Highly Recommend Embrace the Grape for Bar Service

Embrace the Grape provided excellent bar service at our wedding! I worked with Misty and she was extremely responsive and very easy to work with. From coordinating the event/timelines to execution everything went perfectly. The bartenders were efficient and there was never a line at the bar with people waiting. I would highly recommend Embrace the Grape as a bar service for your event or wedding.

Excellent Service for our wedding

We used Embrace the Grape back in November as our wedding venue HIGHLY recommended them. Jane and Misty provided excellent communication and were able to answer any and all questions through out the entire process. My husband and I were paying for our wedding and were unsure of what we would be able to afford. We are so thankful for Jane sending multiple quotes for us to have options to decide between and having an estimate months before the wedding date. We were able to provide a hosted TIP bar and this made for very happy guests and our bartender was extra taken care of and working hard for his tips. The day went by in the blink of an eye, and our guests had lots of fun with lots of great pictures to prove it thanks to the liquid encouragement provided.

Wonderful Beverage Catering

Highly recommend Embrace the Grape for any of your bartending needs! Jane and Misty were absolutely wonderful and answered all of our questions and concerns during the planning process, and worked with us diligently to make sure we had everything we needed before the wedding. Very professional staff, and wonderful service all around!

AMAZING and highly recommend!!!

So happy we went with embrace the grape! Jane and Misty were responsive, accommodating, and professional. We had a request of red sangria and they DELIVERED. It was so delicious! I highly recommend this company for any of your upcoming events either in STL or KC.

Summer wedding

Hire them immediately

Best bar crew ever! Jane was so wonderful to plan with, she was THE most attentive vendor contact I worked with during our planning. The crew onsite day of were phenomenal, we couldn't be more happy. Do yourself a favor and hire these guys!!

Great! Highly recommend!

Embrace the Grape was great to work with! They were very helpful and informative in the figuring out what type of bar we wanted to do and alcohol to provide. Jane dealt with my “bridal meltdown” on the phone a few days before the wedding...doesn’t every bride have that with the bar service?!? Ha! She helped to calm me down and make me not feel like a crazy person. Thank you Jane! Our total head count was less than our quoted amount so they changed from 2 bartenders to 1, saving us money at the last minute. The night itself was a success, nobody had to wait around for drinks as she was quick and efficient. I would highly recommend Embrace the Grape!

Great value, total pros

We had thought about trying to avoid a bar package and costco the liquor and hire a bartender. In retrospect, no way. Embrace the Grape had competitive prices, and as soon as we had the deposit in, we didn't have to think about it again. They were total pros. They took care of our 200+ crowd from one bar all night. Everyone loved them! Best value of any vendor we hired, period.

Kind + Professional!

Wonderful! We used Embrace The Grape for our October 2017 farm wedding and they went above and beyond! Easy communication and they were happy to research and provide special requests (we didn't want Coke, Sprite, etc. but local, real sugar, vintage looking glass soda bottles and they NAILED it!) Wonderful attitude and energy. Highly recommend!
