Since then, she has taught these skills to her family, who delight in cooking for other families during their most important moments. Using nothing but fresh, local, and organic ingredients, many of which are sourced at nearby farmers' markets, the Porchetta Toscana team designs a menu of delicious offerings for you and your loved ones. While they focus on Italian cuisine, such as pasta carbonara or classico porchetta, they also specialize in Mexican food, but they can ultimately prepare any kind of food you may have in mind.
