Faulkner's Ranch was nothing short of a dream come true for our wedding! From the moment we stepped onto the property, we knew this was where we wanted to say our vows. The ranch is stunning, with a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern elegance, making it an unforgettable backdrop for our special day.
Carina was an absolute gem throughout the entire planning and organization process. She was attentive, detail-oriented, and truly understood our vision. Carina made sure every element of our wedding was flawlessly executed, from coordinating with our vendors to ensuring the timeline ran smoothly. The attention to detail in the decoration setup was incredible—everything was arranged to perfection, creating a beautiful and cohesive atmosphere that left our guests in awe.
On the day of the wedding, the entire event staff at Faulkner's Ranch was phenomenal. They were professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Not only did they handle the setup and clean-up seamlessly, but they also helped our bridal party pack up the vehicles with the decorations we brought. Their assistance allowed us to fully enjoy our day without any worries.
During the reception, my mother had a medical emergency, and the way the staff responded was nothing short of amazing. They immediately offered support and comfort, ensuring I was okay while they handled the situation with care and efficiency. Their kindness and professionalism during such a stressful moment meant the world to me and my family. I could not have been more blessed to have such a dedicated team supporting us. (For those reading this review, I’m happy to share that my mother is okay now.)
As the evening came to a close, they even made sure my husband and I received a plate of food to take home, which was such a thoughtful and appreciated gesture. The experience at Faulkner's Ranch was truly exceptional, and we are so grateful for everything they did to make our wedding day unforgettable. We’re already looking forward to hosting other events here in the future. If you're looking for a venue that combines beauty, exceptional service, and a team that genuinely cares, Faulkner's Ranch is the place for you. -

Faulkner's Ranch was the best venue for me and my husband for our July 2019 wedding. The style of the outdoor and indoor options for the ceremony and reception fit our style to a T. We enjoyed having the ceremony outside and reception inside the barn. The backdrop to the outdoor ceremony is absolutely beautiful. Around Faulkners that are many breathtaking and unique picture opportunities.
The entire Faulkners team was a dream to work with, we did not have to lift a single finger the day of our wedding. They set up tables, place settings, helped the florist with flowers, had the cocktail hour and dinner ready to go on time, etc. They did not miss a beat. Christine and Carina helped with sticking to the wedding timeline and had everyone where they were suppose to be. These ladies were AMAZING to work with.
The DJ, bartenders and all event staff were very friendly and accommodating to all of our needs. Then comes the food.. you cannot go wrong with any food served from Faulkners. It is worth every penny. And the amount of options you have to choose from for your meal is spectacular.
Cannot say enough great things about Faulkner's Ranch, I would recommend this venue to anyone in the KC area. They are so easy to work with and want to see you have the best wedding day ever! We love Faulkners and are forever thankful to them! -

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Faulkner team! Christine and her group were wonderful to work with, very responsive and pulled of my wedding without any issues. Our ceremony was planned outdoors, but had to be moved inside just before due to weather. It was stunning! I cried when I saw the space. The bbq was wonderful, her coordinator was great and everything was perfect. I highly recommend this venue! -

Christine took care of us all through planning, answering a million questions and tweaking details for us with a cheerful and professional manner. She made it really easy to plan a beautiful ceremony and fun reception. The venue has options for outside or in, and since my daughter's wedding was the last week of October we really didn't know what to expect. Luckily the weather held and her outside nighttime ceremony was just lovely. We had a buffet and the cake table set up inside the barn and then seating, the bar and the dancefloor outside. Everyone complimented us on how nice it was. The youngsters really appreciated the yard games and playground, and our smoking guests had fire pits to congregate around so they didn't feel isolated. There is a lovely bridal suite for the girls to get ready while the staff sets everything up. At the end of the evening, the staff packed everything up for us, too. DJ, Bartender and Catering were included with our package. We couldn't be happier with the service we received :) -

Faulkners ranch was the most perfect venue for our wedding!
Thank you so much Faulkner's Ranch. Our wedding was more than we could have ever dreamed of! The venue was absolutely beautiful. Carina and the staff at Faulkner's were amazing and so easy to work with. They took care of all the details the day of, so we could enjoy our special day! I truly cannot say enough great things about this venue and the staff!!

The best day of my life
Faulkner’s was the perfect venue for us! It had the outside ceremony and indoor reception that I was looking for and it is in Kansas City! Everything was so beautiful! They take care of almost everything unlike other venues that are simply an open space. My wedding day was just about perfect! -

Highly recommend Carina and Faulkner's Ranch to host your special event. Carina and her team were WONDERFUL! Our wedding turned out perfectly and we didn't have to lift a finger. The staff took care of everything from set up to tear down. Our wedding day turned our wonderful and beyond beautiful because of all the hard work of the Faulkner's Ranch team and we can't thank them enough for making our wedding visions and dreams come true. -

The day wen’t by so fast and smooth it was over before I knew it. Definitely worth the money to have the whole day ran by the coordinator and you just have to relax and have fun. Highly recommend faulkners ranch. beautiful land for pictures, large dance floor and ran by nice people. -

November Wedding
I am so thrilled and beyond pleased with Faulkner’s Ranch…my husband and I just got married there a little over 2 weeks ago and everything was simply wonderful. Sadly, we had to make the decision to hold the ceremony under the pavilion instead of by the lake, but as the bride, I never saw any frustration or “chaos” from the team. Every member of their staff was cool, calm, and collected (at least that’s how they seemed!) throughout the entire day. And Carina is a ROCK STAR event coordinator. She helped me answer questions, gave me ideas, and let me be the “boss” of our wedding day. The whole process was so much easier with her at the helm. 100% would recommend Faulkner’s! -
