Brooke was absolutely incredible. She easily became one of our favorite additions to the day. Kept the day organized and on-time, but it didn't feel rushed. On your wedding day everything seems to fly by, but it was such a blessing to know if there was a decision I trusted Brooke to make that on my behalf. It allowed me to sit back and enjoy my morning with the bridal party. My mom (mother of the bride) still talks about how incredible Brooke was and how she was so glad to be able to sit and enjoy the wedding. Brooke truly felt like a close friend, AND knocked it out as a service keeping everything seamless. I highly recommend Brooke and her team with Everlasting Events. My husband and I are such fans!!! I recommend a coordination service to any bride!!!

From the very beginning, Brooke went above and beyond to support me. I tend to be very indecisive, but she was incredibly patient and offered thoughtful, expert advice that made the decision making easier and stress-free.

On the wedding day itself, Brooke was absolutely incredible. Any complications that came up were handled quickly and seamlessly. Honestly, I didn’t even know about most of them until after the fact because she had everything so under control. That peace of mind is priceless on such an important day.

She also took care of so many small but meaningful details that other planners did not offer. For example, she created all of my menus, place cards and signage as well as had candles, vases, table numbers and several wedding welcome signs/mirrors accessible if needed. For me, getting all of that in one place is so worth it. Her planning portal was another standout feature. It was super organized, easy to use, and kept everything in one place so I always felt on top of things and at peace knowing all of my contracts were easy to find. 

What really sets Brooke apart, though, is how she becomes more than just your planner, but an actual BFF during the planning process. Brooke spends so much time getting to know you on a personal level and I guarantee you will not feel like just another bride with her. She was always quick to respond to my questions, incredibly supportive, and someone I truly trusted to help me make the right decisions for my wedding.

Could not recommend enough!!! Everlasting Events was one of the best choices we made for our wedding! Brooke and her team were always on top of everything we were working on and it was so nice to not be the main communicator with the vendors, especially as the wedding got closer. I was so happy with the how our wedding turned out and for all of the suggestions Brooke gave along the way to make our day perfect. It was nice to have someone with lots of experience when I was very unfamiliar with all things wedding planning, what things should cost, timeline of certain events, etc. When the day came, both my fiancé and I were fully relaxed and I felt completely out of control in the best way - we knew Everlasting Events had everything taken care of and we could just enjoy the day with friends and family!

I recently hosted a rehearsal dinner for my son and DIL. The event was in TX and I live in NC. I knew nothing about the area. Brooke was incredible as she helped me identify and eventually choose a venue and vendors. She was instrumental when the venue changed management companies and helped renegotiate the contract just a couple of weeks before the event. She took my vision of what I wanted the evening to look like and helped make it a reality. I could not have pulled this event off without her professionalism, amazing communication and creativity. We hired Brooke for month-of wedding coordination. A little over a month before our wedding, Brooke took over the majority of our vendor communication and she also helped us book vendors from the time of booking. Her client suite helped keep us extremely organized and you can tell she is extremely experienced in wedding planning and coordination. She considered things we hadn't thought to consider and had contacts that we wouldn't have had without her.

Brooke took exceptional time making sure we were prepared and able to be hands off during our wedding day, making quick changes when needed and staying flexible and professional.

There were times Brooke would tell me not to worry about something, because it was her job to handle. Most of the time this was super helpful in taking things off my plate, but on a few occasions I wished I had worried about handling the things I brought up because they, in the end, never happened the exact way that I had pictured them. We filled out a bunch of forms with what we brought and where it needed to go on wedding day, and I'm not sure those were reviewed as some pieces were never put out or were in the wrong place. That said, the flow of the day and guest experience were not impacted by this!

We would absolutely recommend Everlasting Events, especially to the type B bride/couple that needs the extra support and isn't caught up on details being a certain way, but just wants someone to handle everything with ease. Being able to text Brooke any time we needed something before and during the day was invaluable and something I wouldn't trade.

I hired Brooke as a day of coordinator and she did a great job!! She structured my timeline and was always readably avaliable when I needed advice/guidance. Her assistants Taylor and Madison were present day of the wedding and helped the day move along seamlessly and took great care of my husband and I throughout the night! Hiring Brooke as our coordinator was one of the best decisions we made when planning our wedding (it really felt like working with a close friend). My wife and I had most of the big planning items out of the way, but we knew we wanted someone to come in to take on all the extra things that come up during the 2 months leading up to the wedding (think vendor communications, timeline development, and all the little things you forget about or don't think of when you are that close to the wedding and have a million other things on your mind!) Brooke was there to take on all of that, answer our emails and take our calls, etc. 95% of our guests were from out of town, including our parents, and we wanted to be sure they were truly guests at the wedding and did not have to “work” during this special day.

Brooke and her team were absolutely amazing for our rehearsal and the day of the wedding. We truly felt that we were able to relax and enjoy our wedding completely stress free because we knew Brooke was on it.
