On the wedding day, the cake looked beautiful and was exactly what we had discussed. It tasted amazing and tasted just like the tasting. We had a few different tiers, but the strawberry flavor was the clear winner for us. It was fresh and not too sweet. Overall, they were a reliable vendor that delivered a great product.

This was one of the most delicious tasting cakes. It’s so nerve racking figuring out which cake to go with. This hit the mark more than I can put into words! She’s amazing!

Made exactly the wedding cake we wanted. Our guests loved each flavor especially the Red Velvet! The traditional wedding cake and the marble with buttercream icing all three flavors & layers were a hit!

Did such a good job on our cake. Absolutely delicious and couldn’t get enough of it. She accidentally messed it up but partly our fault because we asked her to change it and she refunded what was wrong she messed up but still absolutely DELICIOUS!!! I recommend her to anyone who ask for cake!

Ashley was so easy to work with. She accommodated everthing I wanted. My three tiered wedding cake with Traditional White Almond, Mocha and Pink Champagne flavors were just perfect and very tasty!

We cannot recommend Sugar Beats Bakeshop enough--we absolutely loved our wedding cake and Ashley made the process so fun and easy! If you work with her for your wedding or other event you'll be in the best hands possible. From our cake tasting, to the design, the flavors, and the other dessert options to offer, Ashley offered great advice at every step of the way, and her advice was right on. We weren't sure how much cake our group would need, and she gently advised us that we could probably get away with a little less (I think we ended up doing a cake that yielded 130 slices instead of 154, which was perfect--we had maybe 10-12 pieces left, which our family happily ate in the day or two after the wedding). We also needed help figuring out what we wanted the cake for our New Year's Eve wedding to look like, and she came up with a beautiful design of different textures of buttercream with fun accents--gold spheres and flowers and feathers!--that we would never have dreamed up but absolutely loved! Thank you for everything, Ashley!!!

My now husband, my in-laws, and I met with Ashley to do a tasting and place our order early in 2024. The day of, Ashley dropped off cake and cupcakes herself and set the dessert table beautifully. Everyone loved the cupcakes and the cutting cake was beautiful. The variety of flavors also gave our guests the ability to choose what they wanted. Ashley was wonderful to work with and her dedication shows in the final product. I would easily recommend her to anyone looking for great cakes in the area.
