DJ El Sid is THE BEST.

I am a June 2023 bride. My husband and I hosted a fusion wedding, I am American and my husband is first generation Salvadoran. We knew the music had to hit at our wedding, but it felt like a lot of pressure to please both sides. When we found Sid, it felt like a weight was taken off our shoulders!

From our initial meeting, to pre-wedding communication, to the actual wedding day, working with Sid was amazing. He understood our situation exactly, and had a portfolio full of amazing weddings that were similar, if not the same, to ours.

Our dance floor was PACKED all night long, and it was all attributed to the great job Sid did reading the crowd, providing all types of music, and keeping the party going.

I cannot recommend or thank him enough for giving us the party of our dreams! 100000/10 recommend.

We truly couldn’t have asked for a better DJ! I’d recommend DJ El Sid to absolutely everyone & anyone. From the very beginning, he took the time to really listen to us and understand our vibe as a couple. We had a long do-not-play list, and he respected it completely while still creating the most incredible playlist that matched our style perfectly. Every meeting leading up to the wedding felt easy and collaborative, and the end result exceeded our expectations. The planning portal was very user friendly. He brought amazing energy starting from the ceremony to the last dance! The dance floor was packed all night long, and our guests are still raving about how fun the music was. He absolutely nailed it and made our night unforgettable!

DJ El Sid was amazing! He brought such a fun positive energy to our reception and I couldn't recommend him enough! Our guests told us countless how much they loved our DJ and I can understand why. There are not a lot of people in the entertainment business that know how to throw a party and make sure everyone has a good time - Fusion Function is one of those rare cases. They brought the vibes, the sounds, and the energy. Our wedding was multicultural - Haitian and Russian - and DJ Money Mav knew exactly what to play and when to get everyone on the dancefloor. We trusted the team fully - and it was obviously the right decision. We hired Fusion Function for our DJ, videography, lighting, and photo booth and it all worked perfect, each element complimenting our vision. You set the terms or let them take care of it - either way, you're guaranteed to have a good time.

The professionalism, responsiveness to questions/concerns, the check-ins all prior to our wedding day. The vibe checks, to the flawless set-up and operation throughout our entire wedding, my wife and I could not have asked for anything more. Also, there planning website should you choose to use them is one of the easiest and user friendly platforms I've ever used and I'm a tech savvy person. Lastly, the email reminders/days counting down check-ins throughout the process were very helpful. We had THE BEST night with Sid/Fusion Function. We told the team we wanted the dance floor to feel like a club and he totally delivered. Fusion Function is the way to go for your big day. From our initial meeting to our wedding reception, Sidney was professional and down to earth. The platform to upload music was so easy to use and exactly what we needed. Everyone was on the dance floor having the time of their lives. We received SO many compliments about our DJ; people had the time of their lives at our wedding, which just makes us so happy. DJ El Sid emceed perfectly. He was engaging, professional, courteous, and did everything we asked of him. The entire Fusion Function team was so professional, from early set up at the venue to ending the night on a high note with our last dance to Frank Sinatra. We cannot recommend Fusion Function and DJ El Sid enough. If I had to re-do the whole thing over and over again, every time I’d pick Fusion Function for our wedding DJ needs.

Our wedding with Fusion Function wasn't just your average wedding, it was an unforgettable experience that blew our expectations out of the water and left us with treasured memories. DJ Stix, Mav, and the entire team brought a level of energy and talent that transformed our big day into a truly monumental celebration.

From the start, DJ Stix had the dance floor lit, mixing tracks that had everyone—from die-hard dancers to unexpected participants—moving. The music spanned genres and moods effortlessly, hitting all the right notes. It’s one thing to get people dancing, but when the little who NEVER dance join in, that takes a keen eye and ear, and frankly a ton of talent from both DJ Stix and Money Mav! DJ Stix nailed every song selection, from the classic beats that had our family grooving to the punk set that got our friends amped up!

But it wasn’t just the music. Mav’s magnetic energy pulled people onto the dance floor and kept the momentum alive (to a point that most of us were sore from dancing so hard the next day!) while Todd managed the photo booth chaos like a maestro, ensuring everyone enjoyed capturing memories in style, and that they had fun while waiting in line. And let’s not forget the vibe that DJ El Sid, Mrs. Fusion Function, and the rest of the team bring. The whole operation is professional, talented, kind, fun, and exceeded our expectations.

The highlight? The bridal party’s walk down the aisle to a very important song to us and our friends. It's a long song and we hoped it could be properly timed out so that we could hear all of it, but we knew it didn't matter all that much. DJ Stix didn’t just play the song; he delivered the entire, emotion-filled piece, hitting the crescendo in all its glory. That moment was more than just a soundtrack—it was magic. That's what they do. Fusion Function created a bunch of these core memories for us that we and all of our people are cherishing.

We had a great time with Fusion Function Member, Joel, as our DJ for our wedding October 6, 2024. He came on time, set up, and was ready to go for our special day. We met with him a few times prior to the wedding day and had a plan of action for what was needed.
