served during the event was delicious! The steak was tender, the salad had huge cheese crisps, and the hors d'oeuvres disappeared quickly.

The only negative we experienced on our wedding day was out of the Hyatt's control. Parking is included for all guests at the Rainbow Parking Garage across the street. Due to our pandemic plan B wedding date being on Labor Day weekend, the Niagara Falls area was very busy. What should have been a 5 minute drive from the Hyatt to the Niagara Falls Courthouse for the wedding ceremony took 45 minutes due to a major delay getting out of the garage. Thankfully, there was no one scheduled for a wedding after us at the courthouse, so the delay didn't cause any issues besides unneeded stress and reduced time for pictures between the ceremony and the reception. But the Hyatt accommodated that as well by starting everything once we were ready. I mainly mention this so people can plan accordingly in the future.
