Thank goodness we booked Andi for our Day-of coordination! There are just so many elements to the day of a wedding that we would've completely missed were it not for her, from making sure we knew which side everyone would stand on during the ceremony, to remembering half the items we intended to bring (and making sure that someone knew how to set them up), to ordering enough cake and effectively coordinating transportation. She was an incredible sounding-board during planning, and she expertly handled all the curveballs we threw at her (last-minute additions of parent speeches and a grandparent aisle-walk and, of course, the multiple Julies, Sams, and John/Jons in the wedding party). We had the most wonderful, smooth day, and we could not have done it without her and Tina. We definitely recommend the MUSA team for your day-of coordination needs! -

We had the absolute best wedding day, and that wouldn't have happened if it wasn't for Andi and her team keeping us on schedule and stress-free. I didn't get any vendor questions the week of the wedding because Andi literally handled all communications.
Everything felt seamless and easy, and we were able to be completely present throughout the day. I know our guests enjoyed having them there, too, which we so appreciated.
We loved working with Musa and would recommend them to anyone else planning a wedding in the greater Philly area! -

The Journey with Musa
When looking for a wedding planner I needed all the help I could get! I did some research of Philly wedding planners and Musa appeared immediately! I did some vetting for other coordinators as well as Andi and something that stuck out to me the most was how often Andi checked in. All of the other planners were too busy for my business or thought that having more than one wedding in one day was doable for them making it seem like we would get equal attention which would definitely not be the case. But Andi made me feel so comfortable every. Single. Step. From start to finish she and her team were amazing in every way and I could not have asked for a better team. They gave so many options for vendors that fit our vision who were so amazing and such talented people. Any issues with contracts or timing Andi and her team were on it in a second. I was never unsure or wavered in how I felt about Musa and the work they did! We started planning 2 years ago and she and her team are family now and we love them! It feels so odd not to be in constant contact with them.. makes me so sad! So much blood sweat and tears went into our day and it was the most magical day of my life. Every moment was perfectly coordinated from when we got our hair and makeup done to the end of the night pack up. Even though my hair took longer than expected, they were able to perfectly coordinate around it and move things around so we did not feel rushed.
They are a dedicated team making sure you have the best wedding day you could ever ask for. Everyone who made our day special are people I will never forget! We love you guys and miss you!! -

Where to begin - I had a dream of getting married in my parent's backyard, but had no idea if it would be feasible or just way too much work to throw a wedding at home. Andi came out to the property as we were thinking about different wedding planners, we walked around together, and just the way she was talking about it made me feel like Andi and MUSA could 100% make it happen. Multiple times over the yearlong process of planning the wedding, I thought to myself how completely lost we would have been without Andi. As a busy professionals working in NYC two hours away from the property, Andi worked around our schedule and was always flexible and took care of EVERYTHING so that we could just enjoy the fun parts of wedding planning. She took care to listen to us and get to know us, and presented us with incredible ideas that really reflected who we were as a couple, from vendors to table settings to color palettes, she handled it all. The planning process was just so exciting throughout because of Andi and the team's designs, coordination and thoughtfulness. When we finally got to the day, I felt like everything was going to be completely taken care of and I could really sit back and enjoy the day as the bride. SO many little moments I feel like I really soaked in because Andi was on top of all the little details, and I was just having fun and being present. Thank you Andi and the whole team for making our wedding day so much fun, so meaningful and so well supported!!!! What a dream come true! Thank you MUSA for making my wedding look like my Pinterest board!!! -

We hired Andi and her team as coordinators just for the day of, but they literally took over communicating with other vendors TWO MONTHS before the wedding! It was so incredibly helpful and made this one of the most worthwhile investments out of my whole wedding. Just having someone to make sure my plans made sense and fill in the gaps was so comforting, and Andi was always available to check in or bounce around ideas!
On the day of, her team made literally everything come together — we had so many moving pieces and they pulled it off flawlessly. This is, I’d say, the biggest testament to the high quality of Musa — our day-of coordinator unfortunately injured herself on the day of our wedding and had to go to the hospital before we even had our first look, but her assistants COMPLETELY stepped up to the plate and got everything sorted! The guests didn’t even know anything had gone amiss, and because they were so organized, they seamlessly stepped in and filled her shoes. I would recommend them without hesitation! -

