DJ Rod is amazing. Any questions or requests that I had prior to the wedding he answered quickly and thoroughly. He did our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception music and played the best music all day long. There was not a single moment all night long that the dance floor was not completely full. I had so many family and friends come up to me at the wedding and tell me after the wedding that my DJ was amazing. He sure is and I would highly recommend!!!

Rod Carpenter did a fantastic job rolling with the punches! Luckily there weren't many but he took us all the way from the ceremony to the end of the night. He helped out our day of Coordinator with timing, vendors and several other things. He shows up with exceptional energy and professionalism that is unmatched. I promise that if you hire any other DJ, it won't be as great as if you had hired Hot Beats. We cannot say enough good things but it was a huge stress relief as well as a party maker to have a DJ as great as him do our wedding!

Rod provided DJ services, uplighting, a beautiful monogram and was even able to provide us with a keyboard for my Aunt to play at our ceremony. Rod was beyond our wildest dreams. He set the entire tone for the wedding and went above and beyond to make sure the day was everything we wanted. Communicated effectively and worked well with our photographer and videographer. Once the open dance started the dance floor was never empty! And so many details like presents for our groomsmen and accessories for our guests on the dance floor. Rod was the DJ for our wedding yesterday and he was absolutely amazing. He was there the night before to set up all if his equipment. Rod was there early yesterday and available for any questions or last minute details. He was more than engaged with the guys before the pictures. He also made sure the bridesmaids and I had everything we needed. Rod's attire was also spot on and he matched our theme. Rod ensured my husband and I had anything we needed before, during, and after the wedding. He was there to get us drinks and continuously checked in on us all night long. The music for the ceremony was perfect and flowed seamlessly from one song to the next. The grand entrance was just as we planned. My favorite part was of course the cloud dance and I felt like such a princess. My husband's favorite aspect was Rod was there for us at any moment. Rod was our DJ for our June wedding at the Park Place Hotel in Traverse City and he was INCREDIBLE! Not only did he make the trip to Traverse City but he performed at the ceremony and the reception. He went above and beyond what you would ever expect from a DJ. He worked with us from the beginning to develop our song lists and to make sure we were happy with everything. He checked with us before announcing different aspects of the evening and kept the dance floor packed all night! We received so many compliments on his performance and people could not believe he wasn't a friend of ours.
