We had a very difficult time getting a caterer to respond to us or take our event seriously. Not the case with Grand Cru. They were very responsive and made a point of asking what problems we had with other caterers so they would avoid the same issues. We did not have a wedding planner and the staff of Grand Cru stepped up to fill that role for us. They were on-time, very professional, and had great ideas about making the event successful. They were also very attentive to my wife and I on the day of the event. The food was also fantastic! We received many compliments about it. We highly recommend Grand Cru!

“The best food I’ve ever had at a wedding” is what we’ve heard repeatedly after our big day. Grand Cru was incredible—from the food to the drink to the service, it was all perfection. They took the time out to make sure my husband and myself were taken care of, always bringing a specialty drink over and fixing up our plates. The signature cocktails were a hit of the night, and the family style service was seamless. And did I mention affordable!? With the way our guests were drinking, we were nervous to get our final bill, but were pleasantly surprised when we did! I would absolutely recommend Grand Cru Hospitality for any event.

Another vendor who stuck with us through all the covid changes! Grand Cru was very communicative despite all the changes they were going through themselves. At the wedding they were AMAZING. I went and did some weddings this summer with another catering company for fun and Grand Cru deff went above and beyond! They were so sweet and attentive and just great to work with!

Katie and the Grand Cru team were fabulous to work with! Katie in particular was so patient with us in answering all our questions, helping design our menu, and making sure our vision could come true, well within our budget. She was always open and honest with her feedback, and never failed to respond to any of my numerous emails asking for advice. From our emails with her to our tasting, we felt genuinely taken care of, and knew Grand Cru would execute a memorable experience the day of our wedding. Everything went so smoothly, from rentals and bar setup, to late-night snacks (which were much-needed and devoured by all our guests!), to packing up leftovers for us to take home. In all honesty, I used to think couples exaggerated when they said this in reviews, but so many of our friends and family still talk about how delicious the food was (the steelhead and tri-tip in particular)! Grand Cru made sure our wedding was as memorable as possible, and we could not recommend them more.

Grand Cru did an absolute wonderful job catering our wedding! The appetizers, cocktails, dinner, and service was AMAZING. Seriously--ask about their sliders for a late night snack and their slushy drink menu. We had slushy Moscow Mules for one of the signature cocktails and everyone is still raving about them. Katie was our main contact and she was so responsive to all my emails (there were a lot) and questions. She really worked with me on building our menu and was totally receptive to the alterations I asked about. We ended up doing a "surf and turf" for everyone (unless vegetarian or vegan obvi) and it was so delicious and honestly, the portions were huge! We went plated meals instead of buffet, which ended up being pretty comparable in price, which is great. Katie also worked closely with Party Place, where we got our rentals, which was awesome--one less vendor to coordinate with on my part. She also brought the groom and I appetizers and a drink the second we got in from family pictures which was veryyyy needed at that point. It was just all so great and I can't recommend Grand Cru enough!

Katie and her team did an excellent job! My husband and I wanted to find a catering team that allowed flexibility in choosing which food would be served at our wedding and that was Grand Cru! We didn't want the traditional steak, chicken and fish served plate, we wanted tacos instead.

Grand Cru provided us with an array of menu items all sticking to our mexican inspired theme. The food was soo good and we received so many compliments from our guests about how good the food was.

We are truly pleased with our choice and you will be too if you book with Grand Cru!

Grand Cru Hospitality made our wedding a complete success. The food was complimented by everyone and the service was outstanding. I honestly could not have been happier. Everyone on their team is easy to work with and accommodating. Beyond excellent service, the food seriously is to die for....we made sure to take home leftovers. Do yourself a favor and hire these guys to serve your wedding/ event - you will be happy you did.

Grand Cru was a phenomenal vendor for our wedding. They went above and beyond to help put together our food and cocktail menu. Honestly my favorite part of the whole wedding planning process - the drinks and food were all to die for, it was so hard to narrow down the menu, and they were so great along the way.

On day of the wedding, they came in prepared, not shortage of food or drink the whole day. At one point, I hadn't got a squash blossom quesadilla so asked where I could get one (sooo good), but they were ending the passed appetizer portion. They went out of their way to whip up one extra batch since I missed it while greeting friends and family, I insisted it was no problem, but they went ahead anyway. The service for 225 was fantastic.

All the guests raved about the food and two cocktails, a custom mint/basil vodka spritzer and a blackberry bourbon drink. Best yet, they were able to do desert as well - mini pies, including marionberry, strawberry-rhubarb, lemon meringue, and apple. Huge hit, and one of the things I (the husband) really wanted.

The food and drinks were on point, service phenomenal, and they covered it all: drinks/dinner/desert. Could not recommend enough, and hope to go to another wedding/event where Grand Cru is involved!

What can I say about Grand Cru Hospitality? My wedding was incredible, and it was all thanks to Grand Cru Hospitality. It is an unbelievable feeling to get to your wedding and realize you don't need to do a thing. Katie worked with us to develop the perfect menu, and we heard from many guests that it was the best food they'd ever had at a wedding. Katie also handled several rentals that would have been a big hassle for my out-of-town family to deal with. The Grand Cru and venue staff worked together to flip our space from ceremony to reception while the guests were out on the patio, and it was SEAMLESS! We heard from a lot of married friends that we should not expect to eat on our wedding day--not with Grand Cru! After photos, we got back to our private room to find a plate of hors d'oeuvres waiting for us. Our dinner was a buffet, but the Grand Cru staff plated our dinners for us so we didn't even have to get up once we had been seated at the head table. The staff was so attentive to us the whole night and made sure we were never without beverages. Katie was also amazing at working with us to set up our perfect bar. We provided our own beer and wine so it was extremely affordable compared to what we were quoted by other caterers. We also had custom signature cocktails that were premixed by the Grand Cru mixologists. After all of this--a custom menu for 250 guests, specialty cocktails, flipping the space, helping with the floor plan, getting rentals--I couldn't believe how affordable Grand Cru Hospitality was in comparison to other area caterers. I don't know why you'd hire anyone other than the amazing people at Grand Cru Hospitality for your wedding day!

We hired Grand Cru to cater our wedding and we couldn’t have been happier with our decision. Alex and Katie are the dream team of catering. After meeting Alex at our tasting, we left knowing we had to hire them. He was so patient with all of our questions and all of the food we tasted was incredible. Katie was our go-to person for questions and logistics leading up to wedding, and she couldn’t have been easier to work with. She answered all of my emails almost instantly, and gave us great suggestions/guidance. On the day of, things went so smoothly and the food was amazing! The tables looked incredible and the service was five star. Throughout the night (and even still) our guests commented on how blown away they were with the meal and the service.