Amazing planner !
To put it simply, Andi was amazing ! She was so organized from the begging and kept us on task throughout the entire event. We had her plan everything for us and it was the best wedding decision we made. Everyone knows a wedding can get crazy but even at the craziest of times and rain on the wedding it was the most amazing day I could have imagined. If I had to go through it all again I would not hesitate hiring Andi ! -

I had an excellent experience using MUSA for day-of coordination for my wedding. We had a very large wedding with more than 200 people and many Jewish cultural traditions. I worked primarily with Hannah and Andi was present for my wedding day. Hannah was meticulous in making sure every detail and wedding dream of mine was executed and planned to perfection. We spent many hours on zoom ensuring every detail was accounted for and she coordinated with all my other vendors to make sure everyone was in the loop.
The coordination on the wedding day was very impressive with Andi and her team helping at every moment from hair/makeup all the way to getting the bridal suite together at the end of the night. There was more than enough coverage and Hannah made me feel so relaxed and in control on the wedding day.
I would highly recommend MUSA to all Philly brides, especially those with a large wedding and a complex vision. -

Crisis Management in Calm and Color
I’m not even sure I can put into words how amazing Andi and her entire team at Musa Weddings are! I also cannot overstate how creative, kind, flexible, and caring the planning and execution of our wedding was, beginning to end. Andi helped us plan a wedding through the worst period of our lives, which included a protracted immigration battle and the terminal illness of my mother. Not only did Andi translate my vision perfectly, giving me the wedding full of luscious, jewel-toned color I had always dreamed of, but she also ensured that I never once had to worry that something wouldn’t be taken care of or would fall through the cracks. While I panicked as our protracted immigration situation caused the rescheduling of our wedding, the Musa Weddings team was taking care of absolutely everything, going above and beyond many times over to replan and rebook, all the while counseling and consoling us. On the day of our rescheduled wedding my mother was suddenly unable to attend because of medical complications. Again, Andi and Corey Jane sprung into action, ensuring that my mother could watch the ceremony remotely and making sure I remembered to try to enjoy my wedding day! Minus the unfortunate circumstances, Andi and Musa Weddings gave us the wedding of our dreams and were a joy to work with throughout. The care and compassion they show, and their attention to detail are unmatched, and I would enthusiastically recommend them to any couple! -

Figuring out how to plan a wedding when you both work full time is HARD. Add in that you decide to do a destination wedding in beautiful Spain, where the primary language is not English, and that is even more difficult! But then we met Andi- who made all of our dreams come true. From our very first meeting, her positive and enthusiastic energy shone through, making every interaction enjoyable and exciting. Andi's exceptional attention to detail, extensive knowledge, constant thinking ahead, and warm personality made her an outstanding professional and an amazing person to work with. She helped us with everything- including helping us interview and book every vendor and expertly kept everything on track throughout the entire planning process, ensuring that no detail was overlooked. Not only did Andi excel in the logistical aspects of planning (including complex taxi routes for multiple guests with lots of luggage!), but she also demonstrated her exceptional creativity and design skills. Her talent for creating personalized signage and unique details left us in awe. The way everything seamlessly came together on our big day was truly breathtaking. Our day was perfect and she handled everything seamlessly- she even went on a bow tie hunt the morning of the wedding when my now husband forgot his at home! She also managed to weave a surprise for us during dinner, which was unforgettable. Our guests were stunned with how perfectly everything was and are still buzzing about the details and the amazing time they had. Andi- we cannot thank you enough for everything. Working with you was easily the best decision we made (and we have both said 1,000 times now!) and we could not have pulled this off without you. -

