Carina made sure every element of our wedding was flawlessly executed, from coordinating with our vendors to ensuring the timeline ran smoothly. The attention to detail in the decoration setup was incredible—everything was arranged to perfection, creating a beautiful and cohesive atmosphere that left our guests in awe.

On the day of the wedding, the entire event staff at Faulkner's Ranch was phenomenal. They were professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Not only did they handle the setup and clean-up seamlessly, but they also helped our bridal party pack up the vehicles with the decorations we brought. Their assistance allowed us to fully enjoy our day without any worries.

During the reception, my mother had a medical emergency, and the way the staff responded was nothing short of amazing. They immediately offered support and comfort, ensuring I was okay while they handled the situation with care and efficiency. Their kindness and professionalism during such a stressful moment meant the world to me and my family. I could not have been more blessed to have such a dedicated team supporting us. (For those reading this review, I’m happy to share that my mother is okay now.)

As the evening came to a close, they even made sure my husband and I received a plate of food to take home, which was such a thoughtful and appreciated gesture. The experience at Faulkner's Ranch was truly exceptional, and we are so grateful for everything they did to make our wedding day unforgettable. We’re already looking forward to hosting other events here in the future. Faulkner’s went above and beyond to make sure we had the best day. Prior to the wedding, all of the meetings were well organized. Their event coordinator was very knowledgeable in all areas of the venue/wedding planning. The day of the wedding was a breeze. We showed up and got married! Didn’t lift a finger. Our families weren’t stressed with decorating, cleaning up, packing cars, etc. Faulkner’s did EVERYTHING. They were quickly able to transform our planned outdoor ceremony to a covered ceremony under the pavilion due to weather. At the end of the night, they even sent us home with a meal to have once things settled down. Couldn’t recommend Faulkner’s Ranch enough!

We held my daughter's wedding here and I cannot say enough good things about this venue and the people there. The venue is beautiful, the food was amazing, the DJ was fabulous and the staff was incredible. Such an easy and enjoyable day for us and an incredible value. We did not have to lift a finger all day! I also have to say, the coordinator is one of the most professional and amazing people! She is pleasant and kind and joy to have guiding you every step of the way. My daughter was so pleased with her day!

My husband and I loved Faulkner’s Ranch it was so organized, And beautiful. They made sure everything went great if anything went wrong, We never knew. The food was out of this world.

Faulkner’s was the perfect venue for us! It had the outside ceremony and indoor reception that I was looking for and it is in Kansas City! Everything was so beautiful! They take care of almost everything unlike other venues that are simply an open space. My wedding day was just about perfect!

Faulkner's Ranch was the best venue for me and my husband for our July 2019 wedding. The style of the outdoor and indoor options for the ceremony and reception fit our style to a T. We enjoyed having the ceremony outside and reception inside the barn. The backdrop to the outdoor ceremony is absolutely beautiful. Around Faulkners that are many breathtaking and unique picture opportunities.
The entire Faulkners team was a dream to work with, we did not have to lift a single finger the day of our wedding. They set up tables, place settings, helped the florist with flowers, had the cocktail hour and dinner ready to go on time, etc. They did not miss a beat. Christine and Carina helped with sticking to the wedding timeline and had everyone where they were suppose to be. These ladies were AMAZING to work with.

The DJ, bartenders and all event staff were very friendly and accommodating to all of our needs. Then comes the food.. you cannot go wrong with any food served from Faulkners. It is worth every penny. And the amount of options you have to choose from for your meal is spectacular.
Cannot say enough great things about Faulkner's Ranch, I would recommend this venue to anyone in the KC area. They are so easy to work with and want to see you have the best wedding day ever! We love Faulkners and are forever thankful to them!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Faulkner team! Christine and her group were wonderful to work with, very responsive and pulled of my wedding without any issues. Our ceremony was planned outdoors, but had to be moved inside just before due to weather. It was stunning! I cried when I saw the space. The bbq was wonderful, her coordinator was great and everything was perfect. I highly recommend this venue!
