I don't think I can say enough amazing things about Andi and her team. My now husband and are are both a mess in terms of organizational ability and have busy work lives. My bridesmaids joked our wedding would never have been pulled off if it weren't for Andi/Erin/Corey Jane. Andi made wedding planning as much of a breeze as it could be. She helped draft our budget, find our vendors, manage RSVPs, make welcome bags-- there is nothing she can't accomplish (within reason). Her team is professional and timely and her vendor recommendations were on point. Our day was seamless and everything I could've imagined. Best money ever spent in the crazy wedding process!

When looking for a wedding planner I needed all the help I could get! I did some research of Philly wedding planners and Musa appeared immediately! I did some vetting for other coordinators as well as Andi and something that stuck out to me the most was how often Andi checked in. All of the other planners were too busy for my business or thought that having more than one wedding in one day was doable for them making it seem like we would get equal attention which would definitely not be the case. But Andi made me feel so comfortable every. Single. Step. From start to finish she and her team were amazing in every way and I could not have asked for a better team. They gave so many options for vendors that fit our vision who were so amazing and such talented people. Any issues with contracts or timing Andi and her team were on it in a second. I was never unsure or wavered in how I felt about Musa and the work they did! We started planning 2 years ago and she and her team are family now and we love them! It feels so odd not to be in constant contact with them.. makes me so sad! So much blood sweat and tears went into our day and it was the most magical day of my life. Every moment was perfectly coordinated from when we got our hair and makeup done to the end of the night pack up. Even though my hair took longer than expected, they were able to perfectly coordinate around it and move things around so we did not feel rushed.
They are a dedicated team making sure you have the best wedding day you could ever ask for. Everyone who made our day special are people I will never forget! We love you guys and miss you!!

Where to begin - I had a dream of getting married in my parent's backyard, but had no idea if it would be feasible or just way too much work to throw a wedding at home. Andi came out to the property as we were thinking about different wedding planners, we walked around together, and just the way she was talking about it made me feel like Andi and MUSA could 100% make it happen. Multiple times over the yearlong process of planning the wedding, I thought to myself how completely lost we would have been without Andi. As a busy professionals working in NYC two hours away from the property, Andi worked around our schedule and was always flexible and took care of EVERYTHING so that we could just enjoy the fun parts of wedding planning. She took care to listen to us and get to know us, and presented us with incredible ideas that really reflected who we were as a couple, from vendors to table settings to color palettes, she handled it all. The planning process was just so exciting throughout because of Andi and the team's designs, coordination and thoughtfulness. When we finally got to the day, I felt like everything was going to be completely taken care of and I could really sit back and enjoy the day as the bride. SO many little moments I feel like I really soaked in because Andi was on top of all the little details, and I was just having fun and being present. Thank you Andi and the whole team for making our wedding day so much fun, so meaningful and so well supported!!!! What a dream come true! Thank you MUSA for making my wedding look like my Pinterest board!!!

Andi and the team at Musa were wonderful to work with, I highly recommend them! We worked with Andi for planning and coordination. She walked us through every step of planning, helping us sift through the mountains of information and vendors that are out there to help us create our vision—and stay sane in the process. The vendors she recommended were not only talented and professional, but wonderful people to work with. Andi patiently answered all my questions and helped talk us through tough decisions, big and small. Musa seamlessly handled communication with our venue and vendors in the months leading up to the wedding. The day of, we knew we didn't have to worry about anything, we could just enjoy our wedding day—which is the greatest gift I could have asked for.

We hired Andi and her team as coordinators just for the day of, but they literally took over communicating with other vendors TWO MONTHS before the wedding! It was so incredibly helpful and made this one of the most worthwhile investments out of my whole wedding. Just having someone to make sure my plans made sense and fill in the gaps was so comforting, and Andi was always available to check in or bounce around ideas!