We used Andi and the MUSA team for month of wedding coordination, and MAN WAS IT WORTH IT. truly, I really am so grateful to Andi. It was a huge time-saver for me and my mom to have Andi coordinating between all our vendors and finalizing the timeline. She was consistently patient, open-minded, and flexible with us—quick to respond and quick to offer her professional perspective whenever we weren't certain of a decision or had a disagreement internally in our family even. Our rehearsal was fun—she elegantly navigated a bunch of really loud, annoying people (read: my family!!!) and the day of the wedding... wow. Just... wow. My parents had the best day of their lives, and I know my mom was so worried that she wouldn't be able to be present because of host duties—but truly, Andi and her assistant took that pressure away and my mom had the best day ever. She won't stop talking about it. Andi and her assistant were ON TOP OF IT. I truly don't even understand the extent of what they did the day of the wedding—but I know they were constantly moving around, communicating, orchestrating with our caterer and our band and our florist and everything in between. It was the best day ever, truly. I was able to not worry about a single thing. Andi literally held my wedding dress while I peed moments before going out for my reception entrance with my new husband, expertly made last minute changes to little decor things we had based on the reality of where outlets were and how people were using space, multiple times asked me if I needed anything. Her assistant literally fed me fruit salad during family photos when I felt lightheaded. Andi and her team were a dream. I truly can't thank her enough and ABSOLUTELY recommend her. She's lovely. She's a pro. She's worth it. -

Andi was our day-of-wedding coordinator and came highly recommended by a different vendor. She was an excellent and calming presence throughout an extremely chaotic pandemic process. We didn't have a venue until 6 weeks (thanks, COVID) prior to the wedding, and despite this chaos, was really focused on keeping things on track and making the planning process fun! We really enjoyed working with her. She has an amazing list of vendor recommendations that she shared that we pulled from heavily as well. My husband was a little skeptical of hiring a DoC for our wedding but admitted when everyone had gone home that we absolutely couldn't have done it without Andi and her team. I wholeheartedly would recommend!! -

Musa Weddings Review
We found Musa in an unconventional way. Someone else had cancelled their wedding and we bought their contract. This was the luckiest of happenstances, that we are immensely grateful for. We did the Ivory package which starts 30 days from your event. We worked with Caroline leading up to the wedding and as our lead coordinator day-of and Maya her assistant on the big day, who we liked so much, we commented it felt like they were part of the wedding guest party.
We were just about 30 days out and we weren’t hearing anything back to our emails from some of our vendors. 2021 is an insanely busy wedding season and I was trying to be patient, but we were running out of time we could devote to the wedding. We’d put all the pieces in place, but we were about to start a bunch of work travel and didn’t have the time to follow up with people and bring it over the finish line. Enter Musa. We did a meeting right after we signed the contract, and Caroline asked perfect questions and gave us forms to fill out so she had all the details. They she ran with it, connecting with each vendor and transferring communication to her instead of us. This was perfect. It pointed out any holes in our planning and on day-of not a single vendor reached out to us. Everything was handled by Caroline and her assistant Maya. A few things are inevitable to go wrong and they did. Shuttles were stuck in traffic, a groomsmen forgot his shirt - but we didn’t hear about it til it was handled. The calm Musa’s team exuded was exactly what we needed. We would trust Musa with anything and you should feel at ease if you do too.
On a deeper note, my pronouns are They/Them and a number of our guests are trans as well. I added a pronouns column to the first document we gave them and told her we weren’t using “bride” and other gendered language and not a slip up was found. She even corrected others! When we wanted to change the bathroom signs to be gender inclusive at the venue, Caroline was ready to fight for it if anyone disagreed. It meant the world to be supported this way.
I also want to take this moment to say FEED YOUR VENDORS and be sure to tip them! Caroline and Maya worked at least a 12 hour day. Our caterer offered a hot meal and a separate table outside for all the vendors to eat at. It wasn’t the cheapest vendor meal option, but watching all my vendors have dinner together and having a great time was one of my favorite moments. May they become colleagues and friends! -

