The Pearl at Crawford Farm is an elegant wedding venue located in Hamilton, Missouri. Tucked away on private land and overlooking Tom Creek valley, this rural setting promises a tranquil, secluded space for your special day's festivities. We offer two outdoor, or an indoor space for your ceremony. The reception space extends to a large attached patio for your guests to gather.
Facilities and Capacity
The Pearl at Crawford Farm can comfortably seat gatherings with up to 200 guests. The barn is modeled after a nineteenth-century family barn. It's made of rough-sawn oak timbers and was constructed by Missouri Amish craftsmen. The barn is illuminated by an elegant wrought iron chandelier and soft lighting. The vaulted ceilings soar 30 feet in the air, maintaining a sense of spaciousness. You can make a grand entrance to the main floor by descending the staircase from the wrap-around loft. This staircase is also a popular backdrop for photos. The get-ready suite is filled with natural light and features a 10-foot makeup bar and full-length mirrors to help you prepare for the day. The groom's quarters are in a separate building, includes a kitchenette and large shower. There are overnight accommodations for the bride and groom as well.
The venue also houses a catering kitchen for convenience.

LaGalle Wedding
Our experience with this venue was amazing. No complaints. We were able to rent the venue for Friday and Saturday. This was perfect to be able to set up Friday day and use the space for our rehearsal dinner that night. Lana was great to work with and made sure to accommodate with anything needed. Being able to rent decor saved us a lot of money and hauling - definitely worth it. We got SO MANY compliments on how beautiful the venue was! I would recommend this venue to anybody, wedding or special event.

Beautiful Venue
If you’re looking for the perfect place to get married, stop looking… you found it.
From the first time we stepped into The Pearl we were blown away by how absolutely beautiful it was. The rustic glam vibe was exactly what we were going for. We got married at the outdoor arbor to the side of the barn. The dramatic staircase is so beautiful and made for a perfect grand entrance to our reception. The outdoor pavilion was a dream for our outdoor cocktail hour and place for people to gather outside for pictures and fresh air. So many options for ceremony locations - weather will never be an issue. Plus inside there’s an awesome bar set up, kitchen, and two rooms upstairs that are perfect for getting ready in the day of your ceremony.
As if the venue itself isn’t enough, the owners (John and Lana) are two of the most kind and genuine people you will ever meet. We met with Lana a couple weeks before the wedding and when we showed up Friday for rehearsal she had everything set up exactly the way we had discussed. She was so helpful in helping us plan for vendors, set up, and unexpected obstacles we hadn’t even considered. She was always easy to get ahold of and very responsive. She truly made the whole process stress free. She was someone who I looked forward to seeing throughout the planning process because she was so sweet and so helpful.
There aren’t enough words to thank John and Lana for allowing us to borrow their beautiful venue for the best day of our lives!

The Rest is Gravy
What makes the Pearl so unique, other than its hand crafted beauty, is the dedication that Lana and John show to their clients. Our wedding day faced a few fluke accidents and unforeseen hiccups that were not the fault of anyone, these things just happen sometimes! Through it all, Lana and John were encouraging, accommodating, and provided so much peace of mind. They will keep any bride grounded in what truly matters, the fact that at the end of the day you'll be married to someone you love. The rest is gravy! And of course, in the end our wedding was absolutely magical, everything came together just as it was meant to be. The Peal was the perfect backdrop to the best day of our lives!

Get married at The Pearl! You won’t regret it!
The Pearl at Crawford Farm was the first and only venue that we visited. We fell in love with it as soon as we saw it in person. It’s such a quiet and serene location. It’s beautiful on the inside and outside. It was perfect for us.
Our wedding was on Friday, September 18th during COVID. We had about 135 people in attendance and The Pearl was the perfect size! We were able to spread everyone out with the option for seating upstairs and downstairs. I had never wanted an outside wedding until I saw the outside of The Pearl and that’s exactly where we had the ceremony, but it was nice having that back up plan for an inside wedding if needed.
They supply all tables and chairs and have the option to rent table cloths, which we did and it worked out great. They have decorations you can rent, but quite frankly The Pearl decorates itself. We basically just used flowers throughout the venue and loved the look.
Lana was amazing to work with. The closer it got to our wedding day the more we worked with her. She walked through the day with us and brought up many things we hadn’t even thought about, but truly made our day run smoother.

The Pearl - What a lovely place!!!
The Pearl was the 2nd venue that my husband and I went to see. No questions asked, we decided to book the venue after seeing it without going to the 3rd location. We loved the ambience, beauty and everything about the Pearl. It was a perfect place for us to get married during Covid time. Ms. Lana, the owner, was very nice and helpful to us. I like how she is very straight-forward, resourceful and transparent person. I would highly recommend this place.
