We had a great day with no worries thanks to Judy and her team. About 200 guests and had so many compliments about both the venue and food. Wouldn't change a thing!

We had our wedding reception here for about 80 guests and it was the perfect place. The Hilton Garden Inn took care of everything: decorations, setup, take down, food, bartenders/bar, etc. It was so wonderful to not hire separate vendors, rent flatware/tablecloths/chairs, etc. and have it taken care of all on site. Food was really good too! Judy, the coordinator, was prompt at answering my many questions and accommodating our requests. We arranged all of our flowers ourselves and they were able to store the flowers for us the night before the wedding. We loved the complimentary whirlpool suite that came with hosting the wedding there and they went above and beyond by making our stay amazing, as well as for the guests. A great value and great venue!

What a venue! The Hilton Garden Inn West Madison-Middleton hosted our wedding reception in May 2017, and we could not have been happier. The professionalism and attentiveness of Carl, the Hotel Manager, and his staff made us feel less like a customer and more like family. Judy, the Catering Sales Manager, and Sam, the Groups Coordinator, expertly and promptly fielded all of our concerns; quieting our anxieties and allowing us to truly enjoy our reception.

The Hilton Garden Inn offered many delicious dinner options and had a group tasting in advance. We selected the prime rib, chicken Marsala, and mushroom ravioli. Our guests raved about the food, and the prime rib in particular. They had a kid’s meal options as well. We chose the macaroni and cheese which worked out perfectly for our younger guests!

The accommodations were impeccable. Sam helped with special room requests, and worked with us to add rooms to our room black as needed. Further, the ability to stumble up to our room after partying the night away, rather than relying on transportation, was priceless.

While the cost was comparable to some other venues, the personal attention, location, food, and general atmosphere created by the staff made the Hilton Garden Inn a steal.

Judy and the entire staff at the Hilton were amazing! Judy was always available to speak or email me whenever I needed, and she kept on top of things when things were starting to slide. She made the entire process so seamless. Even on the night of our reception, I didn't hear from her unless it was something good. Any issues went to my MoH or my mother, which was perfect! They were so flexible with everything. I got exactly what I wanted throughout the evening. I would definitely recommend them!

The Hilton Garden Inn did a great job with our wedding reception. Erica was great to work with and always got back to us very quickly when we had questions. The entire staff the day of the wedding was exceptional. We are glad we went with them for our wedding reception and wouldn't have changed a thing.

The Hilton was a great place to work with and a beautiful venue for our reception. The wedding coordinator, Rachel, is so helpful and really works hard to make sure everything meets your needs. The food was excellent, but the server's cleared the food from the head table before my husband and I were done eating (probably we spent too much time going around greeting guests though). I was really concerned going into all of this that the costs might get out of hand, but we were able to select and create package deals that fit our budget, but were still what we wanted. Finally, the best part, we were given a complementary bridal suite with whirlpool, champagne, and breakfast for the wedding night because we had our reception at the Hilton Garden Inn.

Great consultant - we really liked the lady we worked with. Food was ok - nothing impressive