On the day of, her team made literally everything come together — we had so many moving pieces and they pulled it off flawlessly. This is, I’d say, the biggest testament to the high quality of Musa — our day-of coordinator unfortunately injured herself on the day of our wedding and had to go to the hospital before we even had our first look, but her assistants COMPLETELY stepped up to the plate and got everything sorted! The guests didn’t even know anything had gone amiss, and because they were so organized, they seamlessly stepped in and filled her shoes. I would recommend them without hesitation!

I cannot say enough good things about Andi and her team. We hired Musa Weddings as our day of coordinator and, first of all, "day of" is a complete lie because Andi started working with us MONTHS before our wedding. After our initial conversations, I wish we had hired her as our full coordinator because everything about the experience was EXCELLENT. She is so professional and clearly knows so much about the industry. There are so many things she helped us with that I had never thought of (like loading docks for the vendors???). My entire wedding day I felt like I was being whisked around without a care in the world. I had to think of NOTHING. Someone from Andi's team was always there to tell me where to go, with the items I need, and water. It was overall just the best experience and I would recommend Andi to anyone. Plus, our venue coordinator loved working with Andi, which is an added bonus :)

Musa was recommended to me by my friend who is in the wedding industry. My husband and I are South Jersey based, but we had visions for a wedding somewhere warm and romantic. Andi helped us decide on Savannah, Georgia! From the very start, Andi was warm, punctual, and a wealth of knowledge. She made every step of the way with choosing the venue and vendors completely stress free.
Months before the wedding, my husband and I got some surprising news! We were expecting a new addition to our family, but that meant I would be out of work. We weren’t even sure financially if we would be able to move forward with the wedding. Andi helped us readjust our budget, was super flexible, and laid out our options for us. The amount of time and stress she saved me actually saved my life- no way I could’ve done any of that with a newborn without her!
We had the most beautiful wedding - intimate, loving, magical. Everything EVERYTHING was made possible because of Andi. We absolutely would not have been able to have the wedding of our dreams without Musa.

My husband and I truly thought that we could handle the wedding planning ourselves, but as we got to the final stretch, we realized we needed some help. You will see this for all of the reviews for Musa, and I am here to shout it from the rooftops - our wedding could not have happened without the help of Andi, Jen and the whole Musa team. We hired them for the final three months of the wedding and it was the best decision we made in that stage of the process. In addition to handling all vendor communication, timeline design and execution and day-of coordination, Andi made herself available for any/all questions, calls, and sounding board needs and moments with me, my husband and my mom. She brought to the process immense patience, thoughtfulness, kindness, and professionalism. Day-of, her work and the work of her co-team member, Jen, allowed all of us to really just take in the day and stay as present and grounded as possible. At one point, me and my bridal party went to get into our car to go the venue, and the car didn't start. Like a superhero, Jen pulled up into the driveway at that exact moment, and she brought us all up to the venue. Above and beyond the call of duty. This duo was a gift to my day, and I will forever be grateful for their talent and their support.

We had an amazing experience working with Andi and the Musa Weddings Team! Andi did the design and coordination for our multicultural wedding in Philadelphia. She truly brought our vision to life and executed on every detail we had on our mood board. Her creativity and attention to detail transformed our venue from a museum into a wedding.

Andi and her team were incredibly helpful leading up to and on the day of our wedding. They created a detailed timeline and communicated with all of our vendors. Despite having bad weather and a strict schedule, we were able to feel at ease and enjoy ourselves thanks to Andi and her team. They dealt with any mishaps and ensured the day ran smoothly.

If there is any advice I can give to future brides, it's to hire Andi and the Musa Weddings Team! Planning a wedding can be extremely overwhelming and we are so grateful we got to work with Andi. I could not recommend them more!

Ashley was incredibly helpful with the planning and day-of coordination for our wedding -- it ended up being so much less stressful and more fun than we'd expected! All of our guests had a great time, and we couldn't believe how many of them stayed until the very end. We really appreciated Ashley’s effort putting together the timeline for the entire wedding day, and all of the little details she thought of that helped everything run smoothly. Everything went better than we ever could've imagined, and we're so happy with the entire experience!
