Absolutely the best cakes in Kansas City. Rita is amazing!! Our guests raved about all three flavors of cake. The traditional white wedding cake was the best I have ever eaten. This cake is delicious! Like seriously delicious. I ended up ordering way too much cake (about 40 servings too many, whoops). I had 2 pieces of cake left over. I ordered 3 cakes. The largest cake was white cake with blackberry filling (perfect for summer), the second was guava cake with guava filling (no leftovers to be found), and the third was white cake with cherry filling for my groom (gone before the bouquet toss). Rita was so nice and responded to my emails so fast. We also were able to rent gorgeous cake stands from her as well. Rita arranged all the cake flowers from my florists onto the cakes when she arrived. She is truly and kind and wonderful woman and her baking skills are amazing! I only ordered cake but she also makes cupcakes, truffles, and cheesecakes. She gave me a free sample of the truffles which were amazing as well. Even the bartender grabbed her card for her son's upcoming wedding because she loved the cake so much. I feel like I'm going to have to start ordering a fancy cake for my birthdays so I have another excuse to eat this cake!

Rita's almond cake is my favorite cake in the entire world, so when I got engaged, I knew I had to have her famous almond cake at my wedding. I sent Rita a few photos of cakes I liked and she helped to narrow down the decision. The final product was absolutely gorgeous and so delicious - we could not have been more pleased. I found Rita after my best friend had seen (and tasted!) her cake at another friend's wedding. Based on what my best friend said, there was no cake left after the reception because guests kept going back and having more! Rita and I met at the cake tasting and she was simply fantastic. She was so amazing and super helpful and her cakes were delicious! I ended up changing the design a couple weeks before the wedding and Rita was nothing but supportive! She knew exactly what I truly wanted and delivered a cake that was nothing short of spectacular. Everyone kept coming up to my husband and I saying how amazing the cake was; so fluffy, just melts in your mouth, absolutely perfect. :) Rita was the absolute best, and I'm SO thankful we were able to work with her.

I was fortunate enough to find out about Raspberry Rose first hand by tasting a cake made by her at my little nephews birthday party. Rita makes not only beautiful but delicious cakes and our wedding cake was no different! Working with her was a great experience from start to finish! Not only does she provide quality service but I felt she was reasonably priced as well. I would definitely recommend her.

My cake was absolutely delicious! I cannot say enough good things about this business. Rita was awesome to work with. She is the cake queen! Not only are her cakes fabulous but they are beautiful to look at. Her tastings are very professional and worth every penny (and you get to take home some yummy treats). Our wedding cake was exactly what I had wanted. I would go with Raspberry Rose with another cake order in a second. This is the real deal!
