The Higgins Experience with Sugar Beats
Ashley at Sugar Beats was phenomenal from the start! Starting with the cake tasting to efficient communication. She exceeded our expectations. The cake was delicious, I ate the almond and red velvet. My husband LOVED the dark chocolate cake. I would highly recommend. -

First, the in person tasting we did was so delicious and fun! Ashley was always on top of keeping good communication up until the wedding day and had no issue making changes to our cake size just days before the big day to accommodate our larger than expected guest list. The way our cake was decorated was beautiful and the cake was delicious! We are still enjoying leftovers and can't wait for our 1 year anniversary cake from them as well! -

I ordered my wedding cake from Sugar Beats Bake Shop based on reviews -- I didn't do a tasting -- and it was BEYOND AMAZING. My guests kept coming back for seconds and even thirds!! I did three different flavors (red velvet, pumpkin spice, and white almond wedding cake), and each was moist and flavorful, and her buttercream icing is the perfect level of sweetness. The service was superb and Ashley will work with you to make sure the cake for your big day is everything you want and more. I will be recommending this cute little bake shop to everyone I know for any kind of event that they might need a cake, cupcake, or other dessert she offers because you will NOT be able to beat the deliciousness, service, beauty, and most of all, price. We worked with Ashley and she was amazing to work with! Her cakes were so good and were an absolute hit at our wedding! She made our cake look even better than what we had imagined, and she makes sure that she takes your vision and amplifies it to be even better than what you expect for your cake! We are so happy we got to work with her for our wedding and plan on working with her for many events to come in the future! -

Beautiful and Delicious!
Everything about our wedding cake was perfect! Not only was it delicious, it looked amazing as well. Ashley did a great job and we are forever thankful. Her cake and icing recipes are great and she provided the beautiful wood cake stand and even made our topper for us customized with our two dogs. We highly recommend going with Sugar Beats Bakery and I am sure we will be getting cakes from her in the future. -

Ashley was amazing to work with. After speaking to her about what we were thinking and what we wanted, she was able to show us a sketch of what she thought our cake would look like. It looked amazing in her sketch, and even better in person. Ashley clearly has a passion for what she does, and our cake was a big hit. There wasn't anything left over! -

Simply the Best!!!!
We found Sugar Beats Bake Shop through a google search and we could not be more pleased with our choice. The day of our cake tasting, Ashley was hard at work making cakes and was in the shop herself. Our cake and design was absolutely stunning and perfect. The mini desserts she provided are still raved about when we look back with our friends and family. I highly recommend Ashley and her cakes to anyone who want to make their event personal and memorable! -

Perfection!
We used Sugar Beats for our wedding cake and literally could not be happier with our choice! Ashley was amazing to work with from scheduling a tasting to designing the cake to executing it. She made my literal dreams come true and it tasted amazing! Ashley was so responsive and helpful even when I changed the design. I could not recommend her or Sugar Beats more. -

Beautiful (and delicious) cake, excellent service
Sugar Beats did the cake and some mini cupcakes for our wedding. The whole process was smooth and could not have gone any better. From the cake tasting and consultation to them delivering and setting up at our venue it was an absolute pleasure to work with them. I was a little stressed out planning the wedding but Sugar Beats made the cake one of the least my worries because they had it all handled. We went with the white almond flavor and I’m not exaggerating when I say it is the best tasting cake I have ever had. We are very much looking forward to having it again at our anniversary! -

Ashley was super easy to work with! We had a small wedding and she treated us just as special as I'm sure she does for her brides with larger weddings. We showed her some inspiration photos and gave her creative freedom! The cake tasted and looked amazing!! I highly recommend using her for your weddings or events! -

I’m at a loss for words for how truly spectacular our wedding cake and cupcakes turned out!! Ashley was not only an affordable option, but also brought organization, insight, creativity, and tastiness to our event! We started with a taste test to see if we liked her various flavors, and then had the extremely difficult (but best problem to have) of figuring out which ones we were going to go with- they were all SO GOOD!!! She decorated our cake exactly like the inspiration photos, with some added flair of real flowers from our florist to match the decor. She has options to provide stands as well, and delivered everything on time. I can’t tell you how many guests we had that told us the cake and cupcakes were the best they’d ever had at a wedding! Extremely happy we chose Ashley and if you choose her you won’t be disappointed!!

We absolutely loved our cake. It's cake, right? You know you will like it, but Ashley must have a secret ingredient. Even our guest have asked where to get it. We plan to order a cake every anniversary! We also added on the parfaits and cupcakes which were huge hits. You have to check Sugar Beats out! -

Ashley was super easy to work with and her cake is yummy!! We had three different flavors of cake and our guests loved the variety! We ended up with just a tiny portion of our bottom layer left so I am pretty sure our guests even went back for a second piece! When we went to our tasting we had such a hard time figuring out what design we wanted because all of her past designs (in her design books) were so pretty. She also made us a custom cake topped that we loved! -

Can't say enough great things about Ashley!! She is so kind and amazing at what she does. Her cakes are delicious and beautiful. She can pretty much create anything you can dream up and has loads of books with past cakes she has created for inspiration. For our wedding day, she baked us a a three tier semi-naked white almond cake and a Boston Red Sox marble chocolate/vanilla groom's cake for my husband. They both looked and tasted great and our guests literally ate every piece! On top of that, we also ordered a bunch of Krispy Kreme donuts and she set up and organized them all for us the day of the wedding. Ashley is awesome and a great choice for your big day's sweet treats! She is also super affordable compared to similar bake shops. -

Ashley, the owner and artist behind Sugarbeats Bake Shop, was so easy and fun to work with! She is supremely talented and did a wonderful job bringing out cake vision to life. Not to mention – it was SO GOOD. (The carrot cake was to die for). Our guests loved it, and we loved it – what more could you ask for!? Plus the cake tasting…..was….so good…Sugar Beats Bake Shop is a wonderful choice for your wedding cake, I couldn’t be happier to recommend. -

Ashley is super sweet, very accommodating and does a great job! Our cake, mini cupcakes and groom's cake of cookie dough bites were a hit with our guests at our recent wedding -- cute and super tasty! She is super talented and if you bring her an idea or a dream you have, she'll help you accomplish it and work within your budget. We really appreciated it during our wedding planning process!
