Garrett Richardson is an OUTSTANDING photographer and my husband and I couldn't be more thankful that we hired him to capture every moment of our wedding day in Del Mar, California on 8/10/24 at L'Auberge Del Mar. Garrett's work is absolutely fabulous and he was truly such a pleasure to work with. Our photos turned out so beautiful!! We cannot stop looking at them for weeks! Not only is Garrett an excellent photographer, he is so positive, friendly, personable and warm-hearted (which is very important to have on the best day of your life). As many people know, your photographer spends the entire day with you (the couple) and having someone so organized, respectful and talented is EXTREMELY VITAL! Garrett is polite and on top of it at all times throughout the day and night. He legit ran our wedding day and made it run so smoothly!! Our friends and family were blown away at how wonderful he was. I had friends and family come up to us weeks after the wedding saying how talented and sweet Garrett was to them. If my husband and I could do it all over again, we would pick Garrett over and over again. Our photos turned out so amazing and the quality is unreal. Our wedding would not have been the same without Garrett! We hired him after falling in love with him and his photos, and we could not be happier with that decision. His infectious excitement and enthusiasm throughout the weekend made the process such a joy. Garrett is the consummate professional - he always knew exactly what he was doing, planned all of the shots in advance, and managed all the photos with our HUGE families (and dogs!) without any issues. Your photographer is really the choreographer of the day and Garrett could not have done a better job - we were exactly on schedule in terms of getting all of our shots which allowed us to stay relaxed and have fun during the process vs being stressed and rushed. Garrett listened to exactly what we wanted and always made sure we felt comfortable and relaxed. We are a couple that typically shies away from PDA so Garrett helped us get the quintessential first look and other "mushy" shots in our own way. He was flexible but ensured that things got done, fun but professional. We cannot rave about him more! Also, Garrett is so trustworthy and well-respected in the industry that we would often ask his opinion on wedding ideas and potential vendors early in the process and he was always extremely helpful and responsive. We could not recommend him highly enough for your wedding or event!

Garrett was our photographer for our wedding weekend in Napa, he really blew us away! Garrett has such a naturally kind presence which made us feel really at ease from the start. He was also excellent with families and friends in group photos. On the wedding day, we were already well bonded and it went smoothly. Garrett guided us through the shooting, which really helped us during our first look and couple shots and also with our bridal party. We took many fun unique shots! The photos were breathtaking. Garrett can capture both the elevated and artistic style of photos as well as the candid sweet moments of us and our guests. We were very happy with the photos and my husband who is not a picture taker at all has mentioned many times how Garrett made his weekend! Lastly, we want to mention how Garrett went above and beyond to take some quick snaps of us at the after party. My husband and I met Garrett when he photographed 2 weddings that I was in back in 2019. Garrett's energy, optimism, and professionalism shown immediately and we joked that we'd be calling him when it was our wedding. Garrett was the first wedding vendor that we booked after our venue/date. We had so much fun with our engagement photos in La Jolla and felt really comfortable for our wedding. Before and during our wedding, Garrett and his second shooter made us feel comfortable, relaxed, and we weren't rushed at all. They enabled us to have special moments throughout the day. We are so grateful to have found & used Garrett and his incredible team. My husband and I really do not enjoy taking photos (of which we frequently told Garrett lol), but he truly put us at ease throughout the entire day. He gives fantastic direction and was able to round up our big (and rowdy) families. He’s quick at getting great shots so we weren’t getting anxious or feeling like the photos were taking forever.
