The Hy-vee in Lenexa off 87th street did the flowers for our wedding on 6/29/24. Lori and Lydia were AMAZING! My husband and family HIGHLY recommend them for any wedding or event. They made our flowers / centerpieces look amazing and even better than we thought than when we met with them!

We hired the Hy-Vee on Barry Road to cater our wedding on 9/18/20! I couldn't figue out or find the correct Hy-vee on here so I just picked one. But our experience was with the people and food at Barry Road just a disclaimer lol! They were delicious. They have many options to choose from, with different food and serving choices. In our package we chose, it was buffet style and you got 2 entrees - we decided on Herb roasted chicken and Sweet and spicy salmon, which were absolutely yummy! They were restaurant quality, and we got so many compliments. Tons of people took home the chicken and salmon! We also got to choose 3 sides - we did the best mac&cheese we have ever had, green beans, and salad. And then you also get hot and soft rolls with that choice. Also sturdy disposable plates, cups, utensils, and napkins were all included which were just fine for us. Everything was so good, and the people at Barry Road location were so kind and helpful and the tasting was super fun! We were also running an hour ahead of schedule on the Big Day. They adapted quickly and easily had the buffet set up and the food steaming before the first dances were done! They are super affordable, and they even have a fancier option for utensils if you prefer that, with real glass plates and wine glasses, cloth napkins, etc. They had a wonderful team who stayed and served everyone which was cleaner and safer in the times we are going through now! I highly recommend them. They were clean, efficient, experienced, flexible, versatile, and the food is amazing, hot and fresh! With all the food choices and serving options, such as buffet, food stations, and family style, etc, they have to offer, you are sure to find exactly what you are looking for there!

We were recommended to Mark Clark and his catering team at Hy-Vee in Mission, KS. Mark was completely professional, flexible and went above and beyond his role as manager to help our wedding run smoothly and successfully. We were so blessed by the integrity and kindness that we received from Mark and his team. We would highly recommend them for your wedding or any catering needs. Oh and the food was awesome! We had so many of our friends complement on the quality and taste. Thanks for making our day so special.

My husband and I had the best experience working with Mark Clark and the Hy Vee Catering staff. We had such a horrible experience with our venue vendor and Mark went above and beyond to help make our day run so smoothly and was so gracious to come out personally to help serve. We were beyond blessed by his generosity and kindness. We would completely recommend Mark and his team to anyone! He is the best!

HyVee did a fantastic job with my flowers and cake. I was very impressed with their ideas and creativity. My colors were black and red with the rose has my flower. The mixture of black and red with white and diamonds was very elegant and I received many compliments on how everything looked all together. The cake was a mixture of white and chocolate with a delicious frosting that stayed very fluffy and moist. I would definitely recommend this vendor because in addition to a beautiful and memorable look of the flowers and cake, the price was right on and very affordable.

The people at Hy-Vee were wonderful! The florists were so great and easy to work with. I loved my flowers, they were exactly what I wanted. I was on a strict and very tight budget but you couldn't tell by what they designed for us! The catering was great, our guests really enjoyed the food. There was a ton of it too, so we really ordered more tan we needed.

I always LOVE working with Melody Baty at Hy-Vee! Her work is beautiful, original and always comes with very friendly yet professional service! When I spoke to her and told her what flowers I wanted she created a design for me that far exceeded my expectations! A few days before the wedding it dawned on me that I did not arrange for a throw bouquet (even though I had already told Melody I was going to take care of it). When I called and told her what I had (or had not) done, she simply told me not to worry, She would take care of it. She did all of the flowers for the wedding party and also added the live flowers to my cake making is so beautiful! I will continue to use Melody for all of my floral needs!

Loved every last flower. The smell. The look. It was perfect. melody rocks. She is amazing. Price was awesome too.