Andi and her team made the best day of our lives even better. We had intially booked Andi for our OG wedding back in May 2020. After two COVID cancellations, we were ready to plan again, and knew we couldn't get through the day without her. She made every little detail, item and activity run so smoothly. If you’re considering a wedding planner, look no further and read this! I was originally considering a wedding planner but was leaning towards not getting one until my mom found Andi through The Knot and suggested I give her a shot. Best decision ever, thanks mom! Andi not only helped me plan 1 wedding but two because I am a COVID bride! For the last 2 years working with Andi has been nothing short of amazing. She is extremely organized, professional, creative, open to feedback/suggestions, and an excellent team planner. Andi was in constant communication with all of my vendors and gave them updates regarding COVID and changes that kept occurring. It was such a burden off my plate to have Andi as the middle- (wo)man between myself and my vendors. Andi was such a great resource when developing my wedding vision and I genuinely appreciated her honest opinions and feedback in regard to my vision and ideas. She kept me on track to what my original vision was, which allowed me to be more decisive when picking out décor and speaking with vendors. Andi was always a call, email, and text away and always responded in a timely manner! She constantly had my back, especially when my wedding venue did not. I had a very inflexible venue that did not communicate frequently and had been rude to us at times. Andi handled this venue with the upmost professionalism and was a huge advocate for my and my family in regards to the venue’s lack of communication and respect with us. I would highly recommend Musa Weddings because you will feel supported and less stressed when planning your wedding (especially during a global pandemic). Leading up to the week of the wedding, Andi felt more like a friend that I could vent to and talk to then just a wedding planner. Absolutely amazing! -

We hired Andi over a year ago to help plan our wedding. Needless to say, a lot happened in one year —COVID! And it changed our original plans by A LOT—however, Andi was super helpful in planning/coordinating everything despite everything going on. The end result was a super memorable and amazing day that we could not be happier about! She was professional, gave excellent advice throughout the entire process, and responded to so quickly to all communications. On the day of, everything came together amazingly— we had a lot of different vendors and she managed them all on the day of to create a seamless experience. Our wedding was a “micro wedding” despite original plans, but I couldn’t recommend it more! Trying to navigate COVID restrictions and a wedding at the same time was difficult, but Andi helped out so much. Finally, I have to say that her design plan absolutely blew me away. Based on her design plan,we were able to utilize the most talented florists, designers and it all came together on the day of. I would recommend Andi every time I get a chance! -

I simply cannot imagine what I would do without Andi and Forever Love Events. From the very first interaction, Andi was incredibly warm, professional, extremely organized, and creative. I actually felt emotional saying goodbye to Andi at the end of our wedding night. She was equally important to us in the lead up to the wedding and at the event itself. She's a really good listener; took everything we said to heart and made it come to life. We had only two months to plan this microwedding during the coronavirus pandemic and she made it happen so seamlessly. She had good advice but didn't push anything on us. On the day of, seeing her always relaxed me. I was running late to the altar, and instead of rushing me, she calmed me down! Throughout the night I would look to her and be like "ok what do i do now?" and she always had an answer. She was THE PERFECT person for me and my family this summer. I had my dream wedding, despite the pandemic, thanks to Andi. -

Andi and her team are truly amazing. We could not have selected a better wedding planner to bring our big day to life! I am a management consultant and my husband is a lawyer so needless to say our expectations were high when it came to deciding to hire a planner and actually selecting one. Andi is the absolute best wedding planner. I wish I could put into words how awesome she is but there are so many incredible things about Andi that I have no idea how else to put it other than every single bride and groom should book her.

Andi was absolutely wonderful to work with from Day 1. I knew going into our wedding planning that having a day-of coordinator was going to be essential. However, being a very Type A person, I didn't think I was going to be able to fully entrust in anyone the day of my wedding. I was SO wrong! The morning of the wedding came and I was as calm as could be because I knew that Andi would have everything (including the things I never thought of) fully taken care of. This woman literally would give anyone the coat on her back (which she did for me when the outside first-look photos got a bit chiller than expected) and went above and beyond our expectations. I would pick Andi over and over again to be the ringmaster of our special day. Thank you is simply not enough to show our gratitude to Andi and her team! -

