I had a destination wedding in Siesta Key, FL. It was the best day of my life and I owe a huge part of that to FSW. Tina and Scott exceeded my expectations. The ceremony was GORGEOUS and Pastor Scott made us feel so special. It was also over 100 degrees and Tina showed that she cared for my two young sons (both in diapers) and my Grandma by wanting to keep them in shade as long as possible. We also had some people show up late, and they were so patient and kind. I wish I could relive my day over and over. Also, there was great communication for the 14 months that I started planning! Thank you FSW for everything!

We had a small beautiful sunset wedding on April 14th, 2022, on Venice Beach. From the moment I spoke to Tina (Florida Sun Weddings), I knew that she was the one we could trust to take care of our special day. The process was all laid out from having to purchase the marriage license, to arriving at the perfect location right before sunset. The officiant made us feel so comfortable, and we had some humorous moments during the ceremony, makes us smile when we talk about it. The photographer, Christina Gebel, was amazing. We are obsessed with our photos, the moments she captured are priceless. We highly recommend Florida Sun Weddings for anyone wanting a perfect, stress-free, detailed, wedding in Florida!

Florida Sun Weddings was the best decision I made when it came to my dream wedding. They are dedicated to each and every wedding they do. You truly feel like you are their only client when they are doing 10 other weddings at the same time. Tina was amazing. She was so responsive and helpful. She even made sure that I had everything I needed that I didn't even think of. I went with 2 vendors that she referred us to for the hair and makeup as well as a videographer. I could not have been happier with both vendors. Everyone at my wedding was impressed with the entire wedding setup and how beautiful it looked. I was impressed with how fast they took it down and headed to the next wedding on the other side of the pier. We got married on Sharky's Beach on the right side of the pier and even though the beach was packed with people, the entire ceremony and first dance was beautiful and impressively thought out. They are not a fly by night company. They know their industry very well and everything was perfection!

I don't even know where to begin! Everyone at Florida Sun Weddings went above and beyond to make our wedding day perfect, and perfect it was. The work did not begin on our actual wedding day though, it began the moment I made an inquiry. They are responsive, friendly and I walked away from this experience feeling like family. During this process some unexpected changes came about and they were each handled with absolute care, consideration, professionalism and kindness. They made special accommodations for my ailing father so that he could attend which meant the world to us. They even provided us with a flower girl basket to use after forgetting ours in the throws of typical wedding day preparations. Having 7 siblings, I have been a part of many weddings and I can say wholeheartedly that this was the least stressful or chaotic wedding I have ever seen. They literally took care of everything so that we could focus on just being the bride and groom and the joy of our union. Tina was not just our coordinator but provided encouragement and support through the entire process. When weather became a potential issue, they were on it offering a multitude of solutions. Thankfully it held off and a beautiful beach wedding took place. Our photos were returned within one week of the wedding! Cristina did an incredible job at capturing our special day and we will cherish those captured memories for generations. We can't thank everyone at Florida Sun Weddings for their immense contribution to the start of what I know will be a beautiful life together.

Florida Sun Weddings (FSW) is a family owned wedding planning team. Mark, Tina, and Cristina were all a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. They are knowledgeable which allowed my wife and I to have a stress free wedding day. They were flexible which allowed us to have a unique experience. They were professional, responsive, accomidating...I can't say enough about them.

After my wife and I had to postpone our local wedding twice we decided to elope in Venice, Florida. We worked with FSW to have a beautiful sun set wedding that went beautifully. FSW met all deadlines are were always professional.

Tina recommended the place where we made our dinner reservations for dinner after our ceremony. They are well known in the community. Tell any vendor that you are working Tina and you are instantly treated like family! Tina kept in contact with me from the time we got off the plane. She helped to make sure we didn't forget rings and explained the marriage license process. She made sure she stayed up to date on COVID restrictions and rules.

Mark helped make my wife and I feel comfortable. He was willing to throw flower petals when asked on the spot to make a great photo.

Cristina is a talented photographer and really understands the sun and lighting. She worked with us from our first look until the sun went down. Her shots are dramatic and really capture the moment.

They made my day so special and more beautiful than I ever imagined! They have a personal touch that makes you feel like family! I will be returning to them in the future for a renewal of vows! They have amazing contacts in photography, videography, hair and makeup, as well as reception venues after the ceremony. Their amazing relationships with these other wedding services allowed them to pull off the most beautiful wedding (at a very last minute time and location change) that would have been impossible if I had gone with anyone else!

Every bit of my experience with Florida Sun Weddings was great- from my initial contact, through all my emails and changing my set-up, to the day of the wedding when we were all intently watching the weather. Everyone was very friendly and responded to my multiple questions/changes promptly.

Especially as my husband & me had to organize everything on the phone and by mail, as we are not living in Venice. But Florida Sun Weddings took care of everything and nothing was a problem. Even that it was raining and we couldn’t get married on the beach.

Rob, the recommended musician by Florida Sun Wedding, was way beyond expectations, the cake was beautiful & soooo delicious, and the timing of every step was just perfect. Linda (the also recommended makeup artist) did a wonderful job & she has a great personality. She made me relax and and I was looking very pretty!

The Venice Yachtclub, working together with Florida Sun Weddings, supported us incredibly during the whole wedding, the service was friendly & just perfect and the food really delicious.

EVERYBODY was having a great time. All of our guests told us they have never been at such a wonderful & fun wedding! You could tell from the expression on their faces that they were honest and just very pleased & extremely happy. We still get emails & phone calls from our families & guests, telling us how wonderful organized & unforgettable the whole wedding was.

Even after the wedding Tina & Sigrid are taking care of us, which is awesome!

We would 100% recommend FSW! Everything from start to finish was amazing and worth having a wedding planner especially living 1,000+ miles away in OH with our wedding day quickly approaching! Any questions or concerns we had not only did we receive a response within 24 hours but it quite frequently was within the hour! Every last detail in place was double and triple checked. Fast forward to 48 hours prior to our ceremony and Tina was in constant contact with us to discuss last minute details of the flow of the ceremony and arrival of bridal party and guests, as well as back-up plans for any inclement weather. The day of while I was getting ready with my bridal party all the stress was lifted off my shoulders. Tina even called our limo company to move up pick up time from our beach condo when we had a last minute change to the itinerary. If you’re thinking of a beach wedding/FL wedding this is your go-to team, hands down! Oh and Cristina’s wedding photos were AMAZING! We couldn’t be happier.
