Hill Country Event Staffing offers full-service event planning and day of coordination for soon-to-be newlyweds across the Texas Hill Country Our service area is from Pflugerville to Fredericksburg and all areas in between. After being in the wedding industry for seven years we can ensure a streamlined process offering full-service staffing that includes bartenders, servers, party chefs, and event managers. Our staff is also able to do setup and breakdown. We work with caterers and food drop-offs from your favorite restaurant. Our bar service includes optional bar packages where we will consult with you to create a bar that is personalized for your special event.

Owner and lead planner, Wendy Land, and her team have always loved commemorating important moments, bonding over their shared affinity for throwing unforgettable galas. With a heart full of love for happily ever afters they come together to bring you the celebration of a lifetime. From event decor and design to venue and vendor recommendations, the team has something to suit all newlyweds. Best Event Staffing in Texas!

Wendy & her staff at Hill Country Event Staffing were a life saver for our wedding!! I had a long engagement of a year & a half, in which I spent most of that trying to find a wait staff to support our chef! I found it difficult to find a vendor who was able to sustain a reliable team for events & almost had to re-think our sit-down dinner idea! It was one vendor spot I struggled to fill until my wedding coordinator stumbled upon Hill Country Event Staffing! Immediately, Wendy jumped into action & I was able to book her & her staff to take over front of house on our wedding day! From serving appetizers to tableside dinner service to set up/breakdown, all of my guests, myself & my husband were amazed at how smoothly everything ran! The staff was so understanding, knowledgeable of what was expected & what went where, friendly to our guests, & executed their job perfectly!