It is probably the best decision for us to hire Andi and her team as our wedding planner. At first, it was very hard to even find a decent wedding planner in the Philadelphia area, as some of the vendors told us that they only do high five to six-figure weddings and charge an insane amount of fees for their service. I don't wanna do a big wedding as I think it is a waste of money, so I reached out to Andi as my last hope and she told us that she can fit us as much as she can in our budget. Not only did Andi helped us tracking all the budgeting stuff and such, but also helped us contacting all the vendors and making sure that they were working together without any hiccups, including wedding dress revision as Tina's around 8-month pregnant at the time. On the day of the wedding, Sasha helped us plan out probably the best wedding I've seen so far for us and I'm super happy that everyone had a good time and we kept a good time frame of everything we're trying to do. Overall, we would highly recommend Andi to any couple who are willing to do a small and cozy wedding (also she's very good at other big weddings too!!), as she's definitely an expert in tracking the budget and spending while making the entire process as smooth as possible.

Andi was an absolute joy to work with! She has such a positive and enthusiastic energy that she brought to every interaction. She was organized and kept everything on track with the planning process. We hired her for partial planning but she really stepped in and made sure that everything went smoothly with all of our vendors from that point forward. It was definitely comforting to know that we were in such good hands. She was always so responsive and constantly thinking ahead to anticipate what we would need. Frequently during our engagement I would turn to my fiance and say how glad I was that we hired Andi! She made the process fun and as stress free as possible. Her designs for signage blew us away and it was so exciting to see how everything came together. She was the best investment we made for our wedding! Hiring And was the smartest decision my wife and I made when planning our wedding. Reading many of the reviews, we had high expectations enlisting her services…but now after the wedding, we are even more impressed. She helped us plan an outdoor summer wedding with over 100 guests in less than 3 months. Her level of organization was top notch. For example, when it came to something like hiring a band, she would send us an organized comparison chart with every band available available to play on our wedding date, estimated fee, known instruments with number of band members, and links to their websites or YouTube channel. She would do similar things for caterers, florists, photographer, room blocks for hotels in the area, etc. She was amazingly quick to respond to our emails and texts. I hope you don’t email her as much as we did, but we would ask her questions anywhere from 6:30am to 11:00pm and her response would come within seconds to minutes. She must wear her cell phone on a holster. She was very proactive, as well as reactive. My wife and I went back and forth on if we should have hired a videographer. As it was, only 10 days before the wedding we asked Andi to find us a videographer. Sure enough, she got us a great one! (BTW, if your struggling with the idea of getting a videographer even if you already have photographers, get one! Seeing videos of the day is priceless). I think the most amazing thing though was her ability to get us a tent the day of our wedding. We were planning an outdoor wedding, and as luck would have it, on the day of the wedding the wedding forecast changed to include storms. Andi, despite all the other things she had to do the day of the wedding, found a tent supplier on a Saturday to come that morning, set up the tent, rearrange the table arrangements, and communicated all this with the venue and the caterers. All in all, Andi is a true professional who is excellent at planning weddings, She was mindful to both the big picture as well as the devilish details. She is always calm, collected, and ready to share a laugh to remind us to enjoy the wedding planning process. Thank you Andi. When we renew our vows in the future, we hope you will take us again as clients. We appreciate you and the dedication you showed for planning our wedding. -

Andi was so helpful during the planning process and was literally my go to for EVERYTHING!!!! Any question or concern I had, Andi swept in like superwomen. She helped calm my nerves when I was getting anxious about the weather, etc. Andi doesn’t just complete the job she’s hired for, she goes above and beyond to ensure you are a happy bride and groom! I knew Andi was my day-of coordinator the first time I spoke to her over the phone. Andi is sweet, professional, and just darn good at her job. She gets things done in a timely and efficient manner. I honestly wished I hired her as my full wedding planner, or even partial planner. The minute she took over 6 weeks before my wedding day, I was so relieved! She made me feel like I could have a wonderful wedding while being the stress-free bride every bride (and groom) deserves! I know price is a huge factor for many couples (weddings are expensive affairs), so I want to add my two cents here. During my search for a day of coordinator, I compared prices and what one would get based on that price - let's just say Andi's price is SO reasonable. Did I mention that she comes with an assistant the day of your wedding (which many companies do not offer based on my research)? Bottom line is Andi (and Sasha, one of her assistants) was by far one of the easiest folks I worked with for my wedding. I would hire her over and over again. Just wish I hired her sooner! -

