We worked with Patrice for nearly 18 months for full-service wedding planning, and we couldn’t have asked for a better partner. Ours wedding was a multicultural/fusion wedding, a full-day celebration blending Indian (Gujarati) and Persian traditions with two ceremonies (Hindu and Sofreh Aghd) and a reception. Patrice helped us from the very beginning, from finding our venue, building our vendor team, and crafting a detailed timeline. Her experience and attention to detail made a huge difference, especially for a day as complex as ours.

Patrice was recommended to me by my venue, The Willard InterContinental. She is so professional, has great recommendations, gave great service, reasonably priced, and most importantly - made the wedding day so easy.

While I used Patrice only for Day of Coordination, she became more involved with my other vendors one month before the wedding. Even if I had questions or needed recommendations before the day, she was available and responded quickly. Patrice also came to our food tasting a few months before the wedding and took notes/asked great day-of questions of our preferences of food, plating, napkin designs, etc.

Patrice gave cost saving suggestions that our venue forgot to mention - like under 21 guests (but not children pricing) should have a non-alcohol package. Patrice also brought a coordinator with no extra cost.

The real magic of having Patrice was that our ceremony and dinner were in the same hall - with the room having one hour to fully change during cocktail hour. Patrice and her team, the Willard team, and our florist Blue Vanda magically changed the room with a full Chuppah set up to a beautiful room ready for dinner. Everything was set up perfectly, and I didn't need to think about any of the details or set up for the entire wedding.

There are so many details that you have on your wedding day and so much going on - having Patrice is so important for a stress free day. I would 100% hire Patrice again and highly recommend her for a seamless experience!

Patrice and her team were truly a dream on our wedding day. Leading up to our big day she was responsive, attentive, and easy to work with--always letting us know she was there for us! As a bride who is a planner herself and was already working with a venue I wasn't sure how necessary a day-of planner would be, but looking back, I am not sure how I would have done it without Patrice. Poopak did an absolutely incredible job for our Sofreh Aghd! We had a very specific idea of what we wanted for the Sofreh and she captured our vision for it perfectly!! She also really helped us with our ceremony as we wanted to incorporate some Persian traditions. She walked us through everything we needed to know and gave us everything we needed for it. She was extremely accommodating throughout the entire process. The wedding venue wasn’t the most flexible with setup time, but she made everything work. The Sofreh Aghd was the highlight of the wedding and my friends and family all loved it! We would recommend her to anyone and would give her a 10 out of 10!!

Patrice made the most beautiful sofreh aghd for our Persian wedding ceremony. She was absolutely wonderful to work with - always great with communicating, asking great questions, and offering lots of options. She was able to execute on our vision without us even being able to fully articulate it. We wanted our sofreh to look glamorous but still blend in with the natural surroundings (we had an outdoor ceremony), she did a perfect job of weaving the two. She also seamlessly incorporated family and Persian traditions into the sofreh. Everything was truly PERFECT and we were so happy how it all turned out. So many wonderful things to say about Patrice Golesorkhi and her team!! Patrice worked with me on a partial planning package for over 6 months to help plan my wedding. From the very beginning she was *always* available to answer my questions and so quick to respond. She recommended vendors when I needed them (with discounts since she collabs with them). She's very willing and open to doing what the bride and groom want on their day, and always shared her expert advice based on her many wedding experiences. She was always on top of the planning process, making sure we had everything we needed booked and planned in a timely manner. She planned the schedule for day-of, and managed all the details like talking one-on-one to vendors, helping me think of all the details I may or may not want to have, gathering information from me such as seating charts and inventory lists. My family and I were able to sit back and relax while she so professionally orchestrated everything without a hitch on the day-of exactly how we had planned and talked about, sometimes even exceeding expectations with her arrangements of the decor we provided for her. She even helped me when our linens went missing the few days after the wedding. Absolutely A++ professional experience, I would 100% recommend her to any friend looking for a planner!
