Zarda BBQ recently catered an event for us and did an outstanding job. BBQ was good and plentiful. Amazing job by Erin, catering director, and her staff!

We used Zardas for a small wedding shower/reception for my brother and sister in law. They live out of state and most of our family and friends were unable to attend so we wanted to host something in our hometown.
They made us feel special and helped every step of the way. They couldn't of made it any easier and I'm thankful we went with them!

I recently had Zarda cater our small wedding reception last month and was very happy with it. When you think of wedding receptions, you typically think "chicken or fish?" and barbecue is often forgotten about. However being a Kansas City resident, there was only ever one choice. I've tried all the familiar staples from Joes KC, to JackStack, Gates, and everything inbetween and Zarda has always been my favorite. Funny enough, I eventually moved just down the road to the Blue Springs location and can almost see it from the edge of my street.

As my wife was coming from Brazil and having been living in Kansas City for the past few years, we thought KC BBQ would be extremely fitting for our celebration and nothing could be better than Zarda.

The price we paid for the amount of people was very reasonable and it was delivered on time and every piece of meat was hand cut and prepared at the location. This unfortunately took a bit longer than expected to prepare but the end result was worth it and everyone made remarks about how good the food was. The presentation was nicely put together and we had multiple options for everyone. We were left very satisfied with our decision.

We absolutely loved Zarda Catering our wedding! They were so easy to work with, so helpful at our event, and the cost was very affordable for the amazing quality!! I cannot recommend them enough!!

Everything was amazing. The service was great. They came in and had everything set up perfectly. It went so smooth. We got so many compliments that we chose the perfect place to cater. It was so good!

Zarda catered my wedding last month and it was amazing! The team was very thorough about making sure things were clean, tidy, and in the right spot. Erin worked with me before hand to make sure that our appetizers set up outdoors were not going to be visible during the ceremony, and made sure they were not cleaning/bussing tables during speeches. Their food was amazing and they served the plates to the bride and groom first which was very nice!! I would definitely recommend Zarda as your wedding caterer!

Zarda BBQ was absolutely amazing for our wedding catering! Working directly with Erin made the entire process so easy and stress-free. Our guests loved the delicious dinner and there was plenty of food for everyone. They even packaged and labeled all the leftovers, which was such a thoughtful touch! From the beginning, Zarda BBQ was absolutely amazing. The tasting where we picked out our wedding food was easy and delicious. We even got to pick out our favorite BBQ sauce and take a bottle home. Our wedding day was seamless and full of happy bellies. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!