Hiring Andi as my day of coordinator was one of the best decisions I made when planning my wedding. I reached out to several vendors before hiring Andi and I had a hard time making a connection with any of them. When I spoke with Andi - she really took the time on the phone with me and really understood my vision and what I was looking for for my wedding. I hired her over a year before my wedding and although her services were only to start a month before my wedding, I truly felt like she was there for me the entire time. She constantly checked in and offered any support she could. I can honestly say that I was not stressed AT ALL the day of my wedding and that is in large part to Andi. The day before, she came to my home, collected ALL my items for the reception (there was ALOT - her entire car was full) and took them to the venue. I don't know what I would have done without her. She stayed through the reception and ensured that I got back every last item that we packed. My bridal party and family commented on how great her and her assistant were. Andi - I truly cannot thank you enough. From the bottom of my heart, I want you to know that there are no words that can express what you did for Chris and I. You really made my wedding day PERFECT. I would highly suggest Forever Love Events to any bride looking for a coordinator that is sincere, hard working, and willing to go above and beyond for their clients. -

Andi was the coordinator for my wedding at The Racquet Club of Philadelphia and her contributions to the planning and execution of the day were immeasurable. She was involved with every part of the process from menu planning, coordination of staff, timing of each different piece of the ceremony and reception, planning the layout of the venue, and overall helping to answer any possible questions I could come up with. I walked into our planning meeting feeling stressed about the entire event and left knowing that everything would be perfect because of how professional and knowledgeable (not to mention nice and funny!) Andi is. We could not have had the most perfect day without her. I would recommend her to anyone looking to truly make the planning of their perfect day the easiest and most fun it could be! -

Hiring Andi was BY FAR the best decision we made during our entire wedding planning journey. We utilized her as our day of coordinator, but she stepped in well over a month before to check on me and make sure there wasn't any thing I needed. I am extremely organized and didn't necessarily think I would have needed a coordinator, but hiring Andi allowed me to be the bride and actually enjoy our day! She was so caring and thoughtful through the entire process, letting me call/text/ and email her whenever just to bounce ideas off of her. Her timeline for the weekend was an absolute work of art - it took all the crazy little details I had floating around and put them down on paper into the most organized document of all time. As for the actual rehearsal and day of? AMAZING. She herded me, my husband, and our entire wedding party through all the craziness with grace and a smile. Apparently she even went to Joseph A. Bank the day of to get extra pieces that were missing from the tuxes and I had know idea. Any problem that occurred, I knew nothing about; Andi just handled it. She worked with all of our vendors (many of whom already knew and loved her) to put my vision for our wedding into reality. She was FLAWLESS! Do yourself, your fiance, your parents, and bridesmaids a favor and hire Andi and ForeverLove events - its the best decision you can make, besides saying "I Do"! -

What can I possibly say about Andi?!? I first contacted her at the end of July, having mostly finished planning my wedding, after I realized that I desperately needed a day-of coordinator. Andi was immediately my knight in shining armor. She patiently worked with me, my husband, and my mom (!), soothing all of our worries and calming us all down in the weeks leading up to the wedding. She solved all of our last-minute issues, and was constantly in contact and available. Our constant refrain in those last few weeks was "let's ask Andi"! Words can't even express how grateful we were to have her on our wedding day itself- she made everything run so smoothly that we were actually able to fully enjoy our own wedding. If there were any issues, we were blissfully unaware, since she handled everything so wonderfully. Thanks to Andi, when people ask me how my wedding was, I'm able to honestly say it was perfect. Inga Sent on 10/13/2018Andi was simply the best wedding planner and superb day-of coordinator we could imagine! Having Andi as an advocate for, and executor of, our vision offered us exceptional value, and was the most joyous interaction of the whole process.
We were skeptics that a wedding planner would be necessary with a bride who knew exactly what she wanted, a groom mindful of the costs, and both of us with both DIY attitudes and know-how. Thankfully, as our catering choice came with Andi’s services for day-of coordination, we did not do it all on our own. Andi coordinated details we never would have thought of.
We had SO many decorations to the point that we were overwhelmed. Andi simply said - “I got this! Everything is going to be great!” Her confidence made us believe. When we walked into the venue the next day, a few hours before our ceremony, it looked like a dream! My wife was absolutely floored by Andi’s work. She said that it was as if Andi had plucked her vision from her mind and made it be!
Andi, as a day of coordinator, is exceptional! She worked with the catering team, DJ, and other vendors and everything - start to finish was beyond perfect. Prior to the wedding, she documented all of our wishes and made a notional timeline to make sure it would all fit, and adjust as necessary. The attention to detail was amazing. She never made us feel rushed, or forced; it was natural, organic, peaceful. We will forever cherish our memories with our family and friends!
We would rehire her without a second thought if we had to pull off another event of any size! She had an innate ability to make our perfectionist vision a reality without direction. She has superb organizational and communication skills - and gave us ample time to discuss and decide everything we needed several weeks before the wedding.
Andi - thank you for everything! You’re the best and it was such a pleasure working with you to make our perfect day so outstanding!!!

