Our wedding at the Hyatt Place Kent Island on April 5, 2025 was nothing short of magical, and we truly cannot say enough incredible things about our experience. From the very beginning, Joe and Brandy Lynne were absolutely phenomenal to work with. They didn’t just help plan an event—they genuinely listened to us, understood our vision and vibe, and brought it to life in a way that exceeded every expectation we had. Their attention to detail, responsiveness, and calm, confident guidance made the entire process feel seamless and stress-free. On the day of the wedding, everything came together perfectly. The space was beautiful, the atmosphere was exactly what we had hoped for, and the entire reception flowed effortlessly. We were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment, knowing we were in the best hands. What truly stood out to us was how personalized everything felt—it never felt like a “standard package,” but rather a celebration thoughtfully tailored just for us. We received so many compliments from our guests about the venue, the service, and the overall experience. In fact, we didn’t hear a single negative comment—everyone was blown away. That speaks volumes about the level of care and excellence the team provides. This venue will always hold a special place in our hearts, and the experience was so unforgettable that we’re returning to celebrate our anniversary there. That alone says everything about how meaningful and exceptional our time was. If you’re considering hosting your wedding or event here, don’t hesitate—you will be taken care of in every possible way, and your day will be nothing short of perfect. The staff at Best Western was absolutely fantastic . The cost was great & so was the food. It's Baltimore's best kept secret . Kim & Hin, Banquet Managers were very accommodating. They assisted me throughout all of the planning. The menu selection was diverse and the dishes were amazing. My guest are still talking about the food two weeks after the wedding.

We absolutely loved our wedding at CBBC! We were had ours at the Beach House Ballroom side, and from start to finish the process was seamless and professional. There was another wedding on the other side at the same time but no one could tell! Our guests have raved about the food and overall experience, some even saying it’s one of the best weddings they’ve been to! The staff was top notch, our coordinator Samantha was a gem and her day-of assistant was amazing. The recommended vendors were also incredible! Cannot recommend this venue enough, we are so happy with our wedding!

From the early stages of planning, the staff at The Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace Hotel was very easy to work with. They were quick to respond to all of our inquiries, and were very helpful in guiding us through each step in the planning process.

The team at the Pendry made our wedding weekend truly incredible. First off, the venue is absolutely stunning, and has a depth of character that is rare at a hotel. We were originally excited about getting married right on the harbor, but had to pivot to the rain plan, a ceremony in the ballroom, and honestly I think it was even more gorgeous. The arched windows as a backdrop were breathtaking, and then it they managed a complete transition into the party space as guests had cocktails in the ballroom lobby area. The space is also perfectly designed for a party. We had nearly 200 guests and it never felt tight or crowded. One of the biggest perks of hosting at the Pendry was how much stress it eliminated. I never once had to worry about the food, it was truly delicious, and the team was great about handling guests with special meal requirements. The event staff were wonderful about guiding guests between the different spaces throughout the night, so everything just flowed. And when we threw some last-minute changes their way (switching up a signature cocktail, adding more food to the bridal prep suite), they handled it all without missing a beat. Speaking of the bridal prep suite: it was fantastic. I had something like 20 people in and out at one point between bridesmaids, family, hair and makeup, and our photographer, and the space handled it beautifully. Our hair and makeup team actually told us it was one of the best setups they'd had to work in. They were right in front of the windows so the natural light was gorgeous, and there were plenty of tables and chairs for them to spread out. Then when it was go time, it was just an easy walk down to the ceremony. The whole flow of the day felt seamless. Many of our guests stayed in the hotel (or walked over from close-by hotels and Airbnbs at different price points), which created such a fun, everyone's-here-together vibe for the whole weekend. We also got so many compliments from guests about how wonderful the hotel staff was across the board, not just the events team, but everyone. They truly went above and beyond to take care of people, and it meant the world to us. Finally, a huge thank you to Kat, our events manager and main point of contact. She knows the venue inside and out, had great suggestions to help us achieve our vision, and her passion and attention to detail was incredible. During the event she was on top of everything, seamlessly handling anything that came up so we never had to think about it. And on a personal note, she hyped us up right before we walked down the aisle, which was exactly the energy we needed in that moment. She made us (and especially my parents) feel so special and taken care of throughout the whole process. We really can't say enough good things about her. If you're considering the Pendry for your wedding and it's in your budget, do it. The building is gorgeous, the ballroom is a showstopper, and the people behind it all are genuinely kind and excellent at what they do.

Our wedding went as planned thanks to our venue! Mr. Grace was so attentive and flexible. As soon as something changed I was able to email him quickly and he made the adjustments and he made sure things ran smoothly the day of with what was in his control and his domain. I would recommend the Westin for weddings over and over again. The bridal suite was wonderful and the staff was great with accommodations within their limits of course. We had a great wedding. All of our guests gushed about the food and the venue!! One of my friends is getting married there next year now because she loved how my wedding was!

We are so glad we found Wylder Hotel during our venue search! We had an amazing wedding weekend and were so happy that we could have all our guests stay in one place so we could maximize the amount of time we spent together. The grounds are so beautiful and the entire staff is down to Earth, kind, and fun to work with. KD gave us advice, guided us, and answered all our questions in a timely manner during the planning process. Julia and Keith were so helpful and easy to work with as well during the wedding weekend. What stood out to us about Wylder was how personal the whole process felt leading to a cozy weekend filled with love! We are so glad we can relive that feeling and our amazing memories by coming back to visit!

If I could give this venue 10 stars, I absolutely would. Our entire wedding weekend lived here …welcome party, ceremony, reception, after-party, AND Sunday brunch … and somehow it all felt effortless. By the second day, it genuinely felt like we owned the hotel. The staff all around was so kind, patient, and accommodating. Valet was lovely, parking was easy, and everyone made us feel taken care of from start to finish. And honestly we would a rowdy group of 225 insane people and no one even batted an eye at the dancing in the lobby or the excited screams coming from all directions. Now let me keep it real: I was stressed to the brink leading up to the welcome party. But the moment I stepped onto the property, my whole body just… exhaled. I finally felt at peace. Everything clicked. Everything felt handled. I actually got to enjoy my wedding because of how supported I felt. We originally worked with Megan, who was amazing. When she left mid-planning, I braced for chaos, but then Hilary stepped in like the wedding fairy godmother I didn’t know I needed. She picked up every detail without missing a beat. Hilary is fun, honest, warm, and just incredibly easy to talk to. She made me feel grounded when I was supposed to be spiraling and genuinely cared about getting everything right. She is a star. The venue itself has so much character, it’s definitely a busy place, and I can see how that could be a turn-off for some couples. But honestly? It ended up giving our weekend so much personality. Our guests LOVED it. The energy made everything feel alive instead of stiff or too quiet. And we captured some incredible photos that we cannot wait to upload. If you’re planning here, I highly recommend booking the Presidential Suite. Not only is it huge and perfect for getting ready… but you get access to the rooftop, which was such a gem for quiet moments, photos, and just having a private space above the buzz. If you want a wedding venue that’s vibrant, welcoming, flexible, and supported by actual humans who care, this is it. And absolutely ask for Hilary. She truly made our weekend unforgettable.

Working with Hyatt Regency Chespakeae Bay is always a seamless experience. Their team is organized, communicative, and incredibly supportive throughout load-in, event execution, and breakdown. The property is beautifully maintained and thoughtfully designed, making it easy for rentals to integrate seamlessly into the space.
