I was very specific with Flower Creations about what I wanted for my bouquet and they turned out beautifully I had a lot of compliments on my flowers and I did feel that they were beautiful.
Despite they're beauty I can't say they were exactly what I envisioned we were going for a fall theme and I felt they looked a little bit more pink than orange...no big deal but I did feel that part of this was because my consultant didn't really try to get a feel for what I wanted the wedding to be like. I was going for a rustic fall theme and she kept telling me the rose I liked was too rustic?? I felt she questioned me a lot on my decisions and the conversations were always hard.
I also felt my consultant was inflexible about comunicating over email..I work during the day in an open office and it is very hard for me to carry on a phone conversation here. I tried many times to explain this to her but she seemed to think that it was harder for her to explain things over email, I don't agree with this, I felt that when she was forced she explained things fine over email, and would often call me to repeat what she said in email in case I didn't understand. I felt this was unecessary and made the process tiring for me.
I'm not sure that it was worth it and I wasn't sure how to rate them above, I don't know if it was just this one consultant or if they have more? I received a recommendation for this florist from my work and they are very happy with them, and the flowers were beautiful...so I leave it to you. I think knowing what I know now I would still go with them but just go with my gut more and be confident...but hindsight is 20/20.
If Flower Creations does read this I do recommend training your staff a little better and teaching them to be more interested and to treat it less like a task to get off there back...sorry to be harsh but that's how I felt!