Andi was easy to talk to, incredibly responsive to e-mails, and handled the various dynamics of our family without skipping a beat. She was able to effectively wrangle our distracted and over-excited bridal party group through the rehearsal, making the process as simple and stress-free as possible. The night of our wedding, Andi made sure that everything went smoothly, from communicating with the other vendors and setting everything up to managing the schedule of the night. We had a few last minute hiccups with unexpected plus-one's attending, but she handled it all like a pro so that my parents and I didn't have to worry about a thing. Andi was incredibly attentive to the flow of the evening and to our needs as the bride and groom. Andi's assistance was a huge piece in making our day so perfect, and we highly recommend her for any wedding!

Heather Sent on 09/15/2018Hiring Forever Love Events was unquestionably the best decision we made during our 14 months of wedding planning - Andi was our wedding fairy godmother. We were originally one of those couples who thought planners and coordinators were for people who had extra money to burn and felt we couldn't justify the expense. Couldn't have been more wrong. The moment we brought Andi on board and met her for the first time to review our wedding details, we breathed a HUGE sigh of relief. She was so incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and hilarious! I found the last 3 months of planning to be quite stressful, but I always ended calls and meetings with Andi feeling calm and excited.
The day of, Andi flawlessly handled everything I could think of and more. Without fail, anytime I thought of something, I found out that Andi had already taken care of it. Like many brides, I had browsed Pinterest and Style Me Pretty throughout the planning process and it boggled my mind how people could pull together those beautiful details. However, Andi was able to make it happen. Everything on our wedding day was exactly how I imagined it. The day flowed so seamlessly and we never wanted for anything. For example - the bartender at our reception made a specialty drink for one of my bridesmaids. She let me taste it and I loved it. Little did I know, Andi was watching this interaction, found out what the drink was, and hand delivered it to me on the dance floor within minutes. That's how amazing and on top of it she is.
I know it can be hard to navigate reviews for wedding vendors for the real story, but trust me - you will not regret having Andi on your team. Thanks to Forever Love Events, I can say we truly had our dream wedding. -

She always responded to me in a timely manner whenever I had a question (and I had a lot of questions!), she provided stellar recommendations when I was at a loss for ideas, and she made sure my not-always-clear vision came to life. We brought Andi in 6 months before our wedding, and our biggest regret was that we didn’t bring her in when we got engaged. Andi and the Musa wedding team were critical in helping us pull off the wedding of our dreams. I'm sure we weren't the easiest clients, we had a lot of opinions (and changed them often), we trying to pull together 4+ different sets of cultural customs, and were very busy with our own professional lives. Andi's experience in the industry was evident in the clear plan she laid out for us and the efficient systems she had in place to streamline the planning process. Every detail was meticulously organized, which made everything much easier for us. But beyond their professionalism, what truly set Musa Wedding apart was their warmth and kindness. Everyone we interacted with was incredibly nice and personable. We couldn't be happier with how it all turned out and we couldn't have pulled it off as well without these lovely people.
