Gia was actually recommended to my now husband and I by my photographer. I feel as though my review will never truly give proper justice to how great Gia was in the planning process, and on the day of for set up and logistics. We hired Gia for her month-of wedding coordination services - she was much more affordable than the coordinator our venue recommended. I sent her several emails with questions about the wedding during my planning process (much before the "month of" timeline) and she always responded pleasantly, and in a timely fashion. The florist we used, and LOVED, for the wedding was actually a vendor Gia suggested in one of her emails. I would have never found them otherwise.
I consider myself very detail oriented when it comes to most things, and especially when I was planning my wedding. For the reception, I had about 6 large boxes of decor items that needed to be set up prior to the guests' arrival. I had typed up instructions on where things were to be placed, on what tables, etc. When I arrived at the site, I was almost in tears because Gia had set everything up perfectly. She clearly read my instructions, and set everything up in a such a way that I couldn't have done it better myself. She even caught three items that I had listed in my instructions that were missing from the boxes. The amount of stress she alleviated from my special day is invaluable.
Lastly, I have a close friend who works in the wedding industry and asked how I got everything set up at the site. I told her about Gia, and she was surprised that I had a wedding coordinator, because she didn't notice her amongst the guests. It's almost funny to say that someone can "stand out" by blending in, but Gia did just that. She got everything done perfectly, and on time, and did it in such a way that no one noticed she was there to work. Thank you, Gia, for the best day of my life.

My husband and I hired Gia for month of coordination for our May 2013 wedding. Of all the decisions we made for our wedding, hiring Gia was one of the best! She did an unbelievable job! We hired Gia about 9 months prior to the wedding, and she did a great job of emailing us every other month to check in, and answer any questions we had. She was always available to answer questions, give recommendations and put my worries at ease. The last month before the wedding, Gia attended final venue walkthroughs, helped create our timeline, coordinated with our vendors and met with me personally to go over last minute details. As a classic type-A personality, and perfectionist, I was worried about handing off something as important as my wedding to someone else, but Gia did everything exactly the way I requested and would have done so myself! After Gia coordinated our rehearsal, I handed off a ton of reception decor and personal items I wanted set up at the reception with some instructions. Every instruction, detail and request was followed to the letter. Our ceremony and reception were at two different locations, about 10 minutes apart; Gia and her assistant managed to oversee/facilitate the set up and tear down of both locations, the coordination of all vendors, the management of our timeline, the coordination of our ceremony, the delivering gratuities to vendors, monitoring our gift table, checking us into our hotel room, and carrying all of our wedding gifts to our room. Gia arrived extra early to ensure everything was set up exactly how I wanted, and stayed until the last personal item was safely in my parents' car. She was friendly, energetic, organized and professional. I cannot say enough about Gia!

We worked with Gia for month-of coordination for our wedding and were beyond impressed with the level of professionalism, responsiveness, and attentiveness throughout the entire process. Gia went above and beyond our expectations and handled everything with our vendors, executed the decor and centerpieces for the event, created the wedding timeline, and made sure that we were where we needed to be at all times. Aside from all that, Gia has such an amazing heart and her personality is one that you can't help but fall in love with. We will definitely be recommending her to all our friends!!
