Greenfish was recommended to us by our coordinator, and we are SO glad that we ended up booking them! Jean and Mina are sweet and thoughtful, and we were blown away by the very talented Chef Eric's incredible food (our guests couldn't stop exclaiming about how good it was, and we wholeheartedly agree!). We had a number of guests with food intolerances or allergies, but Jean worked with us to design a delicious buffet menu that not only provided safe options for those with dietary restrictions but also stayed well within our budget. Jean and her staff also handled rentals, and they made everything easy--from selecting linen colors to helping us obtain high chairs to adding a set of demitasse cups (for our tea ceremony) to our order at the last minute. When we learned that the venue would not allow them to deliver rentals the day before, Jean even arranged a special day-of delivery although it meant extra work for her staff. In general, she was a pleasure to work with--polite, professional, flexible, helpful, and always smiling. (We did have a bit of a communication lag at some point, but that was partly my fault and was soon remedied.) On the day of our wedding, we sat back and got to enjoy an amazing, fresh, beautiful buffet with our guests. Dinner service was smooth as could be, and Jean and her assistant saw to it that everything was set up, served, and cleaned up exactly on time. Thanks to Greenfish, we got to treat our wedding guests to a truly memorable dinner--one that we will certainly be talking about for years to come!
