I worked with Valerie and Chef Bonkim for my wedding reception held in August 2019. Thank you Valerie for being so kind, patient, and understanding. Weddings can be a challenging time for brides, but your services truly changed my experience and turned it into an enjoyable process. Thank you for going above and beyond and ensuring that every little detail was covered. I am just so grateful that I got to work with you. You were very organized and kept me on my toes till the very end. In the end, my wedding turned out to be a very memorable event that we cherish to this date and will do the same in the days to come. I can't begin to describe how wonderful my wedding experience was with the Wyndham Hotel. The catering manager Jennifer Hand went above and beyond my expectations and helped give me my dream wedding. I can't thank her enough and highly recommend her to every bride in the area!!

The hotel really catered to my needs, my package included a bridal suite, champagne toast, linens, chair covers, stunning personalized centerpieces, ceremony and reception site, shuttle service after the wedding, wedding coordinator, customized 3 tiered wedding cake, 4 hour open bar, bartender and wait staff that are out of this world, and a 3 course gourmet meal!! I don't know of any other venue in the area that provides all of those services in one place and especially not the quality services provided by the Wyndham Westshore. I am going to be posting photos of the ceremony and reception on my profile for anyone who might want to see how beautiful everything turned out!

The Quorum Hotel in Tampa, FL was were my wedding reception was held. The staff, especially Jillian Thompson, were great! Everything from the coordinating to the food was perfect...I am glad I had my reception there!

Only our wedding reception was held at the Quourm Hotel Tampa since we got married in a church. The quality of the venue, the professionalism of the staff and the assistance from our onsite coordinator was phenomenal! Brandon, the Director of Catering, was our coordinator and I could not have asked for a better guy. He was very professional and I felt like he was a good friend at the same time.

The package for our wedding included: Complimentary Bridal Suite, Complimentary Wedding Tasting, One Hour Hors D'Oeuvres Reception, Champagne Toast, Private Hospitality Room for Photography with Hors D'Oeuvres and Drinks, White Linen Service including Chair Covers with choice of Sash (we upgraded this for a very reasonable price), Seasonal Centerpiece with Votives (we choose pink orchids), Room Rental Charges and Set-up Fees, Special Room Rates for our guests, Complimentary Parking/Valet, and Personal Event Planning Service (Brandon Marshall was AWESOME!).

Our Cocktail our included: Imported and Domestic Cheese Display served with Baguette, Flatbreads, and Crackers; Assorted Hot Hors D'Oeuvres; Spanikopita, Assorted Cafe Japonè® Shushi (YUM – my favorite part!) and Mini Beef Wellingtons. All of the Hors D’oeuvers were delicious and served at the perfect temperature.

For our First Course we selected Organic Baby Mixed Greens, Sun dried Tomatoes & Crumbled Feta, Choice of Dressings.

For our Entrée selection we went with a duet of the Potato Crusted Atlantic Salmon and a chicken dish, served with whipped potatoes and vegetables. We also had Butternut Squash Ravioli for our vegetarian dish.

The staff at the reception and cocktail hour serving dinner and the hand passed Hors D’oeuvers was top notch. The room was set up beautifully and way beyond all of my expectations. The Quorum was very accommodating to all of our requests and questions and I would highly recommend them to anyone. They are a great value and even better people to work with!
